My favorite nail salon. I go regularly for pedicures and occasional manicures. I am always treated respectfully and walk out feeling perfectly pampered. The salon is clean and the ladies are so welcoming. I have nothing but good things to say.

First time I went my nails were great. I went back to get a fill and she WRECKED my cuticles. Like big gashes everywhere then to top it off she didn’t paint all the way to the top of the nail so now my nails already look grown out(probably cause she knew she wrecked my cuticles and don’t want to get close)Pedicure was okay. It was not much of a pedicure though just basically painted nails.

We always have appointments set at certain times & it takes way past our appointment to get started. I usually have to wait 40-1 hour to actually get started once I arrive. Not impressed with the management at all.

I show her a picture on Pinterest and she makes the picture come to life! I havent been to the other ladies in there but they are always kind to me. At first I 5 starred. My tech was really sweet and good conversation. But after getting closer look my polish is not even or smooth at all. And cut my skin at the cuticle.

PRICE LIST AT THE BOTTOM-Ive been going to Pro Nails for a long time, and have an almost perfect track record with them. Ive had just about every service done, and can honestly say they give great quality service for pretty decent prices! My only concern is the amount of time they take to complete some of the procedures. If I go in for acrylic nails, I always have to block about 2 hours out of my schedule. They are always just a plain color, and never complex, but they take quite a bit of time. However the staff is friendly and very kind if you make conveersation with them, and always deliver great quality nails and services! Would certainly recommend!

Horrible service. I went in to get a pedicure was told to come back at to came back and the other chicken there got all upset cause I did not have an appointment when I was told to come back. Then I sat in the chair for about 10 minutes before they turned on my water and then I sat there for 30 minutes, with my feet in the water, still had no help.

I am from Texas and went to this nail shop and I absolutely loved it!!!! They were all so nice!!! Tammy even took the time to remember my name and talked to me like I was a person and not just a customer. It was also a little hot In the facility and they put a fan on to make sure I was comfortable then worked on my nails. I picked a pretty hard design and they made it even more beautiful than I expected!! Thank you pro nails. I absolutely love my nails!!!!!

So I had a very horrible experience at salon. It started with a phone call to see if they had availability where I was hung up on twice and on the second time they had told me to come in at 3:45 did not ask me my name. When I showed up at 3:45 they argued with me and told me that I had not set up an appointment even though I had called twice. Then the price they quoted me on the phone was not what they charged me. On top of that as Im there to get my nails done with my friend, we proceeded to get harassed about the fact that we are not Catholic nor are we married with Children. I should not have to go into a salon and worry about what my religion is or the fact that I am not married and have children. The girls were not very friendly and very rude I definitely will not be going back to them. Well I went with my sister to get an acrylic set. The wait was about 30 minutes at least when she said 20. We were there for a couple of hours overall. I got home and noticed there were bubbles in the polish which lead to the thumbnail polish coming half off as well as my ring finger polish coming completely off. Prices also weren’t as stated on the door. Or anywhere I looked before going.

These guys were so rough! Stabbing me with the tool and digging her nail into my toe to correct mistakes. She did a hack job on a gel pedi and needs to learn how to color in the lines. Very poor quality and when you tell them “ouch” they just laugh and keep on going.

Went in to get a set of nails took over an hour and half, because the lady doing my nails (Thanh) wouldnt just focus on getting my nails done her client . She would help everyone coming in or just would walk away randomly. She was more concerned with focusing on other things or people than her client in her chair!!!! My nails defintely show this by the poor quality.

Made me wait 40 minutes after making an appt. They answer the phone with the speaker on and they totally take the wanted appts that warrent more money first. I had inquired about the price for a gel manicure a day before my scheduled time. After my 40 minute wait in which I inquired about since another woman came in 30 minutes after me and got seated, I was sat and took 25 minutes to finish my nails. Walked up to the register and she proceeds to charge me $5 more! I had to tell her I was already quoted another price (by the one arranging better money making jobs)....prolly was already up’ed in the first place. Just a very money hungry business.

I have gone to a few nail salons but this one is the worst. I went on right after work to get a quick set. I was told to wait and I did, no problem there, I understand. The problem came when the lady doing another ladies pedicure was on the phone on speaker.... like yelling. Then when I got helped she walked away from me mid set and said Ill be right back in 20 minutes and went to do a pedicure... 30minutes passed. She said appointments are first but she was almost done with my set. Point of the story I was here 2 and a half hours... I had things to do and places to be so arguing with these ladies is the last I needed. A lady walked in and asked me how long I had been there, I said 2 hours and they left and then she got mad at me. Not my fault. Never going back or recommending here again!

I asked for acrylics and she gave me a French tip and I told her I didn’t want them like that and she laughed and acted like she didn’t and Westland what I wanted and just painted white over them and she was also rough and made my finger bleed NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The place was clean which was great! As far as paying attention to what they were doing not so much. I had a pedicure done and he filed my flesh on one of my toes. Feels like a rug burn. Clean place and nice people but I would not recommend them.

Tammy, the owner, is horribly RUDE! I wouldnt support her attitude by doing business there. The others in the salon ARE pleasant. Unfortunately, you feel her murmuring negatively in another language and its very uncomfortable.

Ive gone there 2 times and the ladys dont speak very good English. Other than that, great job. Very nice and gentle. Stays on for a while too!

It was okay nice vietnamies but they didnt finish my feet and it wasnt fully even. My nails were okay, but all in all it toke 3 1/2 hrs. They conversated amongst their coworkers and stopped every so often.

Excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I got pedicures and we were very relaxed and pleased with the results.

1) Opened late; by 15 to 20 minutes.2) Salon was not ready for customers; recent shipment of supplies around the salon and owner took an additional 10 to 15 minutes to put warning signs on unpacked supplies then another 10 minutes organizing nail polish by color while my mother waited.3) Staff seemed to argue in their native language about starting my mothers pedicure before putting up warning signs and organizing nail polish; salon set up won. My pedicure started at 9:50ish, mothers started at 10:20.4) Owner started services for a client that arrived after us. My mother continued to wait - ridiculous!!!!5) My nail tech was rough and unfriendly through most of my pedicure. Then suddenly became chatty towards the end... hmmm recognized my dissatisfaction???Heres your tip: arrive on time, have the salon ready, and improve your customer service!

This place is so bad. Do not go here I have gone many times and every time I am unpleased! Everytime i go even if i make an appointment i have to wait over an hour! Do not recommend this place at all. Horrible horrible, horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They dont sanitize their pedicure stations very well. Bring your own polish. Its hit and miss with quality of service.

I scheduled for me to get my nails done with my grandma, when I got there at the scheduled time they did not do my nails. Instead they let two walk ins and treated me and my grandma like trash. They made us wait 45 minutes after we rescheduled so we left.

They were very courteous and efficient.

Service was great I liked my finishing products but on the door it said that it was $26 for nail tips and it reality it was $30 someone I went with got gel and the door said gel was $18 and in reality it was $32 can’t they put their real prices over all I liked the finishing products.

I have only been there one time. Bad service once and I never went back. I waited a long time to get in for full set once she started she constantly had to answer phone and then left me to help some else and told me that appointments had presidence. Dont accept customers if you dont have time to take care of them from beginning to endShould hire more people.

Made three appointments at 4:30, and actually showed up a little early so I was fine with having to wait until then. The ladies started my friends pedicure before she got to my and my sisters fills. She ended up not starting our fills until 5:30, an hour after our appointment! Im not complaining about the nails, they actually turned out quite well, but their customer service was awful! They made us wait forever and they werent very friendly either, so I wasnt about to leave a tip. So when I went up to pay for my sisters and my fill, I put a zero in the tip section, at which point the lady ringing me up turned to the lady that had worked on our nails and told her something in their native language and they both seemed upset or angry. All in all I will not be going back, and I dont recommend this place unless you dont mind rude employees and you have at least 2 hours available to dedicate to waiting and getting your nails done.

My friend and I came here for gel pedicures. Our appt was at 12. We were there at 11:50. We sat and waited until 12:30 for someone to start on our pedicures. I came in with very mild ingrowns on my big toe. My nail tech went to town- cut them out, made me bleed, it hurt SO bad!!! I should’ve spoken up more, but now I’m home and they are very sore. Worse than when I came in. She scrubbed my heels for about 10 seconds, massages for about 20 seconds. It has been 4 days since my appt and our gel polish is peeling off already. My friends nail tech peeled off her gel polish on her toes- which is absolutely unacceptable. You’re supposed to soak them in acetone- not peel them off (I studied cosmetology, I was taught the correct way). Peeling ruins the nail. My friend was in so much pain. We will never be coming here again and strongly advise others to do the same!!!

Im not from the area, and went to the shop because of the ratings. I was sadly disappointed. I left with my nails filed crooked, misshapened, and polish on my skin. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service ever! A personal friend came in in the middle of my daughters manicure so she waited halfway done for 30 minutes to finish her nails. Then I came home to look at my credit card statement and see that they charged us an extra $10 from what she told us AT THE TIME WE WERE PAYING. Normal I would assume it was because of a gel or different polish, but thats $10 more than she told me she was charging when she ran my card.
