Very clean & machines worked great.. They even have a lil store inside to buy laundry soap, drinks and snacks.. Ur also able to use ur credit card on the machines..

Always dirty. There are always broken washers and dryers. Usually quite crowded. Rude staff. Also dont care for the woman who works there who thinks its cute to try to flirt with my husband lol. I go to a better laundry mat now. Do not recommend this one.

This is a very convenient and comfortable business. They have everything you need. Thirsty? Out of soap? Just step in to the store and get stocked up on the essentials. Keep the kiddos busy with games or drinks. A hidden gem. Thanks guys!

Check this out I went in there to dry my clothes and the lady told me at 7:45 that they were closed obviously they close at ten earliest at 9 so you know I dont feel like there was any reason to her to tell me that

Very convenient with the newer payment system which allows you to pay with card, phone, cash or change. It would be nice to know that if you use the app and a credit card, it puts a $10 hold for each use when starting machine, and Lord knows when its released back.

I drive all the way from Kansas City all the way out to Independence just to do my laundry there.

They had dryer equipment failures. Customer bears having to pay again If the equipment (dryers) fails due to O.H. (overheated) motors or drums and machine stops and you have to move your laundry to another dryer. They say its not their responsibility. You get no credit or help. Clothes get cooked if you dont notice drum stops but heating stays on. Our clothes were close to catching fire if i hadnt noticed drum stopped; but machine heat stayed on high and continued running until door opened. Still smells like they burnt. Pointed this out to attendant and showed him the issue and what it was doing. All he could say was yeah, that might be a problem. A dangerous situation if no one notices and the heating stays on and clothes or blankets catch fire..because the drum stopped.. We had been loyal customers over the years. Wont ever go back now.

Used to love this place for quick in-and-out for convenience store.. wanted to support that business opposed to going to QT..NOW HOWEVER..every single time I go in there is a sign taped up saying be back in 5. No big deal BUT IVE WAITED FOR OVER 20 MINUTES BEFORE. (Just because I wanted to see who took up that much of my time) this is not just occasionally but seriously probably the last three times Ive been in there. And all three times no employee ever returned.. I kept returning to give people the benefit of the doubt. I realize that Truman road is not intirely a upper bracket area.. but dont all people deserve quality customer service? In the area in which I generally shop.. it would not be tolerated for long. Additionally, their business phone goes straight to fax beep, their restroom is continually out of order and the employee only office next to the restroom reeks of smoke.Bummer....

I literally only go here because i dont own a dryer. The place is constantly full of tweakers, dont use the bathroom but if you need to itll have to be unlocked because the junkies ruined a public bathroom there, theres video slots which attract exactly the right types of people... The convenience store side of this place is poorly stocked and overpriced.Seriously this place is a dump. You only come here if youve got no other choice.

I looked on line its supposed to open at 730 am its now 745 am and there is still no one here Im quite irritated I need to get this laundry done before it gets to hot and Im unable to breath in the heat due to copd I wish that if ur hours are 730 am that u open at that time

I live right around the corner from that place. Washers and drier always brake down. This lady that i believe she is one of the managers when ever she goes on break to smoke a cigarette or use the restroom there is a sign on the door that says Be back in 5 minutes and never us back in 5 minutes. Maybe 15 at the most. Has the door to the inside store closed and locked more than opened during business hours. Always has her boyfriend there while. She is working and sometimes she be gambling when she should be working. She is rude alot of the time. So if i were you and needed laundry done Id pick a different laundry mat.

This one is close enough to me to be my most convenient. Off-street parking, decent pricing, decently tidy. Though, I wont exactly say clean, either.Also, I didnt appreciate the suggestive comments being said to me by the guy behind the convenience shop counter in the building, but I went back to doing my laundry and havent encountered him again, so I give it a C+.

The place is clean but the lady was kind of rude

I go here often but the last couple times I have been lately the worker is constantly outside talking to a whole bunch of people in front of the door where you barely can get by. He has the store closed the whole time, he will open it after you ask and have to wait 30 mins before he will stop talking and come in to open the store. The bathroom does not get clean and there is never soap or paper towels and when you say something hell blow you off. And the floor was disgusting, he did not clean it until a lady slipped and almost fell. I use to love this place and recommended it to everyone I know but not anymore because its like they dont take pride in the place anymore.

Closed shop for a tornado warning and did not open back up after the warning passed. Wasnt even able to get our money back. Good thing we took our clothes with us and finished drying at another laundry mat! Will not be coming back to this place.

Dirty and crowded. Several people were SMOKING inside the laundromat. That was a city code violation. Some machines were either broken or leaky. But cheap to wash and dry. Does have wifi and recharging outlets for cellphones. Also has a mini mart.

Was not happy that someone had stole my favorite pair of jeans. I was definitely the minority there.

I like coming here to wash because of the free dryer but today I feel this is my last time coming here the employee working today is so unhelpful and the pay machine doesnt work like it use to I have trouble swiping my card to pay I in up getting money from the ATM and cost me 7 dollar to do so and the machine I put on hot sitting and pay hot wash and then it wash cold. I ask why their machine wash cold even I put on hot wash and the person just an expression on his face like oh well.not even offer me a refund of differential.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ive been going here for years & lately its really awful. It has become the vagabond home base for some unsavory individuals. Trash in the parking lot, on the floors. Not swept like it used to be. Little annoying gnats flying around. Broken washers & dryers. They do not allow carts outside so you have to load in all by hand. Takes a long time if you are washing for 5 people.The old man that works here let some barefoot woman in the back room & then my son & I smelled cigarette smoke in a smoke free place. The tip of the ice burg NO WORKING BATHROOM.. I go here every week to 2 weeks. Its already a run down place. Sometimes selling expired beverages the attached convenient store thats more like a head shop.

I did 2 to 3 full loads for $5. Dryers are FREE. Theres an air hockey table. Workers are nice. Felt safe. Mini mart connected that takes ebt. Plenty of space....loved it! Last load at 9pm.

This place has the best dryers.Its always busy but ive found certain times and dayes they arent so bad.Associates are nice and they have small convience store right inside.

I truly enjoy washing my clothes there and all the workers there are very nice and helpful(to all negative comments before about issues with unsavory characters there they have since ran off all the riff raff and its a place I will call my laundry mat for years to come)

I like their wash machines and dryers there affordable gets the job done it takes 25-30 mins to wash and dryers take about 30-40 mins. But the bathroom are disgusting, the floors and the place is dirty, the people, the atmosphere, and area is horrible run down area. When they open about 3 years ago I liked coming here it was more well kept up free and coffee for the ones that washed and dry there clothes but everything is going down hill im Going to try to go another laundry mat.

The front loader washing machines have the water level turned down so low you cant even see water in the machine while its washing and rinsing your cloths. i used 6 different washing machines and they were all the same.
