When I first came to Idaho Falls, I contacted several employment agencies. Didnt hear from most of them and the one that did talk to me didnt help me. BBSI found me on Indeed. I almost didnt respond to their e-mails because I didnt know who they were. Im so glad I did. They got me into a job that turned into a permanent job.

I have been coming to BBSI for a few weeks now for instruction on how to manage a new business that I have become part owner of. The information I have been receiving has been extremely insightful and eye opening. These guys know what it takes to form and run successful businesses. Mike is pretty awesome and has a great sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend the services BBSI provides. It could mean the difference between success and failure.

Great team here, Ive worked with several employees at BBSI and they have always been very helpful. Jeremy has helped my look outside the box a little, even with my small business. I would suggest you take the time to find out what BBSI can do for you. There is a good chance they can help.

Judging based upon dealing with IES and American Staffing. BBSI has a nicer facility, along with a friendlier and more professional staff. Thus far the experience in general dealing with them has been better than others

Dirt ball lying aholes just like the rest. My fav thing is since they dont pay you. They will have you cone across town multiple times, evening sending you to get drug tested. Im glad my time is free while you get paid Jason cannon

BBSI is a company that I trust to refer my friends and family when they need help getting job placement. They always follow up very quickly to my referrals!

Horrific. To avoid a essay, I will bullet point the issues.-Lost hours sheet and refused to pay for 4 weeks of work. (Eventually found resolution, but they didnt compensate me for the bank overdraft I incurred during their illegal payment practices).-Shows preferential treatment to new employees. (It took three months to receive a job placement because they werent sure if they were available, all-the-well, my acquaintances got the same job before I did, having applied after I did.-After receiving an injury at a work site, they declined to honor the workmans comp claim.-After injury was left untreated, refused to employee-I was not allowed to work at NorthWest Cosmetics (by NWCs dicision) after a manager threatened to beat me and we almost involved the police. Patty cornered and yelled at me, saying that it was my fault and that she would continue to place me their. That if I wanted my job at BBSI I would have to go to NWC and be clocked in for the full shift.This place is a cesspool of illegal practices, ye be warned.

They have incompetent employees. My boyfriend went in and completed the paper work. The worker said they would get back to him, so we left. They now say he didnt complete the requirements: a U.A. and 2 forms of ID (which were never mentioned) so they no longer need him.

My son worked for them a month ago two weeks ago they said his check was mailed. The guys name was Jason. They are totally incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Went to work for them again a few weeks ago they asked me how I would like to be paid I said my card they said no problem and on Friday there was no money added I called and they claimed that they mailed it and would be here Friday now it is Tuesday and still no money I never gave them any permission to mail it of they did not know what to do they should have called and found out a solution that worked will never use them again
