Heeeeeyyyy!! Just left a different laundromat that I was very unhappy with. I mean none of like laundromats or DOING LAUNDRY! So, this place was nice to come to. It was cool inside, smelled nice, was nice and they have music playing. There was a staff member there who was polite and the atmosphere was surprisingly laid back for a laundromat. The machines appear to all be working and they have soap available to purchase in case you forgot some. I like it here. And they have these cool laundry carts!

I love this place its always clean not to high dollar. And actually Im usually not there long when I have two or three loads..in and out in no time..so I recommend anyone to go here u wont be disappointed.

Staff are nice and helpful. Clean and safe environment for children as well. They have lots of different sizes for washers. A change machine and you can also purchase a $1.00 or $3.00 cup of liquid detergent for washing. They have a vending machine for snacks and drinks.

We are from out of town and took our laundry there. The staff/lady was very nice, friendly and the place was clean. They did our laundry for us and when we got it home everything looked great. Highly recommend this place.

A bit higher prices here, but The attendant here is cool and nice. You can buy cups of softener and soap with no hassle like Ive experienced at other laundromats. You dont get yelled at here either cool peoples!

For whatever reason the dryers werent working for $hit today. Still clean and nice an cool with the AC on...but I dont want to spend all dayDrying one load of wash that I divided between three dryers.

Been going to the bubble room for 2 years now and I can honestly say what keeps me coming back are the main employees Vincent and Danette. These 2 seem to hold down the fort and always make time to make my drop offs seem personal and cared for. Their customer service is always beyond exceptional even when its hectic!

I always want to visit bubble room when I want alot of laundry done fast. Its close to my house .but I always face issues there like no water in the washer or barely any, or the dryers dont get hot .. its always one or the other

$2.25 to do one load of laundry. In a washer with the drum thats. Half the size of a traditional size. I believe thats what people call highway robbery. But sadly my washer/dryer room. At my apt is broke down. So i have to use these. And whats bad is I havent even checked out the dryers yet. I will update review when I do.

Was clean and well kept. Machines that were out of order were clearly labeled. The attendant was nice and helped whenever asked for. Priced very fairly 2.25 for my medium wash and then 25 cents for 7minutes of drying.

I want to tell you that Sandra was so very nice and helpful. I picked my laundry on Tues.2/2/21 she helped me get them to the car.

This is my 3rd time at this facility in Independence. The first time I met a worker, Juliette, sweetest person. Very helpful and constantly busy cleaning. The time last week and today, the employee that is working is rude. I more than likely will be finding somewhere else to go after today. Rude, doesnt clean, sits and plays on tablet/iPad. Also, a lot of rude customers.

Clean friendly and the machines are in good working order. The dryers work wonderful and they offer a snack and drink machine. Plus a few games. Love pac man game and its still a quarter..

The Bubble Room Laundromat was the worst place I walked into. The lady who works there was very unprofessional and racist.I would not recommend anyone to go there.

This place is a quality laundromat. The always have the game on Sundays and its never too busy. If you need anything, getting just what you need is a breeze.

Not only more expensive then the rest, but have a big sign up says you have to prepay. I learned from my other laundry that is one way the increase their money... weigh before its washed when the towels and stuff have water weight.I would have asked, but the lady at the counter couldnt be bothered long enough to acknowledge I was their weighting. She was on her cell phone, and barely looked up.Wish I had a business where you could ignore customers.

The dryers here do not produce the heat like they should!!!! End of story!!

Laundromat serving the east side of Independence on 23rd street, generally can find an open machine and has a small parking lot just outside.

Was greeted by the friendliest clerk that I have ever met here today. Literally lifted my day. Her spirit with everyone fit the name of this place. Her name was Matty and as she cleaned she chatted with the customers and let me tell you, never was a cart out of place. Having her spirit around me cheered me up drastically.

I go here sometimes. I like it. Sometimes the video games dont work but they dont own them. A private vendor does so they have to wait until he comes to fix them. But they have a tv or you can look at your phone. Staff is friendly and will talk to you. Usually not crowded. Not when I have been. I like to go in the daytime.

It was my first time here and the attendant was very nice and helpful...it was clean! There seemed to be plenty of machines out of order (mostly the cheaper ones) however i got there before the rush so no big issue. Paid $15.75 to do 5 loads(wash and dry) not to bad!

Way too hot in the laundromat. Im going to have to go elsewhere if the air conditioning isnt fixed. Ive had to sit in my car with the air conditioning on while my clothes were washing because its so hot in this laundromat.

The parking lot here was gross. It appears that it hasnt been cleaned for some time now. Not sure if this place has air conditioning because it was very hot inside. I understand that laundromats make money on markups but 75 cents for 2 dryer sheets is ridiculous. Did 4 big loads of laundry and spent just over an hour here.

Loaded all of my clothes from my car to inside Bubble Room only to find out they need to clean the inserts where you put the detergent, bleach and fabric softener. It was so disgusting. I loaded my stuff back to the car and went to another laundry place.

No lights, no AC, no quarters. Everything is turned off except the machines, no tv & no games. Can’t brag about amenities if you can’t enjoy them.

This place has friendly staff and is clean. We would have given it more stars however, the big load machine that we used did not extract enough of the water from the clothes. And, we used the last two dryers on the right of the back wall, and after we put our coins in and started the dryers, the attendant told us that those dryers run really hot, and that people have ruined their clothes in those two dryers. They should have the dryers fixed and also post signs on those two, and another couple of dryers that the attendant mentioned run hot. Thankfully, she informed us about the hot dryer, so that we were able to turn the heat down.

Its very clean, and the attendance are extremely helpful and very nice. Its a little further away from my place, but the other place I went to had some mean nasty lady that was complaining and bitching and everybody. It drove my business away thats for sure but this place is much nicer.

Always very clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful when necessary. They clean the machines regularly, and Ive never had a problem with the other patrons. Was here during a downpour once, and the roof was leaking, though.

Cleanest laundromat in town, and very helpful staff, makes doing laundry here worth it.

I went there at 8:15 an she said she was closed she was rude when I said last load is at 9:30. I come here 2 times a week an I will be never come again due to her attitude. I love the older lady thats been there for years. The date is Sunday oct.20 2018

First time here was ok....tonight was another story. Facility was filthy....dirt and trash everywhere, fans used to cool the place were filled with lint and dirt and blowing it on clean clothes, over half the machines are out of order, had to ask attendant for everything as machines were broken (quarters, dryer sheets) and she couldnt get off her phone to help then was rude when she finally did get off the phone. My machine was broken and she refused to refund and called me a liar about putting money in the washer! Be careful with machines and count the quarters going in....well actually why bother....you wont get a refund and get called a liar. Also....time on dryers is wrong. Skipped and went from 6 minuted to 4 minutes. Not sure how it took such a drastic turn in a month.

It was a 5 start until like 1 month ago, there is 3 new people now just sitting out there doing nothing, when u ask for change they said that they can not give you change, the place is dirty now because they dont clean at all, they rather be looking their Facebook instead, I drove 10 minutes to here because it was my and only favorite place, but today is my last day. Thanks to the people that used to work there.

Do NOT believe the picture. Yes its clean but since they let Linda go they have more machines that are out of service and the customer service has gone downhill. I had an attendant tell me not to get pissy after I asked why she was messing with the dryer I was using. Im sorry but its MY money running the dryer. I have a right to ask why they are messing with the machine Im paying to use.Worst mistake the owner made was letting Linda go. Wont go back now.

I was about to do my laundry here but then turned around to go do it at the laundry facility at my apartments. I felt bad vibes when I walked in...placed needs cleaned, the machines were small and priced unreasonably, and the woman who was working there at the time was just sitting behind the desk with her arms cross with the most unhappy, irritated expression. It was as if she didnt want me (or any other customers) there. I didnt feel welcome or comfortable enough to do my laundry here so I didnt. Place needs improvements.
