Nicole is very thorough in explaining all the parts of what she does. Ive been very pleased with her validation and affirmation of the work Ive been doing to improve my life. This week, I experienced a hypnotherapy session. Wow! the changes Ive noticed are powerful. During the session I felt safe and like I was in control of myself, and that allowed Nicole to efficiently guide me through the session. I highly recommend Nicole as a hypnotherapist.

In one session she drew out several major issues that were impacting so many aspects of my life, and asked questions in such a way that they elegantly resolved, all tied together in ways Id never realized before. Ive worked on these issues with several other therapists and modalities many times before without anything really changing. Nikki was terrific helping my son address his anxiety. She explained hypnotherapy in a clear and fun way for a kid to understand. Nicole is amazing. She was able to help me and my daughter work towards our personal goals using hypnotherapy. My daughter had some emotional issues including anxiety in school and after a few sessions her moods seemed to improve as well as her confidence. Nicole helped me with letting go of trauma. Also, her office is beautiful and soothing.
