Feed the Card system here. No charge for card, was coming through outbound. Attendant exceptional customer service. Did not have to find another laundry place. Flies abound, perhaps for today. Could not sit inside. Easy operating machines. The parking lot (not entirely a business issue) yet, owners need to improve lot. Poor appearance. If not for reviews, would had skipped.

I called to see if they were open and if they had working washing machines. The gal was nice on the phone. Then, when I got there I was helped from learning how to get a card to purchase the wash to figuring out what machine would hold my heavy comforter to how to use the same card to use the restroom. The samegal was helping others, carrying conversations and just helping everyone have a pleasant experience at a laundromat! I was impressed! I know where to go to wash oversized comforters or if my own washer breaks down, in the future! Great customer service!

This may be the best place in town to do your own laundry. I was concerned I wouldnt have enough time to do mine today. Found out they are open 24 hours. The method to use the machines was purchase a card that has value, use the card... reload with more value if it gets low. No fumbling for quarters out of my pocket full. What a brilliant idea.And the place was clean, quiet machines. Good value in each load sizes.I didnt see any machines out of order.The staff I did see was busy doing laundry and cleaning the little bits of things had been dropped on the floor.Maybe it was a rare day, I dont know. Its my first visit here. But, even the vending machine was FULL. And not overpriced.Its well lit. And reasonable. Whats not to like?I recommend this place. And will visit again. I used to use a place in Ammon. They have fun thing where a few random machines are free on Tuesdays for one load. Its a very random thing. First time I found out was when I used a machine after someone and was worried my load I just loaded was now charged to their credit card somehow.Thats about it. My longest ever review on the internet... and it may be longer just simply because I am doing laundry... lol

Recentvremodel of facilities makes it feel safe and nice to do laundry. The machines are regularly maintained and do a thorough job washing anything I need done. Reasonably priced.

Traveling through this town to get to Yellow stone and Grand Teton, out on the road and needed a place to do laundry, great place, fair prices.

I wouldnt recommend this laundry mat. The washers leave your clothes stinking even using unstoppables. Also you have to buy a pre paid card that you can get no refund on. This is the worst laundry mat Ive come across in my life. Im 48

They have a good selection of washers and dryers. It would be better if they had a few more bigger washers. For the most part it is a nice laundry mat.

I love doing laundry here, the place is extremely clean and well looked after. The machines are all newer and updated and work great. The best part is that the prices are reasonable as well.

Instead of using coins they put ur money on a card. The machines work off of the cards. So much easier then trying to hold on to a bunch of coins. Very clean!

They offer cleaning, folding and press. Can not state how good, due to never using the service, price seems reasonable however. They offer a selection of movie if one should choose to wish to watch something other than their laundry or their phone. Decent kids selection of movies as well. Well kempt all around.

Clean and reasonably priced coin laundry. Dryers are 7 mins per quarter, various front loading washers from $2.00 up to larger size $7.00. Restroom and movies to watch.

The nicest, cleanest, and cheapest laundromat Ive seen in a while of travelling. The machines are in good working order. The one wonky thing is the card system they use for operations, but it wasnt too onerous. Highly recommend.

Ive been travelling all summer, and need to find a laundromat that offered wash, dry, and fold services. I found the perfect place! Needa was amazing, and had my clothes completely done (and ready) in less than two hours! I feel that my 40% tip wasnt enough ;)

Clean facility, friendly staff, laundry card was strange for me. Highly recommend!Just an update for my review.....their staff has changed and are rude! I figured Id save some time and have them do the laundry for me. When I went to get my laundry they were closed. I called the emergency number and reached a female who said would be there in 10 minutes, 25 minutes later I paid and got what I thought were my clothes, but..... didnt receive them all. I ended up buying more work shirts because I was not given the ones I sent to be washed. I called numerous times asking about my shirts and to speak with a manager. I was FINALLY able to pick up the remainder of my laundry a week later. No apology, the female who gave them to me was extremely rude! Was told managers knew about the situation. To date I havent received an apology or return call from manager. What should have saved me time ended up costing me $50 and about 2 hours of my time, not that the managers seem to care about any of their mistakes or what it cost me.While the laundry mat is not as clean as before I imagine its still cost effective to do it yourself but NEVER EVER trust them to do your laundry for you as you might not ever get it back. Plus the managers dont care to call, apologize or try to make it right. I hope noone else ever has this experience. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!Response to the owners comments.... It was 2 shirts, which were my work shirts so I had to buy more. I never received a call about the place being closed. I did receive an empty voicemail. Im sorry there were problems at your business but I would have thought that someone would have reached out as I called every day to try to speak with managers or owners and no return call. Its too bad that it took a bad review to get some attention from someone. Your employee is rude and all I ever heard is that the manager knew about it which said to me that it didnt matter what happened. I still stick with my review, if your customers mean nothing to you then your business shouldnt be somewhere that anyonewould spend their money. Your customers should mean enough to you to at least return a phone call or that they arent treated rudely when the person is just trying to get their clothes. And your rude employee couldnt even bother with an apology just rolled her eyes at me and shoved my shirts (2) at me. Your establishment should be avoided as you avoid your customers.

They keep it fairly clean and having the cats to work the machines instead of coins is super nice!!

Great LaundromatIve been all over the country traveling. Thus is one of the nicer laundromats Ive used. Equipment is newer and very well maintained. They advertise open 24 hours and when I wad there it was staffed. I went on labor day and there was a half dozen customers besides myself.

Friendly staff, well kept machines and you can use card or cash to load the wash card wash card also works on all vending machines

Convenience of card using adding money not taking out full amounts and refunding them later. Easy. Affordable. Wish more bigger washers tho.

We really appreciated these guys. We unfortunately had our wedding blanket stolen. There cameras picked up the lady who stole it and they put the info on facebook. The ladies son came in and said it was an accident. The cameras showed very clearly that she was watching me like a hawk and then snatched our valuable quilt when I was distracted. These people where amazing at getting our belongings back. Its not there fault that laundry mats in general attract theft, but they sure did take it seriously when it happened and used there resources to help. Thank You Guys!! Amazing Job!!

This is the best laundromat in town. ALWAYS clean, plenty of machines and staff very helpful.

Its really nice, just loud and messy right now due to renovation. Wish they had more than one of the really big washer.

I really like to go to the one on 1st st. I’ve always had a washer and drier but now that I don’t this place is the only one I go to. It’s clean, the attendant (Tuesday afternoons) is so helpful, it is not expensive at all and open 24/7!!! Thank you!!

This facility is the best in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas! Always clean, rarely have machines down, friendly staff and always willing to help when in need or having issues. They have TV, free WiFi and restroom. They use a card system that is completely free to customers to use, very easy to load and use. Our pockets are so much lighter not having to use quarters! I wouldn’t use any other laundromat in town!

Usually, depending on when you go, you dont have to wait on machines. The machines are modern and effective, and I liked the card system versus quarters. I like that theyre open 24 hours a day and I feel safe there. I do wish they had more seating though.

Love this place

Very clean and affordable. $3.50 for an average size washer $7.00 for a large one and 30 cents for 7 minutes of drying time. They have free wifi and bathroom facilities. The only complaint I have is there is only 3 big washers and they are always being used.

Doesnt take coins, was pretty grungy inside. Machine was big and fast though.

Their equipment is nice, and their building looks very well taken care of. They have a pretty easy pay system, and the building has a place about it that makes you feel like you wont get mugged. 24 hours, and they take cash or cards.

This is a great place to do laundry. They keep it clean & the machines are well maintained. They even have soft water, which is much better for your clothes & keeps them from looking dingy. They have WiFi available, movies for the kids, vending machines & their machines are now operated via debit card which you can use to retain your previous balance. Just be sure to keep the card in your wallet because if you lose it, you lose your balance! They also have oversized washer & dryers for extra big loads. They are open 24 hours, which is great because there are no crowds.

Was able to wash my clothes so it suits it purpose

Washers were good but the dryers do a poor job at drying. It took almost a whole hour to dry and still had some clothes that were wet.

A 5-star laundromat! Whod of thunk?! Laundry-issued cards used for payments for wash and dry time, as well as snacks and drinks and laundry supplies. Easy, easy concept! Clean and comfortable. I want one of these in my town!

Laundry room and restroom could use attention to keeping it clean. They have staff on site Mon thru Fri. Inconvenience to have to put money on a laundry card and then use the card to pay for the wash and dry. Non-refundable card. Otherwise the best time to use is 6am-11am.

A clean laundry mat is hard to find. This one was clean and the machines actually work!!

This is always been my go-to place to wash laundry especially because I never have time but right in the middle of the night its always clean everything always works so I can get in get my stuff washed and get out.

I always take advantage of being open 24 hours and go in late/ early in the morning. Sometimes can have some odd people in there but other then that a decent place.

I love how moneys put on cards here. The lady working there gave my little girl a sucker and set up a movie for her to watch while we did laundry. Good place and fair prices get my laundry done cheap.

Employees are lazy, left for a couple minutes came back and someone unloaded the washer I was using. I asked who did it and the lady said the employee said it was okay. I went and complained and they just said that it was okay.

It was the first laundromat Ive been to. It has a snack and a drink machine. It also has free WiFi and a bathroom. There are relatively comfy chairs. Not cushioned, but comfyish. It was very quiet and just a chill place. Theres also a quiet tv and some radio music playing. Sadly, the bathroom was gross, but I blame the person who went in before me. Its not very great, but I kinda liked it.

A decent number of parking spaces. Very near to a convenience store with ATM. Easy in, easy out. Whats not to like?The ghetto review previous to mine must have been written by a trust-fundie who has heard of a ghetto by description from someone else ... who has also never so much as passed within five miles of a ghetto.

Very clean decent place. I would suggest going early in the morning. It does get quite busy.

Things I liked:*Theres wifi*Didnt need quarters.->You pay by getting a laundry card with cash (bills) or your debit/credit card*The washers are x2 load capacity->There are even larger washers than that if you need to wash blankets*The washers clean REALLY well*It was a very clean facility*There were snacks that you could buy with coins or your laundry card*They have soap and other laundry stuff you can buy if you forgot to bring anything (I forgot dryer sheets, so this was helpful to me)Things I didnt like:*Not a lot of parking/its located next to a busy-ish road, so its hard to leave the place after youre done*There wasnt instructions on the washer how to use it. So, there were a lot of people confused how to use the washer/dryers and a lot of us had to ask other people there that were washing there clothes-BTW: You put the soap in at the top of the machine, under a plastic rectangle cap. Youre welcome.*Its difficult to determine how long you should dry your clothes. So, I had to keep going back every 6-7 (when it would stop), check my clothes and start it again.*Some people would get territorial with the laundry carts, and put there baskets and stuff in them, even though they werent using them. So, its best to bring a basket or something just in case that happens to you.

Well lets see over the weekend I had a guy pull a knife on me at that laundry mat so I would suggest not going in their. I reported it to the ifpd video surveillance they have done nothing. Im assuming the guy is still running around so Id stay out of that laundry mat because he hangs out their beard red .checkered flannel shirt knee brace I described him to the cops absolutely nothing I called so find a new laundry mat. I did contact the police they did nothing about it if I was a more law abiding citizen they might and whats going to happen if this moron really stabs someone one day what are the ifpd going to do well that guy that got stabbed had a criminal history so we arent arresting the guy with the knife. Does that sound like justice to anyone it sounds like the ifpd let people go I wonder why they let him go video surveillance hes a local pulling knives maybe he is on a special program I dont know I get arrested for unpaid fines if I ever pulled a knife on anyone they would lock me up and throw away the key

Firstly: they have a kiosk that issues you a rechargable card to opperate the machines. Then you can use a card or cash to charge your card.I found out too late that you CANNOT expect change, there isnt even a change option. A $20 bill is $20 on the card.30¢ per run. Expect the dryers to need 3-6 runs. Snack vending machines. Television running. Well visited by friendly people, so you wont find yourself alone with the scranton strangler.

I wish the small dryers had more drying capabilities. Takes a few times putting stuff through. They have large dryers but theyre always in use.

Great place to go if you need to do laundry however it isn’t coin operated so it makes it a little difficult because you have to guess at how much money you need to spend if I knew how much I need to spend or I could get a refund on what moneyI had left on my card I would give it five stars

I usually wash my cloths here no problems except the occasional crack head or two😆
