I booked this company for a roof cleaning. At first we would agree to a time, and the owner would change the time which happened three times which was very frustrating. I was going to cancel the entire job but he asked me to allow him to do the job and it would not happen again. He cleaned the roof and that evening I discovered that there was a small section missed. He came back a second time and then the next day my roof had white residue due to soap being left on the roof. So then he came out and third time to wash off the remaining soap. The Next day it actually looked good!! Lastly, the owner promised to send a quote for a pressure washing job, which I never received!! I do like the fact he was determined to fix his errors and he has a very nice and polite personality. However, his communication is very “iffy”.

Ive reached an age where ladders and I dont get along any more. After searching for someone to clean gutters, siding, driveway, and sidewalk, I ran across Tier 1 and a plethora of good recommendations. I set up an appointment, and Kyle did not disappoint. He was on time, had a professional attitude, and left the place looking much better than he found it. I plan to use his services again!

Kyles work reflects his professional attitude when I dealt with him over the phone and in person. We contacted Tier 1/Kyle after seeing some work he had done for a neighbor who is a perfectionist. After hearing his praises of Kyle we knew he would be our guy! We made initial contact Kyle came out within a day or so to give us a quote. We felt his pricing was very reasonable to pressure wash our house, detached garage, and clean/treat the north side of our roof where after 10 years some fungus/mold was starting to grow resulting in the unsightly black staining and streaking. Kyle was a little backed up but we were willing to wait, and he did not disappoint! We were concerned about the chemicals used on the roof, but he bags all of the downspouts and captures the run off resulting in no harm to the plants and trees around our house. Kyle is a respectful and polite professional who will exceed your expectations! Its nice to see a young man with a work ethic such as his. We look forward to using him again in the future. Do yourself a favor and call Tier 1!

Kyle did an outstanding job. He went far beyond my expectations. All the accumulated sap and debris is gone from the metal roof. He removed all the mold and soil from the eaves and siding. He cleaned up the area and replaced all the outdoor furniture and other items. He did this all in four hours! I highly recommend him.
