I work in the office at Extreme Staffing and have been extremely impressed with the Staffing Managers level of commitment to their employees and to the companies they recruit for. They make sure everyone has the best experience all around. I can tell they really care about the people they interact with.

Lets start with the pros. The company will get you working in a fairly short amount of time which is a plus. They have zero prerequisites for pre hire qualifications. example; education or job history is irrelevant or if your an active drug user they have for the most part a dont ask dont tell policy unless you get injured of course. They contract out to the local potato processing facilities like the bulk of staffing agencies in town and those production facilities as a rule have overtime always avalible and generally mandatory. The jobs are low pay usually around 11 - 12 dollars per hour ....lol yes pathetic I know but with 10 - 20 hours of overtime weekly it balances out... kinda. These jobs are labor intensive and demeaning so if you are educated, think for yourself or value your overall health? then you shouldnt apply. Now if you dont care about all that craziness then youll be paid once weekly after a waiting week. Any issues on the job the employer WILL be favoured and youll be left in the unemployment line so keep your mouth closed if you want to keep working. They do have issues paying their employees on time sure but will eventually get it right just plan accordingly. Personally I think they are morally repugnant, fiscally incompetent and treat their workers poorly. The pay isnt worth the work you perform whatsoever however that is just one reviewers opinion. They also love to spam the heck out of these reviews with fake add ons about how great they are lol....they arent.

Hands down the worst staffin agency ive ever worked for. They hardly ever submit payroll when its due and theyre horrible at providing the information you need for the next job. Id recomend Gem State Staffing anyday over extreme.
