Helpful job recruiters. They advertise a lot for Rexburg, but sadly theres just not a whole lot of jobs available in Rexburg through temp agencies, unless youre willing to commute 30+min.

Information upon hiring or interview was confusing and the process to complete the hiring status was absurdly time consuming.Associates and fellow staff were rude and unprofessional in dealings when attempting to notify them about my voluntary resignation in one of the companies, they kept pressing for answers as to my resignation despite some personal reasons.Pays extremely low wages and makes thousands in commission, it would be better and more financially responsible to re-apply to the company they are trying to staff you for directly.They will also say you have a position and interview ready at a job, before actually sending your resume through and checking if you even do. While I did get my job, the information that I was told seemed to be otherwise.Not what I expected at all from a staffing agency. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.

It has been over 2 weeks since I was registered with IES and have heard nothing as far as employment results. I feel as though IES has been a waste of time awaiting any results.

Very sexist organization, charge 12 dollars for reimbursement on a 4 dollar drug test. I was injured at work, then left outside on days were it was only 23 degrees outside holding a sign. I was sent for interviews through ies and not paid for the 3 hours of assessment tests, interview etc. They are receiving thousands of dollars in commission from the company that hired me and cant even pay me for the hours I spent making them thousands of dollars. Ive also seen reviews from Dorcas giving the company 5 stars twice. You dont give the business that your the manager of two five star reviews.

I came here to assist a man with severe disabilities. They treated him exactly the same as any other applicant. They were very friendly and very professional (in a good way). Great job!

I sign up with IES about 2 years ago and still working with them to this day. They are great at keeping you to work, not once have I had a problem here. They are amazing people and work hard in the office. since i have got hurt they have been nothing but caring and wonderful people and making sure i get what i need to get back out to work as soon as possible. its a great business and great wonderful people in the office doing everything they can to get where you need and what you want. i highly recommand anyone who needs a job to come here because you wont walk out without being offer a job or being on the available list if something comes up. Amazing business

I have not yet recieved my paycheck its been two weeks since i shouldve been paid and i have not seen a fckin dime ive called and called and noone will answer my call wheres my paycheck

Unprofessional, not caring about people that have a child with a disability. They cant even keep the staff that works in the building, they have lost 3 out of 5 of there staff within the last year. They cant even keep there own staff let alone get you a good job

Low wages, they pay less than already low industrys average for their job positions. Benefits? if they had any.. I worked for this company three and a half days got paid for one charged for work gloves and then got audited by Idaho unemployment office because IES said I did not want to work, just check my resume!! I am a hard working individual. they offered me a job that I did not apply for or wages that would not pay for the fuel expenses and work expenses. I went to court against this company none of my prior long term employers were present just company management for IES for the three in a half days I worked for them they felt good about garnishing my wages through the Idaho unemployments office. I was successful in not having to pay anything back, but this company got me into a lot of trouble and wasted a lot of my time. If you want to be valued, pay your bills, and get ahead DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
