The machines are new and there are plenty of them but the place was very dirty, from the front mat to all the floors and full trash. This was at 11:30AM on a Sunday.

This is the dirtiest laundromat I have ever been in and we are full time RVers so we have been in a few. Went there because of picture on website but it looked nothing like it. I will not be back ever.

Had an entire load of laundry stolen 🙃My husband is a nurse and got called into work and figured it would be safe in the dryer until he could swing by and pick it up and that was clearly not the case.

Probably the best laundromat in town especially if you like privacy just remember to do your laundry late at night got the best prices too

I had to stop and wash a couple of comforters from my trip from Yellowstone National Park and came to this laundry mat. Its coin operated and really reasonable. $2 to $2 and 75 cents to wash and 25 cents every 6 minutes to dry. Very clean, and they have free Wi-Fi as well as a restroom. Its also open 24 hours. I will definitely come back to the laundry mat if Im in the area next time. There is also an Albertons Grocery next door so its convenient for you to go grocery shopping while you wait for your laundry.

Not well managed. The dryers were full of dried clothes and there was no one claiming the clothes. It was a struggle to find empty dryers and there was no management on duty to help. I can not recommend this establishment

I love the fact its open 24 hours a day, and washed my laundry just fine.

Wonderful place to do your camping clothes when returning from Yellowstone. Sharon cleans the tables, chairs, floor, and dusts and mops. TV on if you need it. Courteous patrons.Soapys car wash should hire Sharon because that place was a RIP off and you can see my review of it elsewhere.

This place is super dirty. Trash all over the floor and the bathroom is disgusting. There wasnt any toilet paper.

This facility and their First street facility are the best in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas! Always clean, rarely have machines down, friendly staff and always willing to help when in need or having issues. They have TV, free WiFi and restroom. I wouldn’t use any other laundromat in town!

Best place to do laundry in town. Albertson is right next door. Never to busy when I go. Clean nice environment.

I LOVE that this laundry mat still runs off of quarters and NOT a prepaid card. The fact that its open 24 hours so I dont have to worry about what time it is or if Im going fast enough is fantastic

While its not cheap to use a laundromat, Broadway Wash N Dry is clean, well lit, and in an area with lots of foot traffic. I was there with my granddaughter, and was not worried about her safety as I carried things out to the car. I will go back several times until our washer is repaired.

The owner and the staff try very hard to keep the place clean and pleasant to do laundry in... inspite of some of the patrons who seem to respect no one elses property.I have use the big machines a couple of times a year to clean our huge comforters, that a regular machine just cant handle.It is also GREAT in an emergency...like your own machine breaking-down, and several days until the delivery of a new one. They have all the chemicals there, and at a fair price.

This is really out of my way but i think well worth it. Its clean and busy but still i have yet to have to wait for a washer the dryers work well and its priced reasonably. These guys clearly are trying to aid their community.

Great experience....wash is $2 and dry is 25 cents for 8 minutes. Machines are new stainless Dexters. Nice! The place is busy on a Sunday morning.

Small with area for number of machines and it was busy. Not a good place to be with the COVID19 looming. Only two sets of two small tables to fold on.

Clean, newer machines, reasonably priced. Area seems safe. What more could you ask for? Clean bathroom? Its got that too.

I go here to wash my king size quilt.. there are not many laundry mat in town that have the big load washers.. so this is always my first place to go..

Washers getting stuck on rinse and unopenable...call and text the emergency number...no response for over an hour. Had to wring out clothes in the sink...only to load them into a dryer that doesnt have heat...wow...what a great place to waste a day and money...cant wait to come back!

Dont do your wash here unless youre armed. This place is sandwiched between a liquor store and Albertsons super cheep-chicken Mondays, so things have the potential to go off like a powder keg!
