I purchased a new set of tires for my motor home from Chris at Rons Tire. I was very impressed with the service and Chris came out personally to see the install was done correctly. I received a very good price on tires, service and trade in of my old tires. I would recommend this business above any other tire dealer I have done business with!

I came here for a KTM dirt bike battery because another place didn’t “have it.” Corey helped us and even figured out the other guys recommended the wrong one, and they carried KTM. He helped a girl out and taught me a ton (because I’m not really mechanical or knowledgeable at all about dirt bikes) I left feeling confident and even started the bike that night. I cannot sing enough praises about Corey, he is super knowledgeable and so sweet. He listened to the situation and helped more than he’ll ever know!

Traveling across the country with my kids and had a front wheel bearing go out at 4 in the afternoon. These jumped in and had me going in 2 hours. Great service and very friendly.

I am very pleased with Ron’s Tire shop. I was able to get a pretty last minute appointment to have new 37s put on my beadlocks. Those of you with beadlocks know most tire shops won’t touch them. Ron’s, at the time of this posting, charged an extra $25 per wheel for the beadlock ring removal/installation which I did not think it was unreasonable at all. I was also really impressed with how well they got these wheels to balance. I think a sticky weight has fallen off which is not their fault so next time I’m in the area I’ll see if they’ll throw them back on the machine. I’m hopeful there will be no charge for that but if there were to be one I also would not consider that unreasonable, again it’s not their fault it fell off. Only gripe I have in this one is pretty small is that I did not get my original valve stem caps back. If they had been something fancy or expensive I would’ve followed up on it but they were just some colored ones from O’Reilly‘s so no biggie there. I have no issues recommending these guys.

I noticed that our 2017 Jeep Grande Cherokee had steering issues at highway speeds so,,,I took our 2017 Jeep Grande Cherokee to Ron’s Tire and Motorsports to get the tires rebalanced and to check the tire alignment…Sure enough it did need an alignment and the tires were slightly out of balance… Ricardo did a great job of getting us taken care of and Lewis and the crew in the shop handled the car with care and precision…I took the car out on the highway and it feels like new again !!! It’s funny how little things add up and take away from a pleasant driving experience…Thank you from the Bognars Ron’s Tire and Motorsports !!! You are top notch !!!

Rons Tire and Motorsport is the service provider of choice for the rental car agency. Cannot say enough about their willingness to help and assist. Exceptional customer service, amazing store. I dont live in Idaho Falls, But can clearly say that if I did this would be my go-to on a regular basis!!

The pull rope on my rototiller broke and I took both pieces of rope and the metal part in to show them. They replaced the rope and wound it on the metal part in less than an hour. AND they almost did it all for free. Very kind and friendly staff! Thank you, Ill be back when another machine needs help.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Rons. I checked every other tire shop in town for a trailer tire on a 14 rim for a spare on my camper. I should have gone straight here! Not only were the employees all very helpful and polite, I found just what I needed for about 40 dollars less than anyone else in town. I couldnt have been more happy with my experience and I will definitely be back.

Not a place I any longer recommend. Dont seem to care what it costs to service your vehicle. They wont try to save you any money. Then when the damage your vehicle. No responsibility for it. Alignment was off steering wheel wasnt strait and it made clicking noises when I got It back. Cost me over 200 at another shop to fix the alignment and steering click. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Took my mower in to replace or repair the blade adapter. They replaced the adapter and serviced the mower for a cost less than quoted. Will be going back there again.

Cory is always making sure I got the right tires for any vehicle. Highly recommended for all services.

These folks really went above and beyond for us. We had a tractor with steer tires that needed replaced asap. We called them at 4:45 PM on a Friday and they had us done and on our way by 6:00 PM the same day. It was truly remarkable how quickly and willingly they helped us in our time of need.

Hands down, the BEST service I have ever had by any store. I went in for servicing our outdoor gardening equipment and snowblower, and walked out with new tires on my truck, a used ATV, and trailer tires. All of which I was in the market for, so no impulse buying.....unless it was impulsive to get great deal on everything. Their price points were MUCH less than I expected and like I said, the service and friendliness was over the top awesome. I will recommend to all my family and friends that Ron’s is the go to place.

I went in for a alignment, I paid nearly 700 for this issue and the next couple of days I start hearing noises with my car which I believe something was moved that wasnt suppose to be touched by the mechanic name Luis. I believe I was scammed out of my money!!

Ive been in the store a few times and always received exceptional service. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. When I bought a Thule cargo box through them they went above and beyond to get it to me quickly and at a great price, even though they didnt normally carry them. I highly recommend them

Very upset about this. I brought my car in because it started making an awful noise when running that started from one day to the next. After charging me over $200 to fix a wheel bearing, the problem did not go away whatsoever. I brought the vehicle back in where I was told they would get right back to me to let me know what was going on. After four days of me calling and getting no response (just a promise of a call back in a few minutes which never happened), I finally was able to get a hold of someone who told me the repair would cost $1200. When I asked what would happen with the $200+ I already spent, I was told the wheel bearing was still contributing to the problem and so I would not be refunded or have that money go towards the correct repair.Ive spent lots of money with this shop over the past couple of years purchasing tires, repairs for my vehicles, and equipment from their store. I feel like the poor service and getting ripped off by them is enough reason for me to look for a new place to take my business. No way to treat a loyal customer.

Return customer just brought my garden tiller in for service.

I won’t be back. I took my ride-on mower in for a service. They changed the oil, “sharpened” my blades that were only a month old, and turned my blades that had been upside down. After looking everything over and completing the service, they returned it to me. I got home, unloaded my mower, started the engine, engaged the blades, and the mower shut off. I tried it again. Same result. I loaded it back up & took it back in. They did the started it and had the same result. The mechanic lowered my blades and looked at the belts. “I know what’s wrong. A belt that is supposed to be inside this casing is outside of it. We’ll fix that.” They retuned it that same day and I went home. I mowed my lawn, but now an excessive amount of gray smoke was billowing up from my engine and it still wasn’t mowing well. I went to mow the very next week and got about 5 minutes into it when my mower shut off. I lowered the blades and checked the belts. One of the belts had huge chunks taken out of it at odd intervals and it had broken. This time I had to push the lawnmower on to the trailer to take it back in. The manager said he’d get me taken care of. Over a week later I was told my mower was ready and they wanted to charge me for the belt and the labor to install it, despite the fact that they’d put it on incorrectly the first time I’d brought it in. We compromised on me paying $40 for the belt. I don’t feel like they took care of me. My mower works now, and cuts well, but it still smokes. (They couldn’t figure out how to resolve that issue). My suggestion is that if you need a mower repair, go somewhere else where they do it right the first time and don’t charge you for their errors.

My husband JT and I were on vacation with our kids when we were involved in a car accident (thankfully everyone was uninjured) the evening before we were scheduled to leave for home (school started the next morning for our kids). We were desperate for help in an effort to find a way to get back home. We were able to use our spare tire, but our other rim was bent too. We started calling every phone number Google gave asking for some sort of help. Any place that had a solution was so expensive it wasnt feasible for us at the end of our vacation. Then we were lucky enough to call Rons. Chris jumped in immediately helping us devise a plan!!!! We limped our truck to the shop where we met Wes and Corey also who were spectacular all three of them not only at their jobs but as human beings. Thank you so much for intervening and coming to our rescue. We may not live in Idaho Falls, but please know we are forever grateful!!! We recommend your company to anyone. As a matter of fact we have a Point S in our hometown of Helena, MT, and your company has officially earned lifelong customers!! Bless you all!!!!

Blew a tire up fishing. They had to order a new tire but mounted a used tire on my rim so I could go back and get my camper trailer. Very hrlpful.

Stood in their shop for 30 minutes without being helped. Left with no help. Went and bought my mower from blackfoot instead. And they delivered to be all the way in rigby for free. Wont be back.

On April 24th we took in three items to be repaired and requested a quote before repair was done. Two weeks later, on May 9th, I called to get a status and was told that the hadnt got to them and just put them in the system on May 4th. I asked why they had just got put into the system, they had them for two weeks and was told no they had them for a week. I was not going to argue with them. I called again on May 15th asking for a status because we needed the big generator for camping memorial weekend. I was told they were just getting to them. I called again May 20th and was told I was just getting ready to call you. I was given the quotes and onr item was more than we wanted to spend and asked for a quote to just put in a new battery. I called again on May 22nd (memorial weekend) and was told I was just getting ready to call you I was told my stuff was ready. I asked about the one item and was told what they had repaired it. I told him that I had asked for just the battery to be replaced. He told me that they had already done the other work when I said to just replace the battery. Remember I asked for a quote first, then just a quote for the battery. Needless to say we did not go camping because we did not have a generator and the weather was bad.This is the second time we have had problems. They are extremely slow, take in more than they can handle, or are under staffed.

DISHONEST MANAGEMENT!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I brought in a wheel to have the tire swapped. They jacked up the rim in 9 different places scraping the powder coating off and scraping metal off of the rim. When I approached management about the issue they said that it wasnt them. I spoke with different employees that admitted that they had done the damage and how they had done it. In the end they cut me a check for half the dollar value of the damage they did. Why would they cut me a check if they had absolutely nothing to do with the damage? Thats a good question. They are dishonest and cant hold themselves accountable for their actions.

Just bought new TOYO RT tires and loved the kind employees that took care of me. Chris was exceptional, he gave me a quote then stated if anyone in town beats that price let me know and I’ll beat it.
