We are finishing our basement, and our contractor used JV Services to install our ducts and vents for HVAC. It took him two weeks to come in and do a job that takes 3-4 hours. Our basement has been full of contractors recently, all have been great, except for JV Services. An employee of his came one day to do the job, then left without talking to us, and left the job unfinished. He didn’t come back for a week, late at night. Also left the job unfinished. The inspector came and failed us since the work wasn’t done. I called and left a message with Jordan about the situation. To this day ~3 weeks later, I still haven’t received a call back. Our general contractor was able to coordinate him coming by to finish the work, but it took JV two more visits. When he did come by, he would sneak away without talking to me, so I always had to inquire about his progress from our general contractor. Even when he was finished, he failed to install some foam where electric cables and water pipes go through the ducts. Our contractor just showed up himself to do it. I understand that the company has undergone some staffing issues, which I understand, but the lack of communication and leaving jobs unfinished is completely unacceptable. Dealing with JV Services has been similar to dealing with a 12-year old who says that he’ll get something done, but doesn’t unless he’s babysat or you hold his hand. Because of this huge delay, it pushed our final project back two weeks. If you have the option to use JV Services, I highly suggest you don’t.

Never showed up. Kept letting us know a time frame of when they would be here, call them after that time frame is well passed, and they say they are behind and will be here soon. Never showed up for days and days. Now ignoring calls and sending us to voicemail. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FIXED QUICK

Initially was on top of things and had progress in June of 2020. Then things went really downhill with JVs communication and not showing up when he said he would. After multiple excuses from JV and not taking action we are now moving forward with other services. Keep your money in your pocket until the work is done, I wish I would have.

Jordan installed the natural gas pipe and installed a new Coleman furnace for me. His knowledge was exceptional not to mention his courtesy. He discussed everything to me and left me feeling great full to had him as my contractor. When they took out my old furnace I decided to put it on Facebook. I had a buyer show up and Jordan took the time to explain every thing about the furnace to the buyer. I thank him as I did not know much at all about the furnace. With him explaining how it worked to the buyer I sold it. Job well done

Jorden of JV Services removed our old diesel furnace and installed a brand new propane energy efficient furnace. He also removed our old water heater and installed a brand new tankless propane water heater. Our home is old, built in 1952, it definitely has some challenges when doing any kind of updates. Jorden took his time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, running and looking good. Jorden is very knowledgeable, excellent to work with, honest and makes sure the job is done. We will definitely be using him for any future needs (AC unit this spring 😉). We highly recommend him to anyone, he does an excellent job!!!!!!!
