I love this place. They have reasonable prices and as long as you were sheer you can dry here for free and the customers that come in here Arvest Pleasant to be around its clean its just really nice.

Clean and always has an attendant. I love the Dexterpay app to pay. No more bringing cash to get quarters! The dryers are free when you use the washers. The only downside is the dryers go for 8 min (12 big) then you have to start again.

This laundromat is always clean. The attendants keep it that way. They also try to get to know the people that go there regularly and the ones that go there not so regularly. The female attendant is very nice and makes ya feel welcome there.

Normally i would give this place 5 stars. I have been coming here for 3 years and normally its super clean and the staff is great. Today (9-22-2020), that was not the case. The floors looked like no one had swept them all day and the lady working just sat behind the counter 90% of the time on her phone and eating. Very disappointed.

This place is always clean, there are plenty of machines and the dryers are free if you have washed your clothes there. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of sitting space.

People come there because of the free dryers. What they do not understand is that they dryers are NOT technically free when you raise the prices on the washers. Raising the prices of the washers, covers what you would have made from them drying their clothes. So yeah its not free in the long run

There I went there on last Wednesday or Thursday evening and the two girls working there just phenomenal they were funny constantly cleaning and ready to help anybody that needed it I will definitely go there hereon

They did raise their 3x loads laundry price a dollar to 4.25. But you gotta cover costs on free drying so wuddya gonna do? but look elsewhere if you want you cry babies

5 bucks to wash and drying is free. Seems too expensive for a wash even with free drying. Found cheaper and cleaner place not far.

Horrible experience. Tables are too close together away from the laundry attendants desk on the other side. People can just walk off with your laundry detergent and it cant be checked on the camera. Whats the use of cameras? Especially if the person is not even two washers down that could have taken it....same exact size type and everything of detergent just on top of a different washer. Ive spent years coming here to do laundry. Im looking for another place. Not to mention half the free dryers have an out of order sign.

I would choose this laundromat over anywhere, I love the prices and I love the staff. depending on the day you do get some rude staff sometimes LOL but most the time its very clean I can get in and out and go on my way .

I recently visited this laundromat and had my wallet stolen out of my car in the parking lot. When I first asked about it they seemed as if they were going to help. I was told they would check the cameras and let me know if there was anything on them. When I went back the next day the lady that works there during the daytime hours told me they didnt want to accept any responsibility for it. I told them I wasnt holding them responsible but I would like to see if and possibly who it was I took my wallet. After saying this the lady who was there (one thats always there during the day) told me they werent going to check them and iwas then told to leave. The place is ridiculous but is in the perfect spot considering the area and the people that go in the place. Ive had my car dented in the parking lot and my wallet stolen. I know this place is cheap, but dont be surprised if something ends up happening do your belongings or your car. Im actually wondering if people there work together to steal peoples things and then hide it by saying theyre not going to check cameras. Stay out of this place thats full of trash and a holes..dont wait until something happens..just find another place to go or buy a washing machine on craigslist..people give them away often..look in the free section on the weekends and you will find something quickly..trust me.

My dryer at home broke. So I called here to see how much they charged. She said the dryers are normally free with the use of the wash but she would allow me to use them for $.50 a load. So for $2.00 I was able to get my clothes dry. I would highly recommend this place.

Fairly priced washers, free dryers that all work well even when its busy you can still find machines and there is rarely a time I see any machines out of order. Its kept nice and clean as well. The people who work here are also very nice as well if you have any issues

Much nicer than the laundromat on 23rd. I found the building to be exceptionally clean and comfortably cool inside. The attendant was very friendly. Did 3 loads and spent just over an hour here. I will most definitely come back again.

I dont normally write reviews, especially for a laundromat but this place is one of my favorites. I have learned that no matter where you go to do laundry, there are usually shady strange people there. But this laundromat is well lit, camera effective and has people there 100% of the time they are open. I am a young college girl and I always feel more comfortable going here than other laundromats. When this place is closed I will wait until the next day to go do laundry because I dont feel safe anywhere else. The prices are great so far. As of now, they are $1.50 for a single load (other places charge that or more) and 25 cents for 10 min of good and hot drying time. I can often dry a single in 10 minutes (that is on 1 quarter folks!) and then two loads in 20 minutes or 50 cents. I know the reviews on here arent the best but I have to disagree. This is the cleanest place I have come across yet! The only complaint I have is that there are often lots of children running around and screaming while their parent(s) are unaware of their whereabouts. This is more of a parenting issue and not a facility issues though.

This is a wonderful laundromat! The machines are all newer. All machines are front load & range in size from double load to 6X size machines! The place and machines are clean and the prices are more than fair. You only pay to wash your clothes. Drying your clothes is FREE!

This is a very clean place and very affordable you wash and then you can dryfor free. So I like this place and I think everybody else would too.

I love coming here to do my laundry, but last night I came around 8:45 and the lady said they are closed.. I said “I thought you close at 10,” and she said they do but THEY DONT PAY HER OVERTIME so I have to leave cause she didn’t think I would get my laundry done before 10!!!! You should change the hours advertised so it says close at 8:30 and not 10pm

There is a very rude young woman, she gives very bad service, she is somewhat robust, young ... very poor service and cleaning that the machines do.

Very impressed with facility....very clean... and lady working there was exceptionally nice and very helpful...as were the other patrons. Will definitely refer this facility to others!

They need more washers & dryers. The lady told me that they do have washers that equal 9 loads at their Blue Springs location. So I will go there next time I wash all of our big coats, bedspreads or pillows.They raised the price on the washers in 2019, then changed the dryers to be free but you have to keep pressing the button every 8-10 minutes to turn the dryers back on. Over all it costs more to do our laundry and takes a lot more time.

I loved the place a little confusing my first time there, but it was nice, I like the fact the dryers are free if u wash there, never been to a place that has ever done that before. The lady behind the desk was nice and understanding of my problem and helped me to resolve it (not many people would).

Crowded alot

I like this place. The lady that accused me of peeing on the floor doesnt work here anymore so thats cool. The machines are newer and work quite well. Theres always people to laugh at and its well lit.

A very nice place to do laundry. But they only have front loader washers. It cost $2, $3, $6. Small med and extra LG. loads. They also have large dryers and med. Dryers. And they dry really well.

Machines are nice and clean, dryers are pretty hot. The attendant that works there is super mean and talks bad about customers. Specially those with kids. She’s an older lady. If it wasn’t for her, I would give 5 stars.
