My grandmother received service from this people and all they have done is lied to her. I do not recommend them at all. Need to get it together

One thing i can say is everyone there is super nice. They do try their hardest on making to every appointment but they are all humans like everyone else!

I am having issues with a service call. This product is not cheap, I expect better service.

Dont bother leaving your number when you need to schedule service. I have called twice to schedule service when manager (scheduling department) was out of office and both times I hade to call them back after a week of no response from them.
