Prices are high, this store which is located closest to me for convenience is tiny, and though those two things arent all that bad, the blond gal that runs the counter is not everyones cup of tea.I understandaking a good impression and keeping customers coming back but, unless you are her regular customers its get you in get you out attitude. She had 6 people in the store, one she chatted it up with, the other two she chatted it up with (these 3 are what kept us in the store for a while), us 2, and a guy. When us and the other guy finally got up to the cash register, it was a 2 minute transaction compared to the 5 to 10 with the others. And being in the store knowing what the transactions were, they could have also been 2 minute transactions. But they needed to talk about not UPS things.I wont go back to this location, Ill drive across town for a faster experience next time if I use UPS again..

We showed up to drop off a few packages. There was a man in front of us trying to pay his bill. The older lady at the front desk was useless and didn’t get help until the manager walked by and solved his problem instantly. As for me I was happy to have the manager right there. She helped out and got us taken care of. Now as for the condescending older lady at the front. She was rude and clearly hates the human race.
This is the first time it has happen to me but I recieved my package yesterday and it was empty luckily I had my doorbell camera on. Come to find out the driver had my package in his hand and you can clearly see the package is open and empty he played it off like it was full worst service. I’m not saying it was him but if you can feel/see that the package has been opened or empty you think the driver would think twice before delivering it
Tracking claimed my packages were on truck to be delivered. This was at 8am. At 10 am, same claim. At 5 pm it said no later than 9 pm. At 830 pm, customer svs in the Philippines said mechanical breakdown, sorry for inconvenience, scheduled for next day. I took 10hrs of leave to receive items, due to porch bandits, that’s $$! Next day got a call to come to office at 1020 b4 they open, and they would give them to me early. I arrived, tried every door, finally a supervisor responded and said get in line on other side of building and wait with the rest until we open. I explained my situation, he got up in my face, I didn’t back down and was fixin to bust his head. He backed away and started whining about “stop harassing him!” Saw the facility mgr walk in from across the warehouse looking at us and laughing. I yelled what’s so funny, and she quickly ran into the office area. Another lady supe approached and said my items are on the other side, drive around and get them. I did, by this time they were open to the public, and I got in line. Then the laughing facility mgr came out and asked, “how are you doing?” This company is a complete and utter waste time and money. I know I’m about to get the canned default response the rest of you have gotten. I can’t stand incompetence combined with gross negligence. I’ll avoid using UPS as much as possible, and advise everyone I know the same!!!
They damaged my package once and said they sent it back to the company. The company never received it and issued me a refund because ups never responded to them. I reordered and did 2 day shipping. It is now over a week since I ordered and they keep pushing the delivery day out another day.
My package can not be located. This is the fifth time this has happened from UPS. Whether they take it to a neighbors and can not be retrieved or it is taken else where. These drivers need to be trained to look at the addresses they are delivering too instead of throwing the packages and running; which I have seen several time from these careless drivers on numerous occasions. I can not find a phone number to talk to an actual person about these issues, and there website is near impossible to file a claim anymore. This is why I don’t personally use UPS for my shipping needs.
So frustrating to deal with this office!! Claimed that they attempted delivery and couldn’t because there was an incorrect address. I double checked and the address was correct. We have lived here for 13 years and get shipments through UPS and FedEx at least weekly. When I tried to figure out what happened the “customer service” person just shrugged her shoulders and said ‘well maybe it was a new driver’. That isn’t customer service. And if that’s a legitimate reason to UPS perhaps they aren’t providing enough training. Customer service lady was very rude and condescending. Disgusting!!!
The blonde woman helping me today was amazing! She tracked down my package fast so I could have it in time for Christmas!!! These guys made the impossible happen. So thankful!! Thank you!

Never return to deliver packages. Impossible to reach customer service or Idaho Falls UPS direct phone number. Paid for next day service. Should have went with FEDEX.

This is by far the worst UPS center I have ever been to. The employee receiving my package was incredibly standoffish and ultimately ruined my return shipping. Crazy how even when you pay for their most expensive service they still managed to screw it up.

Been trying to get my package for 2 days. Again I got a note saying they tried to deliver, but no one even bothered to knock on my door first. Customer service is completely useless.
Way overpriced shipping costs. The staff made people wait just so they could gossip about baby daddy drama. Very inappropriate conversations while customers are in the building. Tempted to call CPS on worker for the emotional abuse she admitted to putting on her grandkids.
Followed directions exactly on info notice... Left note to leave package w neighbor. Driver did not. On 2nd notice I left a signed note. Still did not leave package. Instead of a pick up option, returned package. Poor service.
I was quite disappointed went in with a package a lady come out and asked hey you got to label we said no we were told that it could get printed she said we wont print it here that was all that was said she was not very professional
They dropped our packages off on our door step and didn’t knock or ring the door bell! I checked and there where no packages went back to the door 5 min later and caught some teenager opening up our packages. They could have at least rang the door bell or knocked on the door we had 400 dollars worth in speakers in that package. Very upset!!!!
Quick and easy although during Christmas season they are super busy and there is no where to park. They park around the corner in the street so it’s very difficult to see other cars coming as was in my case and we almost hit each other. Very dangerous on how they park on both sides around that corner. Other then that very easy in and out.
The gentleman who helped me with my package was super helpful and friendly! Id go back again just to be around him because he was that nice. They also cost quite a bit less to ship my package than USPS and my package got to its destination quickly.
I just want my package. The first attempt, nobody was there to sign; so it was re-routed to an Access point. That is understandable. It is not acceptable that the package took 3 days to get back onto a truck after I requested the delivery to go to the original address. But wait, it still didnt get delivered. I got an email saying the original address could not be found...Really? How did you find it the first time? It is either aliens or complete and utter incompetence by the UPS staff, and they didnt find any aliens at Area 51.
The times that I have needed to pick up boxes from here or have called with questions, they have always been helpful. The delivery drivers are also great, helpful, and reliable. My driver recognizes me and my significant other and is always friendly. Im happy with the service Ive gotten.We use the UPS app and have a UPS my choice account, and its really useful if you want to have them leave the package at the doorstep or whatever. Its worth checking into to so you can see what options are available to you. It also makes picking up packages from the distribution center easier.
I had a two day delivery and it was sitting in a facility in my city for four days!! I called every single day and every single day they said, oh it will be there tonight by 8 or oh it will be there tonight by 9. Then I called and said I want the highest manager there is and he told me to just keep tracking it. Whaaaat?! Thats your answer?? I told him I want a refund and for them to pay for my packages. Then I called AGAIN the next day to just come pick it up myself and the girl said its been sent back out to Montana and she cant give me a delivery date. Whaaat?! Why?! Their facility is literally just a few blocks from my house and its been sitting there, but they decide to send it to a whole other state. So, I call again the next day and they tell me it will be here Friday. Well today is Thursday and I decide to track it and it says its running late!! No surprise at this point. So I look and they sent it to two different cities in North Dakota, then two different cities in Montana and then two different cities in Wyoming! But it was right in my small city for nearly a week. This is over $100 worth of stuff and I expect them to pay for me to just order me new ones that will be delivered from FedEx! Plus, I was supposed to take these out of town with me and wasnt home so have had to have someone keep going to my house to check for the package which is even more inconvenient AND I still have NOT received my packages!! They did this at Christmas too, none of my stuff was on time, except for the FedEx packages. I want my items UPS and you owe to me to make this right!
Ive ordered multiple packages from amazon and of course they use ups. And the last 3 days the driver states that he attempted delivery at 4 am and then again at 10:30pm at night!! Ive now been waiting 5 days for a package that i paid for next day delivery!! The driver never shows up even tho its constantly updating saying a delivery attempt. There was no delivery attempt. Because i was standing on my porch when it says it was attempted!! I wont be using ups to ship packages anymore!
My package was open when it was received and left open to the point the contents could have been lost. I find this completely unacceptable!
Im not sure if this is where to leave the review. We had a delivery driver that went completely went out of his/her way! We got home late night. I was scared that my go pro I had ordered was sitting right in front of my door. As I got home I saw no package. Well once I started walking up to our door the package was left behind our snow shovel so others would not see it. Thank you!

Thet told me they would call me within an hour to let me know when I could pick up my package, but i never received a call. They also gave me false information about the drop off time, so I wasnt home to receive my package.
I order a package from Amazon prime on a Friday. The order said it will arrive on Tuesday, but there was a delay. Not tripping cause it will show up on Wednesday. I got a notification saying package was delivered on Wednesday late into the evening. I checked all around my house, neighbor house double checked my address. But no package. Wednesday night I called UPS customer service for help. I talked to a women explained what. The woman ask for my email and phone number. The woman said that someone from a different department will help me. In a email I received it said within a hour someone will get in contact with me. Here it is Thursday afternoon and no call. So I called Amazon customer service and the man was very helpful. My package was reordered free of charge and expedite shipping so I will get it Friday. Here it is Friday and my package arrived late into the day. Seems to me I better order my holiday gifts now so they can show up on time. I understand that the men and women have millions of packages they have to deliver. Im a understanding guy, if UPS would of said package will arrive a bit late. Okay thanks for giving me a heads up. Dont lie and say you dropped the package off and fail to return calls. I feel bad that Amazon had to reship my package off for free.

I avoid having to go to the main ups office because the lady that runs front counter is always difficult to work with. Every every time I have to drop off a package to ship she always has a problem about something apparently didn’t do right and treats you like you are stupid for asking for help.

UPS failed to deliver Amazon package even though tracking shows item on the truck out for delivery. Now almost a week late on guaranteed 2 day delivery. Text message on Monday this week of a failed delivery attempt. No contact information to set them straight. Again today, message for failed delivery attempt even though they brought two other Amazon packages to the door. Phone number on line is a call center, not local. Cannot get help. Called Amazon and did a 3-way call with UPS. UPS agent told three conflicting lies in 2 minutes. Amazon interrupted and said they would take it from there, refunded and resent via Fed-X. (Good job Amazon) Next day delivery with Fed-X. BTW, if you call the UPS phone number, keep saying Operator at all the prompts. You will get to a useless human agent faster that way.
Christmas packages left outside the front door right under the water dipping off the roof, thank goodness nothing got wet. If the driver had just put them 1 foot to the left and 2 feet back against the house they would have been out of the water! No care for the customers purchases!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. It seems like every time I go to deliver a package its the same person working and shes always really friendly and personal.
Three things bother me about our local UPS: 1. the drivers do not give the elderly sufficient time to get to their door before the driver is back in his truck driving off. 2. Failing to deliver the package, the driver leaves a message that the package will be delivered to a local vendor, ShipPro, but UPS never hands off the package. 3. In calling the UPS support line, their solution is to call the shipper and ask them to ship another package.
They informed us when we were there that they will no longer be accepting cash after someday in November. I find that incredibly insane being that is the currency our country trades on. One step closer to a no cash Society.
Cant seem to find my house so they just drop it off anywhere and I have to go find it, and maybe the next time they will find me its like hit or miss. Very upset

I had a handgun I needed to send to the manufacturer for a warranty repair. Because the USPS prohibits shipping lawfully owned handguns, the private carriers are the only choice. They require that all handguns be mailed overnight at the highest rate possible. $76 to mail the pistol to Florida. I couldnt believe it. Im all about the free market but this just seems like price gouging to me. Almost anti-gun...

WE ARE HANDICAPPED AND GET SEVERAL PACKAGES A WEEK. SOME ARE VERY HEAVY. I HAVE ASKED BRANDON OUR DRIVER SEVERAL TIMES TO RING THE DOORBELL AND GIVE US A MINUTE TO GET TO THE DOOR. HE DOES NOT RING THE DOORBELL AND WE CANNOT HEAR HIS SOFT KNOCKS. WE LIVE IN SENIOR APTS. THE LAST 6-8 DELIVERIES INCLUDING TODAYS HE LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOR. THESE WERE BOXES THE WERE BETWEEN 3 AND 5 FT LONG AND VERY HEAVY AND AWKWARD AND I HAD TO WALK THROUGH THE SNOW TO GET THEM. THEY NEVER COME AT THE SAME TIME A DAY SO I COULD BE AT THE DOOR AND THIS IS VERY HARD ON A PERSON WHO HAS A HARD TIME WALKING. VERY POOR SERVICE. THEN WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED IT WENT TO GUATEMALA AND THE GUY REFUSED TO PUT ME THROUGH TO THE IDAHO FALLS OFFICE IN AMERICA WTH????
They are useless not helpful, can’t talk to a real person, often hangs up on you. And when you do get to talk to a really person they are still useless repeating the same thing over and over again sending you do random people and you can’t understand them nor can they understand you. Useless useless.
UPS is a joke! You cant even speak to someone locally, supposedly they dont have a number for them? How can a company not be able to get ahold of their own facilties? We live on a private dead end road only about a block and a half long, yet the driver still feels he needs to rush down our road at upwards of 40mph. Ridiculous! To top things off when he delivered our package today he destroyed my boys plants that were on our porch. They have been growing these for months and in an instant of ignorance theyre ruined.
Ups is the best and only one place I will always like in my life after my dad working there for 20 years and I will follow in his foot steps.

Just about the worst customer service possible! I never thought Id say this, but I would rather go to the post office and wait in line forever than ship something from here again. Even getting a receipt for shipping my package was like pulling teeth.
Driver came up my driveway cut between my truck and the horse trailer swerve back in front of my truck cut through the middle of my lawn and shot out the driveway because he was at the wrong address he went two houses down my wife went over there to get his license plate number he almost ran my wife over what kind of people do you have working for you I will be at the UPS tomorrow and we will discuss this and I have his license plate number I think Ill call the sheriff tonight and have him arrested
Open from 4:30-5:30pm M-F. Nice place to ship a package from, but you may have to wait in line a bit. Also, this is where you go if something happens to your package or theu cant find your house (for local deliveries).

Saw the UPS driver pass my house and not even stop, but my tracking information says that a delivery attempt was made. You all are full of crap. Thanks for wasting my time with your lazy drivers. Ive waited 2 days for them to get my package here a paid to have it here the next day I called they said from noon til 430 now they are saying from 6-8 this is a bunch of bs. I have other things to do but sit home all day.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The two women were more concerned about gossiping in the back then assisting with finding my package that they didnt even bring to my door on day three. I watched the truck pull in and leave my apartment complex and they never brought me my box.
