Very nice salon, at first glance it seems like any other, but the techs are very personal able and go the extra mile to make your service special. I recommend Joeng for nails as he did an amazing job on my red dip with matte finish and Nana for pedicure, she hlhas magic hands when massaging and working the scrub in. She also saw me after I had to leave to do some work, and picked up right where she left off! Amazing service from those two and I would go back!

Visiting from Texas and needed a pedicure. Wonderful experience at this gem. Clean place with beautiful decor. Sarim did an excellent job with my pedicure!! She was meticulous, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. Their foam soak (platinum pedi) feels like warm memory foam gel massaging your feet, a must try! If I lived nearby I would definitely come here again. Highly recommend.

New to having my nails done, Im happy to find out about dipped gel nails. They are beautifully done over my nails, and support their growth. Which is impossible without the support.

My wife used there business to get her nails done and eye brows waxed.

I went in to get a manicure and it was just rush! The guy came in and cut my nails and painted it all rush ! Didnt even cut the skin on my side of fingers will not get a manicure here again

This place was amazing. Clean and stylish. I loved how my nails ended up. They look so much better then when I went somewhere else. I definitely recommend this place. I dont think Ill be going anywhere else for my nails again, they definitely know how to do dip nails correctly!

The ladies were super nice. We had to walk in, since our other nail appointment fell through. They were all full for acrylic sets, but we got dip nails for the first time instead. I was extremely concerned about whether or not they would stick (I have very oily nail beds) but I have now had them for almost two weeks and no sign of lifting. Amazing! They even shaped my natural nails instead of cutting them off!

Ive been to this salon 5 or 6 times. Every time I had John as my nail tech and hes been amazing. However, yesterday I had a lady tech and I will not be back. She did not apologize for making me bleed. She left black polish on the skin around my nails which she originally tried taking off with a nail file. They rush me when Im picking my colors and I dont even get the chance to pick out my own toe polish so now my nails dont match at all.

I give this place 100% John did awesome on my nails I recommend everybody going to this place very friendly people there and they work hard thank you John for doing a great job

Its a fun atmosphere and everyone is so nice. Been going there quite a while. They do a great job. Ive always been pleased with my nails.

The lady tech I had wasn’t very pleasant. I had never had the dipping powder before and wasn’t in the mood to try it at that time. She told the other staff that I was getting acrylic and damn near shamed me for getting it. I was rushed to pick a color. Then I asked to see the designs and when I seen one that I liked, I became excited and my tech told me to “calm down, it’s not that big of a deal”. Never went back.

It’s very hard to write this review because most of the people there were very kind and friendly. I’d like to say if you’re going for a basic service you’re probably fine and will have a good experience. But if you want something special in the slightest I just cant recommend you go here for it. I came in with friends and we’ll go through each of the problems we encountered. First my friends tech did not know what a stiletto nail was and had to look it up, he did the shape well once he did though I will give him that. He was also being very rough with my friend and when she let him know he was hurting her she said he got rude until she started bleeding and then he finally apologized. With me two of my nails are still crooked and I hate to say it but the simple stripe design i asked for I could have done at home with nail tape and had it exactly like the photo I showed but for some reason my tech wanted to free hand stripes and they look nothing like what I wanted. I had to have her correct things so much I just started feeling bad and realized it was never going to get to looking better. She also smeared black over one of my lighter colored nails and was going to leave it there after she acknowledged it until I specifically asked her to clean it off. It’s pretty upsetting to spend so much money and want to hide your hands until you can fix them.I also paid for a friend to get a pedicure for the first time and while he was happy I’m pretty sure they rushed him because he didn’t know better. I only say this because I watched people over there for twice as long as him and I did not get him just a basic pedicure so I’m not sure what happened there.

Just went there today. I got Vanna, and he is amazing. He has a great personality and he gives you exactly what you ask for. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. (30-35 for dip)

My mother and I went to this salon yesterday and we experience excellent customer service. Clean establishment, Very nice and attentive staff. I was introduced to the organic powder nails which are healthier on your nails and makes them look natural as well. Im so glad they recommended because I absolutely love my nails. I love having my nails done with dipping powder. The nails feel so much thinner than acrylic. Vanna has done my nails for several months and is very efficient. I also had permanent make up done for my eyebrows. They look so natural! I would and do recommend this shop for nails and permanent make up.

Very welcoming and didnt make me feel awkward like other places. Very nice staff and let you take your time choosing and even helped with what looked pretty. Told me upfront what the price would be so I wouldnt be suprised.UPDATE 8/8/19 : I took a star off due to getting my toes done today and they used already used tools. The files need to be changed out for every clients and so should the brushes. Hope they cleaned the metal tools.

Very pleased with PRO Nails! While I was in town last week and had a few hours to waste while my husband was working, I stopped in for a shellac manicure, pedi and eyebrow wax. Everyone was so nice & professional! And of course my nails look great! Highly recommended!

Everyone at the shop is great there. They do a wonderful job at a good price and your nails come out amazing.The dipping powder is the best product to put on your nails. Endless colors plus it dont damage your nails.They also do eyebrows tinting and waxing.

Today I got the best pedicure I have had in YEARS. My husband and I came in for Basic Pedicures, on a walk-in basis. They greeted us warmly, got us seated, and offered us something to drink right away (several times, actually). Heres what theyre doing right, especially compared to many competitors in the area:- The staff speak English beautifully. I realize most of them are from here but, at other salons, the workers speak to one another in their familys native language (even if born here), rarely engaging the customer and often difficult to understand when they do. At this place, everyone spoke to everyone, and even multiple customers were in conversation. Everyone seemed to be laughing and talking with everyone around them. It was a fantastic atmosphere. I cant stress enough how different this is from other places and how much I appreciate it as a customer.- The technician who helped me took great care to address all the issues with my cuticles, ingrown nails, and extremely rough heels. She didnt miss a thing.- They provide a wide range of services. The lady next to me was telling me about the organic powder dipped nails she gets there, and she also had permanent makeup done on her brows. Another lady was having her brows waxed while another technician did her nails.- The customer service is top notch. You get the impression they really want to pamper you; they really want your business.- I was wearing a long skirt, which I was awkwardly trying to arrange modestly in my chair, and they gave me a towel to put over my knees. So thoughtful! I wear skirts often, and no place has ever done that. Just another example of how they are paying attention to YOU and YOUR needs.- They offered a punch card style rewards card, which I fully intend to fill up!!Thanks, Pro Nails! I will definitely be back for a dipped manicure!

Went to Pro Nails because my wife and I wanted to get mani/pedis while we were in town for the Royals game. The lady doing my pedicure was good, but the girl who did my nails was rushing, made my nails crooked and I had to sit uncomfortably because she did my nails while I was sitting down getting my pedicure. My wife had a gentleman who was talkative and polite. It wasnt very busy and still it seemed like they rushed to get us out the door.

I love this place! Very friendly and clean. They make you feel like part of the family while providing quality service. Highly recommended.

I first visited Pro Nails about a month ago needing a fill on an acrylic set that I had gotten at another salon in Independence. They looked better than they did when the other place put them on. Everyone there was so friendly and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I went back a few weeks later and had them remove the acrylic and do the powder that they had told me about. I arrived at 7 (their closing time) and they still took me and stayed till almost 9pm, making sure they did a quality job. Im going back today and wouldnt think of going anywhere else! They are awesome!

Im fairly new to Pro Nails, but the two times I have been in it has been the best experience from any nail shop I have been to. I really appreciate how nice everyone is and that they really try to remember you!!

In town for a wedding and came here. Asked for black holographic. When she got to the holo powder it came out green. She redid it and it was green again.... not what I asked for and it came out goopy and uneven. Way overpriced for the quality I received, not to mention it wasn’t what I requested in the first place!

They were very friendly as I came in. They teased me a bit about picking a color so I chose royal blue to cheer on the royals. Im confident in my masculinity. The girl who did my pedicure tried to rush me out with out the Polish. After I told her I had chosen a color she rushed the painting and didnt offer to let them dry under the nail lights. My mom is a cosmetologist and I know standard practice. They were lacking a bit today and the shop wasnt busy.
