I use to go to this laundromat back in the 90s. Its nice, clean and quiet. The lady that worked there helped me put my clothes in my vehicle.

This place looked okay in the pics posted online but when I showed up it was very dirty and obviously lacked regular cleaning. The lady working there was rude so I left.

The owner of this laundromat is EXTREMELY rude. It does not make sense how rude one person can be. If you’re gonna be rude to everyone who comes in using your services, why are you even a business owner??? My husband and I lives near, we wanted to try it out, we’ve been there multiple times to see if anything changes, maybe she had a bad day or something, she was rude each and every time! She is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON. Also, she will NOT give you your money back. How is she even still a business owner???? She needs to check her attitude.

I came in to dry my clothes. I was flustered because I was trying to get out of town for the funeral of our grandmother when the dryer broke. The attendant was clearly upset from the moment I arrived. I forgot my mask and went back for it to the car while she yelled at me. I had a problem with getting a dryer to start and called to the attendant for help. She continued to be demeaning & holler a cross the store. I asked her to please be kind to me because I was a customer and needed assistance. She did finally step closer but was rude and talked down to me. She was horrible. Wont be back!

If I could give this place no stars I would I can not believe what just happened. I have an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and she tried to deny me service let’s note that there is no sign saying no animals and she is allowed to go anywhere full public access. Then the ma’am working calls the police on me for my dog laying next to me while I do my laundry unbelievable. Completely disrespectful.

We are from out of town and stopped to do our laundry. The woman there was so rude we couldn’t get out of there quick enough. She kept yelling at my husband and I over everything we were doing. I couldn’t believe her attitude. I don’t know how this business is still open especially after reading all the reviews. Wish I would have read them before we spent any money there.

The lady here is very rude. It says online they are open until 8:30pm so I arrived at 6:25pm after work. After we started are laundry she told use they close at 7pm. She seen use come in but waited until we already started 6 loads of laundry in the washer and started being rude to my mom. So I went over and told her sorry I was just going off of the times on the internet. She begin getting really defensive and yelling its on the window we close at 7pm. There is 2 tiny signs on the windows that are slightly tinted poorly written and off away from the doors. I once again said sorry that I could not see those signs. I told her we will finish the washer and take them somewhere else to dry. The place is small, not very clean, always has broken machines but I live just to an the street thats why I have been going there for the past month since my washer stopped working. Never again will I go there. Last time there she was yelling at another lady for not reason.

The lady here is extremely rude. I will never come here again. I witnessed her screaming at a customer and belittling her in front of the entire store.

The owner is rude yelled at my wife and kids for not wearing a mask without any visible signs. The owner also left the store wide open with no one in the store. The owner also Antagonize my family with another older person regular customer with rude side comments DO NOT WASH HERE!!!!

Owner was very rude since the beginning, my family and I were about to wash our clothes then she yells at my uncle to close the detergent lid before closing the washer door, then i had my mask off as i was putting my clothes in the dryer and she comes over to me from the other side of the laundromat to yell at me to put my mask up, i did and then shes still talking about my mask being off 1 minute later, and i told her to leave it alone bc i put it on and she yells at me more, unprofessional and rude, dont recommend at all

The sign on the door said, “last wash 6:00.” I walked in at 6:00 to only use the dryer for 30 minutes and the lady began yelling at me (AFTER I PUT MY MONEY IN THE DRYER) and telling me the last wash is at 6:00. They close at 7:00. She is rude, hateful and nasty.

The reviews are a lil absurd, I came here as a newbie to the town and yes the owner approached me and told me I need a mask. I put one on and she resumed to help me with my laundry with no help asked. People have bad days !

Great place clean and cool, friendly staff, the laundry system the there is too notch. Easy to use and best of all you dont have to carry cash. THE LAUNDRY BOSS system is easy to down load on your phone and very user friendly. They also have a ATM, quarter machine and vending machines that are well stocked. Anthony and Frank were very helpful and informative

Basically a regular laundry Matt with rude staff.All I was asking for is a cup so I can put my 20 dollars in quarters in.She started yelling at me rudly. Just because I had needed a cup. Its very hot in this place so I went to go sit in my car. She said you dont leave I close at 6. I said Im just sitting in my car. She followed me out saying no you stay in side I close at 6.Not happening oh, by the which its only 5: 11 .I will not return here

The only thing good about this place is, we dont have to go there again. There are much better places near us. Worst customer service ran by angry Asian woman! Who yelled at my wife because they were closing in 15 min. I knew this was a bad place back in 2013. Was done dealing with her rude self then. We will never go there again!

I came here because it was close to home even though it had bad reviews. When I showed up she was giving me a dirty look and asked what I was there for. When I said to wash my clothes she literally stopped me from getting quarters and said I needed to show her my clothes first. Wow 👏

The front desk/owner was Extremely rude, screaming at me, all because I told her the hot water was not working. she started screaming at me even louder when I asked her to please check “Only you complaint” I am paying for a service, I expect good service! She was just too out of control. The $7 load was already running, otherwise I would have walked out of that nasty place. Last thing people need now days!

Their washers are old and dont get the clothes clean. They also dont properly spin. I washed a jacket and it was dripping wet when j pulled it out and the lady grabbed it and threw it on the ground outside. This has to be the worst laundromat I have ever been to.

Well maintained... many large capacity machines, fairly priced. Room to sit and read or watch tv. Staff is helpful if needed, but doesn’t tolerate undesirables. That’s a win for me! A safe place to “git ‘er Done!”

Prices are good. Fairly clean. Some people say some negative things about the woman who owns and runs this establishment. Ive been going there a few years so we are friendly. But beware if your new and you do something to warrant her coming for you, such as overloading the washers, putting rugs or comforters in smaller washers, or standing on tables. She holds nothing back on how she feels about you. On a good note, she keeps the equipment in good, clean condition and she does a superb job if you leave your laundry for her to wash, dry and fold. I believe she charges $1 per pound.

Great place to do laundry! Prices were less expensive than the one I thought was best and the machines worked better and my clothes were cleaner! 18 lb front loader was only $2.25 when I was there!! Staff is friendly and all around great experience!

Why is this place still in business? Worst “customer service” ever. The laundry mat itself is definitely nothing special, old machines, not exactly clean. But the woman that runs the shop is out of hand. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with someone who is rude, bossy, controlling and doesn’t have any respect or value her customers. There are plenty of other laundromats in the area to go to without having to subject yourself to this kind of headache. Wish I could give her negative stars

Dont ever come to this place. They will tell you how to wash your own clothes and whether or not you can leave. For a business that is souly based on customer satisfaction, sure dont care to keep a customer. For someone to say you are unable to leave just to run to the store for a drink, think again. I was threatened she would take my clothes out and throw them outside if I left the parking lot. This will be the ONLY TIME I will come here.

Manager is very rude and loud. I moved a small table a few inches so I didn’t have my back to the washer, and she yelled at me and shoved the table back. A guy had on heavy headphones, and at least 5 times she yelled his name. There is no need to be this way! They need to get a different manager that wants to befriend customers and who enjoys the job.

The place is old outdated with no air conditioner shes got ceiling fans up the dryers are not ventilated right its hot as hell in there and she wants you to wear a face mask and well yell at you until you put oneIm not going to write this of 1 *because its not worth it and I would never come back to this laundromat again

Just a basic laundromat. When I arrived there was no one staffing the facility or customers doing laundry. I just went ahead loaded up to washers and when those were completed I had just loaded the dryer, when the owner came in. She walked over to my dryer and asked me what was in it. I told her laundry of course, what else would it be?She shook her head at me and told me that I had overloaded the dryer that it wasnt going to dry. You could clearly see the laundry tumbling around and could still see the back of the dryer, so obviously it was not overloaded. She stood in front of my dryer and began talking to me, which at first was not a problem. but almost 30 minutes later shes still talking and complaining about all of the customers that come into her facility. Telling me how they are rude, disrespectful, dirty and hateful people.Well she stood there and talked, she actually turned around opened my dryer and started taking things out of it. She proceeded to tell me that the items were dry and I needed to take them out. I went took everything out of her hands put some of the stuff back in that was still damp and started folding my sheets. she walks over and starts picking up my clothing and folding it and throwing it back in my basket.There is no reason why this woman should be touching anyones clothing unless its being dropped off for her to wash and dry. I have been doing laundry for many many years and I dont believe I need this woman telling me how I need to do it.Fortunately this is a rare experience that I had to use a laundromat, if it wasnt for her I would go back.

There is NEVER a positive peaceful experience at this place! The lady who works their is the most ratchet negative individual I’ve ever met, the washers & dryers are outdated & work like trash. I hadn’t had to go in a while but washer went out in basement flood & it is so close but again whether the sound of her horrible voice to outdated equipment the whole experience is simply tragic!!!

Yelled at me for not parking right, didnt mean to park incorrectly. Then yelled at me for putting rubber carpets in drier.. 2 minutes later I watch a man walk out w his plastic rugs dried and neatly folded. Crazy lady.. Surely she owns the place, or she would be fired.

If I could have given no stars, I would have! From the minute we pulled in the lady was looking at us crazy, watched every move we made and we had a very small load of my husbands work towels. After we got the washer loaded she came over to us and said what is that? No no you cant wash that in here. Its a laundry mat, since when is there a certain thing you can and cant wash? Im almost positive it was because we are a interracial couple. Very rude! Will never go back. No wonder the place was so empty!!

This place is not very clean and the attendant /owner is really nasty. Has an attitude with everyone, and yells at them. She drove my business away. She yelled at me for 15 minutes because I wanted to take one of their rolling baskets 3 feet out the door to get my giant heavy heavy load of laundry out and bring it in. No stars!!! I go to this laundry simply because I like the big washers. The owner has thee nastiest attitude, yells at people and has no respect for the customers who are keeping her business afloat. She wont get the broken door fixed (its probably not even broken, but just because it means people have to put their clothes down just to open the working door...)! She even tells you want you CANT put in the trash!!! I thought trash was trash? There is no restroom, no outlets, you dont know how many minutes the dryers run for and I havent seen the words thank you anywhere!

Owner / worker rude... a customer yelled at me because my 18 mo. Old grandchild was toddling about the place as I folded laundry. The owner coddled the customer and made me feel very unwelcome. There were 3 customers there. I was one.

I went there with my husband and our baby and she tried telling us how to do laundry... sweetie I have 4 kids... I know how to do laundry.. my washer had just broke... then she commented on how many tattoos i have and said gross... I then watched her argue with another girl on how to do her laundry and told her she couldnt throw her trash in the trash.... she sits there and breathes down your neck as you wash your clothes and god forbid you put a rug in the washer... we didnt even dry our clothes here.. thankfully only our washer was down so we packed our wet clothes up and dried them at home.. that lady is crazy.. I wouldnt suggest anyone going there unless you like being argrevated by bad customer service

I walked in to wash my colth diapers which I have already had washed myself...to get the pee and poo off and I had all of the diapers into the two washers and she started to yell at me that I couldnt wash them cause its gross and the the washer would smell...I have never had a wajser smell after I use my laundry with my diapers most of the time it smells like pepperment cause I add a little to the detergent. I wouldnt come here even ifits the last place on earth. She was also rude to my mother who asked for change.
