Enterprise charged me over $800 for a week for a HORRIBLE Kia Optima whose brakes were dangerously faulty. This is the third and final problem I’ve had with this company. I will be using Hertz or Avis in the near future.

I was unable to rent a car due to their credit card-only policy. They would not accept a deposit or any other form of payment even though I presented VISA and Discover debit cards. I have used debit cards before, but due to needing to drop the car off at a different location, they could not, and therefore would not help me. They provided no other solutions for me and my family other than to take the bus which would have left our trip schedule in shambles. Fortunately a nearby family member was willing and able to rent the car for us, but not without an additional driver fee. This had been my worst car rental experience ever. If youre like me and prefer to live without a credit card, beware that you are effectively blacklisted from car rentals.

Everything was great for me except that I got a Wrangler. Service was good, easy and fast. Big line at a competitor. Just one person behind me at Enterprise. And Ive always been pleased with Enterprise/national all over they world. My coworker even remarked out of the blue on how clean the car was.Im assuming a Wrangler is the same SUV class that I booked. Im not going to bother looking it up. I dont like wranglers because theyre loud and clunky and the window controls were in the middle and I kept tripping when I climbed in... Im a Grand Cherokee girl and thats what I thought I would get. That said, there were wranglers all over town, so maybe thats the standard in Idaho Falls. Im assuming the best and give them 5 starts.

Said a debit card couldnt be accepted because he had to enter a flight number he couldnt bypass. But how did the Boise location bypass that for us? He said were the second people who have said that and its company policy not to. Not a good policy. Also online it doesnt say only major credit cards accepted. He just had a very unpleasant and rude air about him. I guess thats what happens when you sit inside a sad airport for 8 hours a day with little human contact. Poor guy.

The vehicle was exactly what we expected it to be. I did not give them 5 stars because the interior of the vehicle was not cleaned prior to us getting it. There was someone elses hair brush in one of the consoles. During Covid times, it is really critical to make sure things are sanitized. Fortunately we had stuff to clean down the truck. Customer service was great and fast service...no complaints there!

Great Customer service by all your staff at Idaho Falls. The car was fantastic. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I added two extra days to my reservation and it was excepted and then later that day I got a call from your team and they told me sorry but we don’t have a car for the extra days. I had to rent from another agency and then return that car and come back to you. Please don’t give a positive reservation when you don’t have cars. It also caused me to have to change plans some to swap out the cars. Your people were very helpful.

I’m a corporate pilot. Upon arriving at Idaho Falls airport my car (Enterprise) was there waiting but my passengers had failed to make a reservation with their normal company (Hertz). Hertz was unable to react when the problem was identified but Enterprise allowed the person at the corporate side of the airport to change my reservation paperwork to allow passengers to use my car then quickly sent a second car over for me. The passengers had an important meeting scheduled and this quick response from Enterprise saved the day! Thanks!

Make sure you inspect your vehicle very well. Comb it over with a fine tooth comb and take pictures. They tried to tag me with damage on the bed from the prior rental. I had the truck less than 24hrs and did not even use the bed of the truck.They gave me a 2wd truck in the snow. The truck had been smoked in as well. Truck was not washed. I was quite disappointed.

Had to rent a car from here about a month ago and the experience wasnt good at all. They are strict on their policy but when it comes to service you, they have poor service. After I rented, they didnt give any sort of rental docs for me to cross the Canadian border. Had a whole wack of issue while crossing the border :( I was told that it was emailed to me, there was nothing emailed. Enterprise is a good company as a whole, but this location in particular, Im not so sure :(

I give this location 5 stars. They went out of their way to help me in a trying situation. What started out as a 3 day car rental ended up being a 3 week car rental and a one way trip back home. The branch manager along with Ethan, Scott and Steven were amazing. Thank you again for the great kindness and service.

Ive rented here 5 times recently. Customer service is great and Ive been happy with all but one car. It was on me though. I know now not to rent compact if Im packing a cooler. The Idaho Falls airport staff have always been kind and accommodating.

This rating is for the customer service at this particular Enterprise outlet. He was not only friendly and offered tips on our trip but went out of the way to help us today at the time of returning the car. He offered to walk with me to the car after I realized that I had left some articles to help me retrieve it and was very kind. I did not catch his name but kudos to him for truly helping the clients when needed and being genuine about it!

Enterprise - Best in the business as always. For every trip we keep looking at all rental options and finally zero upon enterprise only because we know they are reliable and would provide best customer service experience. We booked a sedan for yellowstone trip. When we arrived, they didnt had sedan and provided free upgrade to roadrunner with 1 day free of cost.

I’ve been renting cars for 25 years and have never had such a horrible experience! I returned the vehicle just the way I picked it up with a full tank of gas and no damage. I went to return the vehicle, took the keys to the counter and asked the rep (Coby or Cody) if he was going to check it over and make sure the tank was full. His response was I don’t have time because I’m the only one here. I usually check it with 10 or 15 minutes he said. I found that odd and asked he was going to at least make sure the tank was full. He said no you’re good to go. I’ve always had someone look it over but I knew it was all good - so checked into my flight and over 3 hours later I had a message that he walked around the vehicle 4 times and found a warped area by the taillight. Not sure if their tech did it while going to the wash or whatever, but the bottom line is I was 2 states over and couldn’t face my accuser!! There was no accident and I returned it perfectly. Either way it has been a headache and their trying to get nearly $900 from me. So dis honest!! I have USAA Insurance helping me fight them. But be aware and make sure they check your vehicle! Never again will I be using Enterprise!

So far so good. I was a little nervous at first because my original reservation was for a sedan. Went to pick it up and the man at the front said all he had was full size SUVs available. Since I already own a Yukon and was renting a car for the mpgs for a little family trip I was a little upset. The front desk associate quickly got on the phone and just like that got the maintenance shop to quickly put together a compact SUV they had that just needed to be cleaned. There was hardly any wait time considering theh had to pull the car in and clean it. All in all I waited for about 10 minutes for the car. It was clean and well maintained. Definitely will use this company again.

Scott has horrible customer service. They left me stranded at the airport when I told him I didnt have a car! Just shrugged his shoulder s at me and smiled! First experience and the worst and definitely the last! This experience wouldnt even happen if they werent going to charge me my entire rental price for canceling!

One of the worst companies I had the displeasure of renting a vehicles from.I rented a car at an extremely high rate because the drop off was in another location.At the time of rental through an FBO at the Boise airport I was not provided with the qouted rate agreement ( apparently this is the way enterprise conduct their business)When I arrived at the Enterprise location to drop the car off, they had sbsolutely no clue who I was regardless of their car I had in my possession, so they wouldnt close the agreement and let me be on my way.It had taken several phone calls and s lot of unneeded frustration to resolve this issue .This is the very last time either myself or my company would conduct business with Enterprise .
