I can’t believe how rude the people that work there are. It’s really unbelievable. I would think the employees with more important jobs would be more polite but I was by far wrong. I had an appeals hearing once and the lady that oversaw the appeal was probably the most horrible person I’ve ever come in contact with in my life. She should not be holding the position she does.

I needed to find out some information on unemployment due to medical circumstances. Rhonda was most helpful and patient. She listened carefully, and she was able to direct me to the things I needed to do. I appreciate this kind of customer service!!!

If your not sure if you were fired or laid off contact your employer to see how they will report it. If you report it differently you will be denied benefits, charged with fraud, have to pay back benefits + penalty and banned from collecting for a year even if you get laid off from another job. If the department of labor gives you bad advise it doesnt mater you still lose your benefits. All because you clicked the wrong box. They have there own Judges to, not bias Im sure ;-(

I asked to see the Vet representative. The lady at the front seat told me thats generally for people E6 and above to get leadership careers, and you came out as an E4 so I dont know if theyll be able to help you. It was really insulting and she was wrong, she was obviously trying to avoid helping me. Their front staff was really ignorant and in helpful. They didnt answer any questions and turned you too the phone any chance they can, instead of going the extra mile to assist you. It was ridiculous, but the VA rep was excellent help, when I finally met with him. -July2014
