I have been going to Stephanie Heaps for about 3 years now. She has always taken the ideas that I give her or the pictures of what I want and executed them beautifully. One thing that I really appreciate is that she explains the techniques she is doing as she cuts/colors my hair and gives great styling and product tips. I have bounced around a lot between stylists but I have gained such trust in Stephanie that I feel confident that I have found my forever stylist and know that I will always leave happy and feeling great. She has wonderful customer service and is very personable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist!

I had to find a new beautician because my old one wasnt doing hair anyone. So she recommended Stephanie. I was very amazed at the great job she did with my hair. It turned out exactly like the picture I showed her. She also gave me some tips on things to do and a list of products to use that werent super pricey. I will definitely be going back to her. Maryann was absolutely amazing. I’ve had extensions for about four years now. Before, they were very heavy, hard to wash, choppy. She dyed my roots and reinstalled my extensions. They look so natural and so beautiful, I’ve never loved my hair so much. She now has a life long customer :) thank you beautiful! You killed it.

I change my hair multiple time Including going bleach blonde for my wedding to going super dark and getting an installation of extensions and she always knows how to guide me through each process and schedules my appointments within a fast timing .

Kaitlyn is literally a nail goddess!!!! I have been searching far and wide for months for my nail person and I think I have finally found it! She is extremely detail oriented and takes an obvious great amount of care and pride in what she does!! She took a bit more time to do them, but I strongly feel this is a good thing. My nails look like perfect gorgeous ones you see on pinterest!!! For real five stars isnt enough!!!

My stepdaughters mom took her here for a cut and color. The color is blotchy and spotty and looks like a home dye job. The blonde highlights are orange and awful and Stephanie said she would fix it, but, because she only workspart time and my husband and I are adults and have full time jobs it was hard to get her back in so she could fix it. When we finally had the appointment we were informed that it had been too long so the service to correct it would no longer be complimentary. How she was allowed ro leave the salon with her hair looking like that is beyond me. Apparently there is no pride in a job well done or clients who walk away happy.

There is no one else I trust with my hair and nails with other than Kaley Stockstad. She has made my hair such a beautiful blonde safely and showed me all of the best products to keep it looking it’s best. She has beautiful colors for nails that I absolutely love. She has amazing taste and is very friendly, she loves what she does and it shows!

I have been getting my nails professionally done for years. Recently I have not been happy with nails I have been getting. A friend of a friend referred me to Kaitlyn and Im so glad she did. I have since been to Kaitlyn many times and each time I have been so happy and get a ton of compliments on my nails. She is always making sure she does an excellent job and I have consistently heard her give her clients before me the same excellent customer service!!! Thank you Kaitlyn!!

I’m sad to say I was so disappointed. It took over 2 hours to get my nails done. I was there from 11am and didn’t leave until almost 2.. Not only that the girl kept breaking my nails and having to redo them. She didn’t end up filing them or anything so my nails are super bumpy, the lengths of my nails are uneven and crooked. I had to come home and scrub acrylic off of my fingers but while she was doing my nails she would stop for minutes at a time to pick acrylic off her fingers. She wasn’t even trying to do a good job. She didn’t say sorry she kept breaking my nails or give me a discount or anything. And I have never been so disappointed with getting my nails done. It wasn’t professional and I’m just really disappointed...

Went today for my first time and i’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to get there nails done i’m definitely going back😇

Coordinating schedules is a bit tricky, but Jill Patterson did a wonderful job on my hair. She consulted me at every step and made sure I was loving every foil she placed and strand of hair she cut. I highly recommend going to see her.

NV Salon has a unique atmosphere where clients can escape from every day life. Clients can come in, have a drink and relax. Several of my clients have said that this salon is the nicest in town, the culture is friendly and the stylists and employees work together as a team. Come see us! Have been having my nails done by Kaitlyn for quite a while now. She is very detail oriented, kind, and gentle. I’ve gone to the “other” nail salons and they hurt you and rush through everything. I would definitely recommend Kaitlyn if you need your nails done! :)

I have been in NV Salon and Boutique many times. The staff is great and the prices are always fair. The clothes are always just so darn cute and priced so fairly. Always fun to shop, get a pedicure, and relax.

I went and had my hair done about 2 weeks with ago from Luci Forbes and I was absolutely blown away by the environment in the salon and Lucis level of professionalism. I was not only impressed with how she carried herself but also with how she treated me during my hair process. I was checked on and taken care of. And of course, the most important part was I was in LOVE with the outcome of my hair. It looked so refreshed, clean, and healthy on top of the change in color. I am picky with my hair because of the bad experiences I have had previously and it is so refreshing knowing that I dont have to pay an arm and a leg to get my hair done and I will be in good hands overall. Definitely worth the experience. NV is my new favorite (overall) salon!!

I was so excited to have my princess nails and toes for my wedding! Everything has been pulling together nicely! Now, its time for my nail day! Well, what I got was Kaitlyn! Not only is Kaitlyn very short and snide in conversation, she did the worst nails I have ever had done. I tried talking to her about what I didnt like and she brushed me off and asked for my payment instead if being concerned about my concerns. I texted her later to have her tell me nothing was wrong with them. She did say she would fix them but honestly if this was her best work why waste your time going back! On a positive note Kyndra tried helping and was nothing but kind. Its unfortunate the whole facility has to get this review!

April 5th I texted Jamie Warren (Rockstar Nails) located at NV nails, requesting a refund on a $55 gift certificate that my girlfriends bought for my birthday. I received a text from Jamie stating she would send me a refund. Since then I have never heard a word or received any reimbursement. I have called and text to schedule an appt. if she could not give me a refund, but she has ignored me. My gift certificate expires tomorrow 4/30/16.
