I came here a few times to get manicures and once for a pedicure. The last day I asked for both. When I first came in I asked them to soak off my nails instead of pulling them off and hurting me. The lady tried to argue and still pull them off of my already very thin nails. I had to ask to leave and go to another salon before she agreed to soak them in acetone to remove. I found out why she refused shortly after. They are using illegal mma monomer on their nails and it shows when you soak them in acetone as it doesn’t react like the legal, safer version. Anyways. While I’m soaking, I ask for the BASIC $25 pedicure and polish because I don’t want a massage. I’ve seen them ‘massage’ during pedicures and they just slap your legs really hard. I bruise easily so I didn’t want that. I asked for a paraffin wax dip, $5 add-on. Instead of what I asked for I got a $45 pedicure with GEL POLISH that is pointless to put on toes anyway and no paraffin wax. Also got my legs boxed like I didn’t want. After soaking off the illegal nail product and my unsatisfactory pedicure I had decent nails, but my hands were so sore from her pulling them off at first and how thin she ground my nails down. I will not be going back and I would not recommend.

Ive been here many of times and Ill be honest this place has always been a hit or miss.Either your nails are super amazing or theyre a mess like mine was today. The guy in chair #2 did my nails today and all I can say is never again.The pic isnt doing the full justice:1. I came in wanting a refill on my ballerina shape nails and left out with square round (not by choice).2. My curticles are horrible even after putting on lotion. The paint at the curticles has accumulated, has bubble holes and he painted over the curticles. I asked for many corrections on noticeable holes and ripples on the paint job until I just said forget about it.3. Also, I think he wasnt interested in what I wanted. So I had to literally tell him to stop and listen because he wanted to do his own thing to my hands. Hints the shape, smh.Im not one to critique or be harsh on any nail tech and I always tip, but today Ive decided to end my up and down journey with Tip Top, smh.

They are fast but do a great job

Very nice and quick! I came for a walk-in and didn’t even have to wait. The young lady who took care of my nails had orange hair, I didn’t get hair name, but she was very kind and good at her job!

I love going to tip top nails next to Citi trends they make you feel at home and Phil and Amy do your nails just the way you want them never had a bad experience with them they rock

I highly recommend this particular Tip Top Nails. Ive gone to this one for over 10 years. I always use Amy and she is the best. She usually hand paints a design on my toe for me and she is excellent in that service. The owner is also a very nice man and very kind and considerate to all!

Worst pedicure I have ever paid for. One toenail was cut to the quick and uneven. There is blue polish on my skin and looks messy on my nails because of all the dead skin that was not removed prior to painting.

The service is so great and quick. I have always had a great experience every time I go. I would definitely recommend their service.

It was horribleThe nail tech acted as if she did not hear me cut my nails the way SHE wanted to sense I was on a time limit I blew it off then used the wrong polish and told me that it looked better anyway because it was more naturalAs I was under the dryer she turned it off because she said I can only be there for two runs under the dryer and told me thats enoughAnd when I showed her my thumb nail was messed up she told acted like it was a issue to fix itSo I just told her thank you for her service and have a nice day... Im not rude and I wouldnt even step out of my charter but Ive honestly never felt so disrespected at a nail salon in my life ... I pray no one else has a horrible experience like I did but I still wanted to mk it known

Good nail shop to go to. Its always busy the later it gets so the best time to go for manicure or pedicure is when they open.

Literally I came in on a Friday to have a fill in with Gel. I waited patiently before i was seated. The guy literally took paint off one of my nails and told me “ he has an appointment can i move “ so, i moved and he tells me move again to another guy. So i eventually was seated the colors i showed the nail tech were totally opposite. I asked for ombré but recieved a horrible mess. Not only that my nails were uneven horribly! . Oh and another part not only that but I got cut three times on my Thumb, pinky and middle finger. My cuts were bleeding so the guy just sprayed something on it which made it burn extremely, harsh filed my nails and continued going . The shape of my nails aren’t even coffin they’re square nails that are extremely uneven ! And caked with acrylic under my real nails. so Finally when everything is finished! It takes the man 2 HOURS!!! Just for me to be officially done AND he was rushing to check me out he swiped my card under SOMEBODY ELSE ORDER! Which caused me a refund and still paid FULL amount for the price he messed up. I don’t think I’ll ever come back it hasn’t even been a full week and my nails are lifting up!

Honestly. I will never return. I received a deluxe pedicure. They didnt ask if Id like the drill on my natural nail. She buffed my whole toe and not just my nails. When she gave me the scrub, she rinsed it off but dropped the rest of the scrub on my feet then wiped it off. Shes old enough to be my grandmother thats why I didnt say anything. I thought at least the polish will be fine. She sloppily put on the bottom coat. Sloppily put in the paint then the top coat ? What a joke. I wish I could show you a picture. My first and last time there . My toes havent stopped hurting or itching since I left. Ill say this I will call state board if I have a reaction. 30 was a waste.

Don’t ever go here. I was here for two hours and my nails looked so terrible I was hiding them from people. I ended up coming back after class and getting them redone and my nails still weren’t even. Waste of money.

First time I visited this place because I had heard from people that it was a really nice place and blah blah blah. Unsatisfying first experience I waited for over and hour and someone had walked in after me and they attended to them first and they didnt even say anything to me so I just got up and left.

Wasnt a great experience at all. the tip top i usually go to was closed so i decided to try this one. i waited 45 min just to get in a chair for fill in, then had to wait some more. the nail tech went all up on my cuticles giving me cuts then when i said something about it, he just threw alcohol on there and said its okay. i got my nails done a wednesday night, by thursday my GEL polish was chipping & one nail had broke while SCRATCHING MY HEAD!! i went bck & had to wait a hr and half to get my nail fixed. will never be coming bck to this place
