What makes a great gym is the people. All of the staff and instructors are amazing. You also won’t find another gym in town that is open 24/7 and has as extensive of a group fitness schedule either. If you’re looking for a new gym home, 24e Hsv is awesome 🤘🏻

I’ve been a member for 2 years and it’s been consistently very good. Polite staff, great location, clean facilities. The price is very reasonable with a corporate discount.

When I tried to cancel my contact they said I still owed money. I was month to month. they said I could sign a new contract and I declined. they then took 6 payments off my card without my approval. they then said I owed one more month because they did not receive enough notice. I has to go to bank and dispute the charges. I will never go back to this gym and would not recommend them to anyone. everything was fine until I found a new gym and tried to cancel my membership.I posted a response to 24es, comment on my review, and they deleted it. for the record I was instructed to report to 24e to speak to the regional manager on Friday, to discuss a discrepancy in my account that generated on their part. they then billed my credit card for 6 payments without my permission. this occurred a day AFTER in cancelled my membership without my approval or knowledge. I would not recommend anyone use 24e. the way this was handled was unprofessional and will never use them again.Update: I stand by my review. There are also other reviews, addressing the issues others had when cancelling their memberships.

The gym is great the equipment is very up to date and very clean. They also have very nice staff that is glad to help you with any of your needs

Ive never had to wait for a machine or bench. Good monthly rate at $25 a month, comes with all the classes and services. Only qualm I have is that they dont have any traditional ellipticals, just the Glide Trainers.

I judge a business by how it handles things when things go wrong. I had a issue with the gym and Jake handled things very professionally. If this gym had worked out for me, I would have enjoyed it fora very long time.Quick update, after working things out with Jake and his team, they came up with a program that fit our needs perfectly and we joined the gym. It’s great working with such fine group of dedicated professionals. Thanks guy’s.

This is probably the nicest gym Ive ever been in.Visiting Huntsville for work, I needed a place to workout one day and came across 24e. Very friendly staff up front and they have plans for short term visitors: $8/one day, $25/1 week, $35/2 weeks. I thought that was pretty reasonable.Once I paid the daily fee, I was really impressed with the gym itself. Extremely clean, dumbbells were organized and not strewn everywhere. The equipment looked like it was brand new. Everything was in working order. Also equipment and dumbbells for serious lifters.I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasnt crowded at all. Not sure how it is during the week but I was happy. Was able to use the equipment I needed. Found everything with no issues. I would definitely come back here.

Plenty of classes.. The energy there is great... People come, work out and go... Its not the roid rage crew that you see at a lot of other gyms..

I love this gym. The staff is really welcoming and awesome, plus the cost is really reasonable and affordable. I especially love the variety of classes they offer. The classes are so fun and motivating, they keep me coming back every day!

Pretty decent but the staff is always late in the morning. This morning we waited 30min before having to leave cause we couldn’t wait for them to get there.

An awesome everything you need and nothing you dont gym. It is immaculately maintained, the locker rooms are pristine, they dont blast loud music in the common areas, and the childcare is better than some preschools (very aware if allergies and they sanitize the toys every day!). Best gym Ive ever used and you cant beat the price.

I decided to cancel my membership to this gym after choosing a different gym with more options and it was a complete travesty. apparently no one here knows how to process a cancellation. It literally took 40min and a very frustrated woman taking her frustrations out on me, the customer, to get it cancelled. It was so bad that I had to tell her that your companys internal affairs have nothing to do with me. I just know what Jeff told me earlier today, and I went and got another associates help, Jeff, in processing my cancellation after she wanted to try and get me for $250 to cancel, at first. I stopped by earlier in the day inquiring what it would take, assuming it would only take a second. This experience definitely speaks volumes about how this place is and the staff shows little to no professionalism. Jeff was at least knowledgeable about the process and had to calm down his visually emotional and irate co-worker. Her frantic is definitely unsettling and I wasted 40min of my time trying to cancel something that should have taken 10min max. I wouldnt recommend coming here. The service is just bad. Im paying a $150 fee to cancel a service Im not using and youd think that they would be chopping at the bit to just take it but apparently they would rather waste my time, in resentment. I dont care about what the inner-workings of your dealings with corporate office and whatever, as the woman exclaimed to Jeff about her conversation with corporate earlier. I just need you to not waste my time and know what youre doing. Ive seen none of that and now Im very late to my evening workout that I should have been to 40min ago because of unprecedented levels of unprofessionalism. Wow. SMDH. 5 thumbs down

Very clean and open gym. Even at busiest hours you can still find your own space. Nice clean locker room, could be a little bigger. Biggest plus is the open work out room that anyone can use when there are not classes going on (astroturf, climbing rope, boxing bag, kettle bells, box jumpers, battle ropes, etc.). Only knock is variety of machines, there are a few common types of machines that they do not have.

Absolutely love this gym! Huge upgrade from Powerhouse gym. They have great, clean childcare and the caretakers are amazing with my little ones! They have a great floor plan and tanning!

So I’ve been a member since before the 24e location actually opened in 2015. I did a walk through while it was under construction and saw their vision for the gym! Most of my coaches that were at my other gym were transferring there, and I wanted to follow them. I really enjoyed this gym and coaches!Since then my boyfriend and I had to moved to a new home across town. It actually became more of an inconvenience trying to make it there in the mornings having to deal with all the traffic to and from.I had canceled my membership in June of 2017. Apparently my “cancellation form” had been misplaced and they were (are) still drafting my account. In October 2017, I went in and they wrote a note for the GM Jake J. to contact me. I had another cancellation form emailed to me. I filled it out and returned. I requested the “GM” to email me back to ensure that he received it, and cc me in any emails of my refund for the last 4 months. I haven’t heard a word. I’ve sent multiple emails and have still had no response, it’s almost Thanksgiving. All I would like is a refund for the months I’ve been charged since June.Update, since I’ve posted this review it’s been resolved.

Had an issue and Management in Birmingham was quick at assist. With a great team of management and a very nice facility I see this place being around for a very long time. Highly recommend this gym. Clean and new equipment, friendly staff and friendly customers too.

They have everything from child care to some of the best Les Mills classes that no other gym offers included with the membership. The staff is awesome and so understanding and so are other gym members they will honestly support you through your journey.

Best gym Ive seen in the area. Sometimes its pretty busy and it interrupts my routine but theres generally enough machines to do another exercise.This is only from around 4:30 - 6:30 pm... The obviously busy hours

This facility has all the potential in the world; sadly it is devoid of qualified management, basically without a staff, and has a severe lack of communication with newbs. It doesnt have enough amenities that gym rats desire; and it doesnt have qualified personnel to help those needing help, to achieve their goals.

Has pretty much everything a weight lifting focused gym should have.I wouldnt say you could do heavy power lifting here. Theres not a pool.There are plenty of free weights, dumbbells up to 150lbs, Smith Machine for those who like it, hammer bench, wheel barrel like squat, some isolation machines most places dont have.They also offer tons of courses for those who want to do aerobics and such.

First off, this place is huge and open. They have everything you want: free weights, machines, cardio equipment, locker room with showers. Also, the staff is excellent. Great experience from somebody who travels a lot.

Hands down best gym in the area! Beginners to advanced, classes for every fitness level and great atmosphere!

Got a online pop up of this gym so I decided to check it out. Wanted to know what the monthly fees were, but you had to filled out an online form to get that information because it wasnt on the website. They said someone will get back to me. Its been over a week and I havent heard anything yet. Guess Ill go to planet fitness. At least I know what their fees are.

First when you offer free trial people shouldnt be waiting at the door for 30 minutes because oops someone didnt show up. Second this is addressed to management when a possible customer calls you what you do is call them back. You never called attempted to address my issues. I guess a smile and ignore would suffice when it comes to your personal policy. I am still waiting to hear why any of my issues could not be addressed. And if a pit stomach knee Jeri reaction to this is to build your business up and tare me down because of your mess up then for get any response. For 2 days I used your gym I followed policy and been decent. Shows where your loyalty lays when it comes to the customer.

I enjoy coming to use the Inbody machine once a month. Its 10 bucks (for non members) but if you are trying to lose body fat and would like to keep up with the results come try it out!
