I love going to Parcel Express. They are so friendly, helpful, and do a great job. Sometimes I find that I am out of tape or packing materials and they have all that available in their store.
This is a very friendly family owned business the employee with curly hair was very nice and helpful with my copies and shipping. I will be going to this place anytime I ship something and I will tell other people to do the same!
I went in to get a price on shipping a drone overnight to a potential customer. The sale fell through but the guys at Parcel Express were very helpful in obtaining an accurate shipping cost for my client.
Rip off alert:2.50 to use computer to print out anything. 1st off this is already unreal as it would be easy for them to set up an email for guest to email anything needed to be printed but no you have to use computer to print anything. Alright no biggie, unless the computer is not able to print your attachment because attachment is from Mac. Which then brings me to point #2 the computer did not have software for a Mac doc amd they were unable to print BUT still said I have to pay $2.50 even though I was unable to print which was the only reason for even walking in the store.#3 manager/owner demanded that I pay regardless of not printing because it did not matter to the employee or the manager. I refused and walked out using not the best language and the employee proceeded to take a picture of my license plate. I walked back in and placed a $5 bill on counter and told them i will be filing a report with better business and will never be back in when the owner stated I am never allowed back in. All this because the conputer was unable to print a Mac document. In this day and age who would have thought a parcel and shipping would not be able to print a Mac doc. Never will I ever step foot into this store and I will be telling everyone I know to never use them.

Very nice and helpful people! I locked myself out of my car and went in to take care of my package. They helped me call the local AAA and let me wait past business hours for the person to arrive. I highly recommend this place simply for the kindness of the people that work there. Thank you, Parcel Express!

The guy at counter wasn’t wearing a mask and he sneezed in the middle of our transaction. Three other employees were maskless during the visit too, and the guy who sneezed turned hostile when he saw our reaction to his display of Covid symptoms. Making matters worse, the package we shipped never showed up. We shipped it Dec 28, 2020, In our haste to leave the place, we did not get a tracking number so we’re out the cost of the item we shipped. The company said they are not responsible.

Charged $18.85 to send a small flat rate box (with dried flowers in it) when anywhere else charges around $8. Both the workers were really rude and very unhelpful.
Had a coupon for $5 off. Forgot to bring it in. Came right back to get the discount and they wouldnt honor it. Very disappointed.
Cute little family business. Very helpful when trying to get things packaged and out. I worked with a very nice gentleman whom helped me package things up. He chit chatted and gave great advice (just started a new business). If I ever need something shipped on days my normal UPs is closed I eill be sure to go here. This is the perfect hidden secret. The service is fast and its not crowded. Definitely my go-to place to ship anything.
They are expensive, and they will guide you to the most expensive option you have for shipping. If you have your own prepaid label, youre okay, but if you need their help in shipping something, you are going to pay for it. Then, if youre like me, youre going to kick yourself for not doing your own label. I had to ship something 2-day UPS. It was shipped to me for less than $10, but then they were a retailer, so they had a good price. If I had done my own label today, it would have been $30.10. I ended up paying $37.46. Lesson learned. Do your own label and have UPS come pick it up at your house. Update: I dont have them confused with anyone else.

Im still not 100% sure my package is going to get where its been sent. It was never scanned, at least while I was in the store, and I had to use pen and paper to give them my name and the tracking number. It was very odd. I should have gone directly to the UPS Store I suppose. Live and learn!

I have recently used this parcel service to send out some W-9s. The experience was average. The service was good but not exceptional. The place wasnt busy when I went there so I didnt have to wait long at all to be helped. They did, however, secure my envelopes for me with packing tape free of charge.
I was severely disappointed at both the attitude of customer service here and the pricing. I was quoted almost double the price for what UPS and USPS charge. When I questioned why a flat rate post office box was $10 more than what the post office charged I was told “then go to them”. I checked with UPS as well and I was quoted $30 over the price of shipping for them. Please use caution this is robbery!! There is a post office branch inside Rocknaks across the street and they were super nice and helpful. Save so much money!
What a nightmare! First of all, I was overcharged $1.52 for mailing 8 regular size envelopes. I didnt realize this until I left and was too busy to go back in and deal with that. Then 13 days later, I get one of my bills (that I had sent out that day), sent back saying Returned for No Postage. I also got an email saying my car insurance was canceled for nonpayment, also a payment made that same day. The envelope for my car insurance was one they send you that doesnt have a spot on the envelope for a return address. So no telling where that bill ended up. I thought paying for postage at a postal store entailed postmarking it. Guess not. Thank you Parcel Express for your inattentiveness!

Bought three boxes for more than $8 a piece and later decided to find other boxes that were closer to the right size. I went to return the boxes and they would not take them as all box purchases are final and they told me that I should have seen that on my receipt. I would think that if something can’t be returned you should tell the customer before the purchase as having it on the receipt is too late as you’ve already made the purchase. The excuse they gave is that the boxes could be damaged therefore they won’t take them as it’s store policy. They didn’t bother to look at the boxes and i returned an hour after the purchase. Buyers beware!!
Staff member for our company was charged $120 shipping fee for package which would have been $85.52 for the same service if shipped from the UPS Store instead of Parcel Express. Reading rate charts incorrectly? Wondering what is going on at this location, after reading other reviews... :(
BEWARE!!!!!! Wow! Where do I even start! Went in there to have a package delivered. Paid for it to be Saturday delivery which was 2nd day and over $56. Package never showed up on Saturday. I went in Monday to inquire, same clerk was there and said she would never have told me it would have been there and in fact it would not be there for 4-5 days. Showed her my receipt that said Saturday delivery. She repeated 3 more times she would never have told me that. All her responses were rude, she is very unprofessional, argumentative, unhelpful, and to top it off she is the boss. Said she would put it on her list, not caring or anything. Package was finally delivered Tuesday night at 7pm. They were no help. Had to go through the local ups store to get the matter resolved. It was by far the worst ever experience I have ever had with someone who is customer service. She treated me like a criminal and when I told her I would never do business with them again she said o good, then I wont have to actually look for your package, with a super snarky attitude. Her name is Madge. O AND IF YOU LOOK THROUGH THE REVIEWS, 2 OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM MADGE AKA MADALINE THE PERSON WHO IS BEING COMPLAINED ABOUT!!!!!

I have used this service in the past and my experience has been so-so. However, today when I came in to send some faxes, it was HORRIBLE. They didnt even know how to use the fax machine, completely mixed up all my papers which I specifically asked them to keep in the same order, TOOK AN ENTIRE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES, and charged me $26 DOLLARS FOR AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I paid way too much and spent my entire lunch break trying to send one simple fax. I am very annoyed and will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.

The customer service is terrible not knowledgeable about any thing to be ship. There’s a long process when just doing a ups drop off. And there quotes aren’t accurate to online quotes with major shipping companies. Better off going to ups or the post office.
$24.96 to ship a internet purchase return item from Parcel Express. The UPS Store across town quoted $10.21 for the same shipping service and a day earlier arrival. Worth the drive to go to the pros. :(

I have shipped several things via Parcel Express. I have also utilized their UPS and FEDEX drop off. I went in today for a USPS Flat Rate box. The associate would not give me one free of charge if I didnt not plan to ship it from their location. These are FREE boxes provided at NO cost to the business. The associate then proceeded to tell me they didnt have any anyways but I could easily see them in their shelf and on display. I will no longer do business with this company nor will I recommend it as I have done in the past. I was taken back by the unwillingness to provide a box they receive for free as a convenience for a repeat customer in general. Then for her to blatantly lie they they dont have any was absurd.EDIT: I’m glad to see the owner replied after 4 years. I didn’t see an option to reply to their option. It’s unfortunate that after so much time, the response was pointed and rather negative. I understand USPS provides boxes to individuals or businesses. They can and are frequently delivered to the business for free as well, no line standing needed.Having managed social media before, it is extremely difficult for was negative reviews. It’s usually more harmful to lash back. It is petty and unprofessional. I have made a point to no return in the past 4 years, even for dropping off prepaid. I was a very loyal customer and paid that higher amount as I understand the business model. Parcel Express needs to make money too.Rocknak’s is just down the road for USPS...you can get USPS boxes for FREE, no questions asked. They don’t up charge since they are a USPS Annex. So to lose business over a free box for anyone, whether they are a paying customer or not...silly. Then it looks even sillier to lash out 4 years later. “...sounds like you just wanted us to give you a box so you would not have to go to the Post Office. Sorry, stand in line just like I had to.” Seriously?Idaho Falls is a small town. I am all for supporting small businesses, even when that means paying more. But I will not shop here. I will not recommend this to anyone. You are entitled to run your business as you want. It’s yours. I am entitled to spend my money where I want. The joys of America. I do wish your company the best and hope you no longer find the need to lash out at past, present and possibly future customers.
