Best place to get a pedicure! Not sure about nails, as Ive never had my nails done there.They offer the best pedicure for the best price in town. They are much faster and accommodate more people than most other salons.However, language can be a barrier at times.They also offer complimentary water and candy.

I am normally not one to leave negative reviews for places but my service today warrants it. I came in with my mom for mothers day pedicures. They seemed kinda busy but we asked if they had time for 2 pedicures or if we should come back and they said they had time. We picked out our polish and sat in the pedicure chairs. We sat there for about 30 minutes without any water in the tubs. When we did get a nail tech over she did my entire pedicure while my mom sat there and worked on my mom directly after. This wouldnt be a big deal if the entire pedicure wasnt extremely rushed. The tech went through my pedicure so quickly that there was still polish all over my skin by my toes. My favorite part of pedicures is the massage and rubbing lotion on my calf only for 30 seconds each leg was their massage. No feet nor any pressure added. I am super disappointed in the service. It seemed like they valued quantity over quality. I would have gladly come back at a different time had I known the pedicure was going to be so rushed and done poorly.

Free full sized complimentary water bottle. We went with as a girls day out and enjoyed the services. We got paraffin wax and it was the perfect temperature.

They were SO sweet and kind. Happily accepted our walk-in and totally didnt mind my 5 year old tagging along. Offered water and candies.

We surprised them with 8 people coming in at 6pm for pedicures a nail dip and a manicure. They treated us so well and did not make us feel like we were too much. Amazibg people! Plz go see them, you’ll be happy you did.

I could barely understand the man doing my nails and he also took twice as long than what I was told by him. To start, I showed the man what I wanted but he told me he couldn’t do that. I had to choose another style I wanted my nails. With this new style, I wanted a faded glitter on two nails. I was told I could get that, but, after they started on it, they told me they couldn’t do it; so I had to change again after all of my nails had already been painted. And to top it off, the man doing my nails glued part of my skin to the nail. Then, the next day, one of my nails snapped after I tried my best to be careful with them. I wasn’t too rough with any of them because I knew I might break one. Probably won’t come back here.

I really do hate leaving bad reviews, but this was pretty bad. I’ve been here a few times and had an okay experience but I was just appalled 😮 this time. Apparently the guy thought the edge of my big toe felt rough and started taking a callous grating device to my toe which I immediately pulled back because it hurt. He then did it to the other side!!! I didn’t even realize it was bleeding until a few minutes later. And then to add insult to injury, at then end of my appointment he sprayed my toes with alcohol so that made it sting even worse! The lack of care was so underwhelming I still can’t believe it. I told him it hurt and all he said was “oh sorry!” I was shocked that he charged me full price and didn’t say another word! I get people make mistakes, but my goodness.....do something to make it right! I will not be going back. 🙁

I always recommend this place because they really made me mad. I went there to get my nails dipped for my moms wedding. They rushed through them. He ended up gluing himself to me, he filed the side of my nails too much and almost made me bleed.I had to keep telling him to stop. The next day I was getting ready for the wedding and I broke two nails. Just getting dressed! Then just doing simple tasked I broke more. I went back to get my money back and the said that all sales are finally. They offered to fix them but my actual nails are so sore I don’t think I could handle it.

This was one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time!!! Very impressed!!! Walked in and sat right down. Water was nice and hot. Massage was phenomenal. He made my feet feeling so soft and smooth!!! Loved my experience and I think I found my new pedi place!!!

This was the best pedicure I’ve had. Cheap, friendly, complimentary water bottle and candy, back massage chair, leg massage, foot massage, hot paraffin wax, polish removal, foot scrub, nail trim and file plus new polish for $26!! I’ll definitely be a regular from now on!❤️❤️❤️

They were polite, courteous, and very kind. I loved the selection of colors they had, the massage chairs, and the overall process. Did I mention massage chairs?! Massage while getting a pedicure!? To start off, I wanted my nails done a certain way with certain tips, they couldnt find the tips to fit my nail size, so I had to go through 3 different tips to find one that was ok. The woman, who did my nails, was not very gentle at all, I have had my nails on for 3 weeks, 2 of my nails, on one hand, have already broken off, and Ive never had this happen any time. Ive had my acrylic nails done, but the acrylic had separated from the nail tip and broke off, and so now Im left with the original nail. Ive never had my nails done so badly before I will not be coming back.

Wow, the best service in town!! Very professional and friendly. Took my 4 year old daughter and they were so kind with her and did a great job on her feet!! We will definitely be going back!! Our new favorite place.

It was hands down the worst experience Ive ever encountered at a nail salon. I went in with a coworker to get mani/pedies. The sat us down to soak our feet and didnt get back to us for a half hour. Then they started working on my friends feet but had no one to work on mine. I waited about another 1/2 hour for someone to work on mine. Needless to say she was done well before me and she started choosing her nail design. Everything she selected they said they couldnt do when she was picking from there display posted on the wall. She ended up going with no design and the color started chipping off after 2 days. I decided not to get my nails done there. The rotten cherry on top of this horrible experience, they were talking smack the entire time.

Walked in on the 19th and they got me in right away. I was immediately seated and given a bottle of water. Sweet gentleman did my fill and polish. He did a great job...was very gentle. Ill go back, definitely.

They ruined my nails when I was trying to grow them out. The color always chipped the next day. The wife is always so busy looking around at whats going on in the salon, she doesnt pay attention to her client. They are very good at saying Im sorry. But the problem it still there. I will never let them do my nails again.

Wife went in to get her nails done. She asked for acrylics and showed them a photo of what she wanted off their websites photos. When she got done she had been cut, the nails didn’t even resemble the photo(later we learned it was stollen of a generic Pinterest post) and matte black with gold nails came out poorly done glossy black only. Ontop of the poor craftsmanship and advertising they upcharged her from the $25 quote to $35 because they gave her gell instead acrylic like she had asked them for without telling her. She was on the verge of tears and didn’t want to make a scene so she called them after she left to speak privately. After being told the manager was available they tried to push her off saying no one could talk to her or was available. She asked for her money back or to have them done later because she was late for her appointment. Her response was being hung up on and calls ignored.

Asked for my nails to be round, they looked like a child did them. I had sharp parts, they wernt even and parts of them were flat will not recommend or go back.

They charge you outrageous after youre done getting your nails they dont tell you what theyre doing because they speak in their own language and after you get your nails done they charge you $10 extra for pedicure we didnt ask for then they tell us that our nails are $45 each because they gave us creditors when we didnt ask for them they charge $10 more 4 theyre pedicures when you dont ask for them because they dont tell you what theyre doing when they are doing it if I could give a zero-star rating I would

They’re super customer service oriented and really know what they’re doing. The older gentleman, i can’t remember his name, took his time and was very gentle and did an amazing job. I moved here from a big city and have been spoiled when it comes to beauty professionals and they are the best in IF! The other places I’ve gone did not take their time, give massages, or even really good mani/pedi’s. This place is so great! I would highly recommend

I called hours in advance to make an appointment for a wedding party. They said it was fine. We went and they said we had to wait an HOUR. We had a night scheduled for the wedding and could not wait an hour. It was very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible service!! I went in to get a full set of nails and the guy couldnt even understand what I was asking for. when he started I told him it wasnt what I wanted and he proceeded to do it. He finally called someone over to finish halfway through and she was just as bad. The guy started on another lady and was doing her nails the way I tried to explain and he just got mad and started yelling at the lady doing my nails, pointing at a poster telling her thats how I wanted them (I assume) Here it is a day later and my nails are already lifting and either need taken off or filled somewhere else. I paid full price for nails that look like a little girl did them and already need taken off!

I went in last Friday with a friend to get a pedicure. While they were scrapping my callouses off. The technician cut my foot and caused it to bleed. It bleed enough that on the other side of the scraper tool was covered in my blood. He just said sorry sorry and kept going. I feel that I should have not been charged for it or at least received some money off. I will not be going back.

Found the right nail salon for me. My nails are shaped the way i like them not the way the stylist wants. Nice even acrylic layer. I highly recommend this place.

They were not gentle at all. They cut my toenails way too short to the point they still hurt 2 days later. Would not recommend them at all and will never go back.

Horrible will not ever be back went with my girls to get our feet done asked how much to get a nail fixed was told the guy would just take care of it then got called a liar that they didnt have the nails tips which I might add I just got them done there 6 days ago! I drop alot of cash here!

This is my usual place to go for a pedicure even though its not the most affordable. I dont get to go that often so splurge on the deluxe so end up spending like 50 with tip. The last time I went was very crowded and my pedicure was so rushed that even with the callous remover my heels looked just as awful as before. This was what the paint job looked like with a HUGE chip on my big toe immediately after I got in the car ( and no I didnt hit it on anything) and cruddy looking polish . I would have gone right back in but had a baby sitter for my kids and had to get home

I dont recommend this nail shop. Even their pedicures are sketchy. They use razors to cut/shave away callused skin, which is illegal in most states (I dont know Idahos laws, Im not licensed in this state) its illegal because it is very dangerous and can lead to serious infections.My daughters nails and toes looked awful, I had to redo them when we got home.

I recently tried this place for the first time 3 months ago, since then, I have been back two more times. The employees are all very friendly and experienced. All equipment and pedi tubs are clean and sanitary, and the prices are very reasonable. Not only do you get to experience long lasting beautiful nails, but you can also relax in the massaging chairs, all while youre hydrating with a free bottle of water. This is fast becoming my go to place for a mani and pedi. I have had the gel nails, and I have not had any issues. The polish has stayed intact for a long time. I will continue to use Ocean Nails of Idaho Falls for my nail needs.

Great people do an excellent job

I asked for a simple French tip with rounded edges and got razor claws instead. When I asked the 60+ year old man to shorten them and instead square the edges, he filed them down so short that my nail bed started bleeding. My fingers stick out from underneath my nail and my nail bed is raw. These people dont understand simple requests and do a shotty job and injured me as the result.

This place is horrible. I never get what I want because they cant understand me and it is very frustrating. I had my nails done here and within two days two of them popped off in my sleep. When they all came off, I noticed they cut pretty big notches into my nail and it made my nails very sore, considering I already have super thin nails. They were not gentle at all and my fingers bled a couple times. I dont understand why these guys are so popular, its horrible here.

He didnt clean my nails properly because there were people waiting and he didnt want to loose the next customer so he just told me to wash my hand and pull apart the acrilic excedent off my nail. I was paying for a service if they dont have time to do it please just say no

Every single time (4x) Ive gotten acrylic nails here, I come out with littlecuts all over my damn fingers.2/4 times, the gel was bumpy, and uneven.

I went in and got a set of acrylic nails and ended up with nail fungus. Do not go here!! They obviously dont clean their equipment!
