Super quick service! They were able to find the tire I needed that 3 other shops did not have. Thank you to Dominic and the team for keeping me updated regularly and getting in an out quick.

They were not busy at all, and I only got there for a standard oil change, but it took way way too long.When I asked, after a long time, if this usually takes so long, I was replied with a shrug, and when I said that I usually get in and out of Jiffy Lube in 10 minutes or so, again, a shrug.When I looked at the truck being serviced, I saw a guy looking and flipping through a book (manual?) that was placed on my engine. When I asked why the dude was looking through a manual, I was told that maybe he was looking for what filter fitted the engine. I said its pretty alarming, but again, another shrug.When they finally finished, nobody told me what they actually did, whats the status of the different fluids, filters, etc...Their waiting lobby is also lacking. No (complementary) soft drinks, no free popcorn, and the coffee was a few hours old.I highly recommend that the manager of this place goes to Jiffy Lube and learn how great they do it.Bottom line - if I wouldnt have received their oil changes for FREE, as part of buying a car from their Pocatello branch, I would never ever come to this pathetic place again!!!

I went for a standard oil change service.The service was extremely slow, without any explanation, as if its regular to take about an hour.When I asked if this is the normal time it takes, I was replied YES with an attitude.When I said that I get in and out of Jiffy Lube in 10 minutes or so, I was responded with a shrug.When they were finally done, nobody actually told me what was done or checked, like they do in Jiffy Lube.Someone should take a look at this service station if they want to somehow make it.

Had them do a wheel and tire setup on my car, and they ran into an issue with the odd lug nuts the wheels required. They went out of their way to find fitting lug nuts and even procured them in a cool color for me. It was hassle free and the staff listened and delivered.

I had them perform a wheel alignment on my 1994 Ford Mustang GT. They have performed an alignment on this exact vehicle before and only charged $88. This is a 2 wheel alignment with one of the most basic front suspensions on any car. I had installed new upgraded lower control arms on mustang. They charged $219.89! They were given specific instructions! They did not follow the instructions! I had to have them redo the alignment on the vehicle! Do not take your vehicle to Quicklane. Apparently overcharging repeat customers is now a new way of life at Lithia Ford Idaho Falls.

These guys helped me out when i first moved to town to get some great snow tires for my rear wheel drive Lincoln. A year later i called them to get them switched out and they were having a Spring Special. Wow! I needed help and they were awesome polite as always and saved my bacon with a killer sale! This shop is the real deal and they have a super comfortable waiting room. Thank you!

I would recommend Quick Lane for oil change,repair,tire issues, etc. I have always had a pleasant experience with the mechanics an always willing to help. Wouldnt choose to go any where else.

Stopped in to get our oil change before our long trip to Texas everyone was very friendly and notified us every step threw the processes. It was fast and easy and no appointment needed. Ken, Dylan, and the entire staff are great and we highly recommend them for all your oil change and tire needs.

This place is a joke! I have had multiple problems here only reason I come back is to get my tires rotated but I guess they cant even do that. Do yourself a favor and buy from a real tire shop like Big O.

It was an amazing experience. I have a commercial van that usually takes 2 plus hours to service at other locations. I was in and out in just barely an hour. They even had to use a manual jack to rotate the tires because of the length of my vehicle. I will go back for sure.

Complete garbage now. Went in to get snow tires switched and was told they couldn’t because they’re more than 5 years old. Duh I’ve only driven on them like a quarter of that time. December to March. The guy was nice explaining what was up and he seemed annoyed by Lithia’s new rules, too, so I give them a second star.As soon as they start charging me for oil changes I’m done there forever.

They shouks of stayed over at the other building the service was better and you never hardly had over a hour for whatever they where doing to your car. Now Im here for the second time to fix the same tire hour and a half then and the same if not longer now have been taking our vehicles here for years will not be returning no more

I would recommend this Quicklane to everyone! They were so quick and easy to deal with. I was told it would take around 2 hours for them to change my tires because of how busy they were. It ended up taking less than an hour. Also ask for Dylan when you go in. Hes the best guy there!

They really strive to give outstanding customer service. They seem to be popular so depending wait time at times is a couple hours. Tip: They suggested that around 3PM is a good time for minimal wait.

It took two hours for an oil change. There title is a mistake. There is nothing quick about this place. The persons that came in one hour later, their vehicles were done at same time as mine which took two hours.

I needed to get my SUV serviced before or trip to Utah. Sadly, I procrastinated as usual and it wasnt ready the day before I had to leave. I called Broadway Ford and their Quick Lane Service got us served the same day and fixed my running boards that had been sticking. I would highly recommend them😀

Theyll change your oil and its probably better than Jiffy lube. They arent terribly fast and theyll call you for weeks afterwards to see if you are satisfied, ugh. The WiFi is decent so you if you can work remotely the wait isnt terrible. They are difficult to work with for tires when you want something specific, but they are fair when you want something standard.

Dennis is the only good thing about this place. I went in for a simple alignment with brand new rims and tires and they messed up over 3 times! The third time they destroyed one of my really expensive tires it was wore out Unevenly in a few random spots! as if somebody took a grinder to it. And told me I needed to buy new tires because of it costing me almost 700$ in new tires and they took the tire and disposed of the evidence. I feel stupid for not reporting this when it happened I just let it go but honestly what they did was shady and I should have sewed them for this because I know for a FACT IT WASNT LIKE THAT BEFORE I WENT IN I bought them that same week. This place seriously fraud I know mechanic did it out of jealousy due to me driving a nice car on really nice 17inch rims n low pro tires n thats messed up.

Our car had a vibration that we took it in to have tires checked and rebalance. Had tires balanced before leaving Oklahoma two days earlier. They quickly found the problem and had it corrected within 45 minutes and had us on our way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car service

Dennis and Jon are the only two people I trust here. The other techs are very lazy and immature. They should not be working in a fast paced service shop.l, They only hendered the process to finish my oil change and rotation. Which has taken over 2 hours btw... Something has to be done with these workers or I refuse to continue to bring my vehicles to an unprofessional shop. Pathetic.

This place is always less busy than the other location and the staff is usually friendlier (probably because theyre less busy). They always help switch out my snow tires (which I bought through them last winter) even when they are busy.

I take all my cars here, the team is fast and honest. Prices are reasonable and the quality of service is top notch.

I have went here several times. I liked that everything, including tire rotations was included in the oil change. Little things were frustrating like not resetting the oil life light or the rebates printed from Quicklane’s website being nearly impossible to redeem. You don’t really see the same guys twice so I think staff must change a lot. Those were mild annoyances. My last visit however was pretty frustrating - I got an oil change. The next day TPMS light says front tire is low I check it and my gauge says it’s fine. I check the rear tire and it’s low - so TPMS lights hadn’t been reset when they rotated tires. I stop at their shop first thing in the morning the guy says they are just learning their GMC equipment for resetting the TPMS and that it was definitely their fault. I asked if they could reset them and check out the low tire for a leak - he said it will be 4 hours!! I mentioned I’d have to wait there and asked that because it was their mistake if they could work me in sooner - he just said their busy and he’ll do what he could. When I pressed on a time frame he still maintained 4 hours. I went around the corner to commercial tire and they reset the light and got me back on the road in 15 minutes! I won’t bother using Quicklane again!8/4/18 - I’m updating this review to 3 stars because their service manager did contact me and apologized for their poor service. He explained some changes they were making that he thinks will address their deficiencies. I appreciate the effort to correct a mistake.

There costumer service skills needs worked on and it takes them forever to service a vehicle. And I set a appointment online threw ford and they didnt honor it so whats the point of having a online site for appointments..

Didnt have tools needed to change belt after telling me was in need and quoted price. Also couldnt provide other work needed per there inspection because had no qualified mechanic to change out tyrods, struts or inlinks. Than two weeks to get parts .

Probably wont be back. The employees are not very kind or helpful, and seem to purposefully pay more attention to some people over others. They ruined a tire I took to them and when we told them we wernt happy about it their attitude was pretty much whatever. We went to the Quicklane on Northgate and Holmes and the story was the direct opposite. Very helpful and kind, apologetic about the attitudes at the other store. I WOULD recommend the Holmes location. Mostly a personnel issue. Prices are good.
