I accidentally overfilled and spilled my oil. That caused smoking! They were so kind and helpful to drain a quart out and clean it up a bit so I could continue with my travels.

Was very pleased with there service and they didnt mind answering all my question i had asked on my car. Great group of people working there i will be back in the future to have them take care of my car needs! 👍 my first time taking my car here they made it easy and had smiles.

I hit a giant Boulder on the tail end of my 3k mile road trip today. All auto body shops were closed so I stopped by this jiffy location to make sure no major damage was done since I was noticing some odd noises.Stefani assisted me in checking my car and removing some problematic/damaged pieces so that I could make the remainder of my trip safely. She was so helpful, thorough, cheery, and offered amenities to keep me and my puppy comfortable while we waited.I am beyond grateful for her genuine service and financial generosity in helping me get home safe.

I received services from them a few months ago and just forgot to leave a review that is well deserved. One of the managers working had just recently injured her leg and it looked serious, she was limping everywhere on a crutch... but was not complaining and even went out of her way to make my waiting time a pleasant experience (she even limped over to a corner to find a charger for my phone and I didnt even ask). She had a very friendly and efficient presence - the work was done quickly.The second visit, same experience, different managers/employees. Fast service, excellent customer care.

All I needed was my brake pads changed. I only came here because I dont have a place to change them myself. I called the Broadway location ahead of time to ask if they would change only my brake pads, and they said they did. I went over about 15 minutes later and when I got there they said didnt have enough people to do brakes today. And they said it very rudely. If you didnt have enough people to do the service I asked if you did, why didnt you tell me on the phone 15 minutes prior? And why did you have to be rude about it? Very unprofessional. Ive never had a problem with any other Jiffy Lube, but this one was very irritating. Never going back to this location.

They put a quart of motor oil in my transmission and never told me, cost me$300 to get it removed. They also overfilled my engine oil so I had a leak as a result. To many rookie technicians and no responsibility for their actions.

A family member had a small problem after an oil change. Dave Shelley, personally drove to her house and took care of the issue. This was beyond incredible customer service!! Thank you for putting your customers number one!!

The mechanics at this jiffy lube saved our car!!! We were only there for an oil change, but they informed us we had the wrong battery in our vehicle, blocking the air filter and potentially causing us engine damage if not fixed. Said they were changing my filter and when I just recently got my oil changed again 5000 miles later there was no filter to be found in my car!! I have no idea how much damage to this could have caused to my engine.

Had an employee run by here 10 minutes before closing to get a quick oil change before a big day tomorrow. We are leaving at 5:30 to drive to twin falls and nobody would be open to service us that early. Called ahead to let them know we were around the corner and the employee who answered the phone turned us away because it was inconvenient that they were closing in 10 minutes. We have about 10 company vehicles that we service regularly. We won’t be coming back here.

Fast, friendly service. Allowed to stay in the car which was nice with sleeping babies. Didnt try to get us any extra services so that was great because most places pressure you to do more things.

Came in for an oil change because my car was leaking oil. This place saved my husbands power steering in the summer. He swears by them. They told us we didnt need an oil change just needed the filter tightened. This is why my husband comes here. Grew up with mechanics so he appreciates the professional work and honesty. Folks, this is the place to come.

We were heading out of town the next day and I stopped in for their top dollar signature service while I grabbed a haircut next door. The pickup was ready and I paid the bill, thinking that these folks would do right. I was mistaken, they had failed to do anything on the interior. So much for the signature service and my desire to use it from them again.

That was the funniest and best experience we have ever had!!!! They got our 12 class A motorhome in through the bay. Initially looking at it, would NOT have believed. But they did it and with such joyful spirits. GREAT JOB! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I went in for my scheduled oil change. It appears the Broadway location is under new ownership and management. I used to feel welcome, and like by business was appricated, but this visit had a whole different vibe to it. There was not the usual friendly greeting, it felt more like, what do YOU want ! A few miles after I left, a warning light came on, so I turned around and went back in. The manager hooked up the handheld computer, and immediately told me I needed 2 oxygen sensors. I said I had just been in 5 minutes ago. The response was, oh, Ill just clear that The following morning there was oil that had dripped on the garage floor. The plug was in, but there was oil dripping down from a sloppy job of filling it.I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for many years, and never had an issue. The multiple cars and trucks in my family will go somewhere else from now on.

I dont know what to say. Over priced. Insisting on changing things that dont need changed then charging 100+ for each item. If you wanna be scammed go to this franchise.

Great place, theyve got free refreshments while you wait (popcorn, soda, water, coffee) and theyre very fast. Just watch out, like any fast car service place they talk fast and will try to get you to agree to services you dont actually need.

My experience with Jiffy Lube has always been positive. The staff have always been knowledgeable and courteous. I have never felt pressured to spend money on additional services. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at the Jiffy Lube on Broadway.

They were quick with the oil change, and they caught a potential issue that could have caused significant damage if it hadnt been dealt with. Ive been here a few times now, and they do a great job.

Windshield washer fluid put into my power steering reservoir. I took my truck to Jiffy Lube and they were able to flush the system. This saved my hundreds of dollars in repairs.

Their Technitions broke the original oil filter base on the motor. They did replace it, but did not install the new base correctly. 150 miles later and away from the area, check engine light came on. Another service center identified and made the correct repairs. Jiffy Lube credited the original service, but has refused to cover the additional charges to make the necessary repairs.

I went to Wal-Mart first, but they told me a simple oil change would take over an hour and cost about $55. I came to Jiffy Lube and it cost $55, but they gave me a bunch of air fresheners, cleaned my car, washed the windshield, and topped off all the other liquids. They did all that in 10 minutes. I love this place!

What a pleasant experience! Every one was very friendly and very courteous! The even opened my door for me!The manager was very knowledgeable and was fun to visit with. The service was completed quickly and thoroughly. I was very pleased! We have two location in town, but I will definitely will go back to this location just for the customer service!

I never leave reviews, but I was passing through to Utah and my car overheated bad. They were the only repair place close so I went there and they checked the engine for coolant leaks and filled my car up completely with coolant and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. They seem like very honest and hard working guys to me.

I took advantage of the free oil change on Veterans Day. It was completed very quickly and professionally. They topped off all the fluids and even replaced my oil drain plug for free.I cannot recommend this Jiffy Lube enough. They were friendly and didnt try to get me to buy things I didnt want. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks for the great service! Also, they have a propane refilling station here.

No problems with my car, NO PREVIOUS LEAK, just went in for an oil change and coolant flush Friday, 11/29/2018 and as I pulled into my garage tonight, I noticed I have a huge oil leak that has accumulated on my garage floor, 12/04/2018. Will call and get my car back in to have them fix it and maybe come clean this mess off my floor....

I had such a wonderful experience. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. An added plus was the free popcorn and soft drinks. Before I knew it they were finished changing my oil, windshield wipers and inspection.

Just got my oil changed here. They broke my transmission stick tube. This doesnt bother me as much as the fact that they just stuck it back into the engine compartment without even telling me. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone! When I went back to see how to correct the situation, they suggested I go to a junk yard to find the part and fix it myself. Wow, go pay $73.56 for a signature oil change and get this type of world class service! If this is the type of experience you are looking for...then I recommend this business.

I swear jiffy lube just doesnt like to check tires any more.You know I thought i would give jiffy lube another try try a different store because you know 1 bad bird should mean the whole flock is bad . Well I went to ask them if I could get air in my tires . I was greeted by a rTech named Jordan. Pretty sure I heard more nos out his mouth then yes even offered to pump air my self Even said I could drive to the front to make it easier . Nope was the answer I got 10 mins for a tire check . So I gave you a second chance jiffy lube and you failed me . Thank you .

Of all quick lube places I would recommend this particular place over all as mechanic who has moved trades and dosent always have time to do my own oil changes there isn’t another place I would send mine or my wife’s car to. Scotty knows how to make sure it’s done right the first time
