They sealed the leaks with silicone sealer. Wont know if it worked until after the first real rain which will arrive. I am elderly and could not go up on the roof to see what they were doing. Came here next morning after my call and finished the job in about 30 minutes.

Bryan came out and got on the roof to get an accurate measurement for his quote. We decided on 2nd2None due to his honesty, communication and quote. Once we selected an install date bad weather (rain) moved in for a few days. Bryan called and we rescheduled to a date that worked for us. They had the old roof off and a new one on in 2 days. Then they did a very effective nail sweep along the driveways, front entrance, and back of the house to prevent any stray nails from winding up in a car tire. I would recommend 2nd2None for their professionalism and the quality work they did on my house.

2nd2None did a great job, I highly recommend. My 4 flat building got 5-6 different quotes to repair our spotty leaky roof, the quotes ranged from complete tear outs with a new roof to patch work in soft spots with new pipe flashing . 2nd2None provided a re-roof option where 3-4 weak spots were repaired, removed the limestone caps and then installed a new rubber membrane over the entire roof wrapping. Bryan did not added to the quote with regards to the Included warranty, were installing a roof deck next spring so a warranty is critical.The job was still done very thoroughly even though it took about an extra 2 days. I checked on the project and I was glad to see high quality material was used, much better material/craftsmanship than our old roof.

I would give them A++. We surprisingly had a leak caused by two rainstorms. We decided to get a new roof after getting an immediate temporary fix before the next rain. We had several bids - some of them crazy expensive, another company had not only the highest bid but had aggressive sales people who were pushing for more and more extras that had to be done. We ended up with 2nd2None, not only because of their excellent estimate, but for meeting with the owner Bryan who is not only a super professional but also great at communicating what has to be done and how everything will work out. He and his people temporarily covered the roof with a huge tarp for the next rain and started right after the rain. They did such an amazing job, working extremely detail oriented, fast, thorough, and were cleaning up every day. They did a superb job and even the inspector felt he had to point that out. After a week everything was done perfectly and they even fixed the damage in the attic and fixed the water damaged ceiling in the living room. The day the third insurance inspector came to my home, Bryan, the owner met with him and he was able to explain why my roof needed to be replaced.It had been a battle up to that point. It took only 2 days for removal and installation of my new roof which is amazing because mine is very high pitch. Each day they cleaned up their debris (shingles, nails, etc..) and when the dumpster they used leaked hydraulic fluid onto my driveway, they pressure washed the spot. His crew even replaced a board on the side of my home that had a rotten spot. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the aesthetics of my new roof, not to mention how structurally sound it is. 2nd to None had the highest warranty (7 years) of all the companies I was considering which was also a deciding factor for me . Most only have a 5 years warranty and one had only 2 years. When a company can stand behind their workmanship, they deserve my business. Bryan also worked closely with me to make sure I had the right type of shingle (color, functionality). He also imparted valuable advice regarding which shingle manufactures are honoring their warranties. Also..it needs to be mentioned that before they installed the new roof, I had a portion of my old roof tarped but the wind blew it off. Of course heavy rains came and water was leaking in several spots on my roof and into my master bathroom/closet. It was raining and lightening when his crew got on my roof to retarp/stop the leakage. That was also a deciding point for me that I would be using his company for my new roof. I can tell you most companies would not have done that. Also Bryan worked diligently with my Allstate adjuster explaining the cost of the roof which they had initially underestimated. I highly recommend 2nd to None and I have been telling my coworkers/friends about his company as well.

I couldnt have been happier with having 2nd2None Roofing and Construction do the inspection and roof/chimney repair work for my new home. My realtors contacted Bryan Schram to do a detailed roof and chimney inspection for a home we put an offer on and eventually closed thereon. We were fortunate that our realtors found a company in 2nd2None that could do both roof and chimney inspections. I cant speak to the level of expertise of Yellow Roofing (the company the previous owner had do a second opinion and said the roof was fine); but I can tell you that I saw with my own eyes that the roof was in bad shape as noted by Bryan; and was very appreciative that 2nd2None Roofing was able to do the inspection on short notice as well schedule and complete the work so quickly after requesting the work to be done.I called Bryan Thursday Dec 31st after closing and he was able to schedule a crew to come Wed Jan 6, 2020 and repair the chimney as well as replace the roof. Bryan sent a crew out the day I called him about the leaks and my roof problems. He stuck with me for months back and forth with my insurance company that was not cooperating. When the work was scheduled, the roofers worked for 21 hours in a day and a half to get my roof back to better than new. He made sure he was available for questions and helped us through the process.
