I had to have my gutters replaced because they were causing the fascia boards to rot. I talked to Leaf Guard of Huntsville and they had Chris Frye come out to estimate the next day. He talked me through the entire process, worked up an estimate, walked me through the entire quote, and made sure I got the best price. Not gonna lie, they were more expensive than some other systems. Troy and Dre did fantastic work, replacing all the rotted fascia with new treated wood and metal jacketed pieces, then put up the new Leaf Guard system, just in time for the rain to hit. They worked late until the job was done and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection and all the grounds were cleaned up. The system worked great in last nights rainstorm. I scheduled an appointment, but was unable to keep it due to an emergency with my son. I tried to call the number that called me to set up the appointment to reschedule, but got a message my call couldnt be completed. The sales lady showed up at my home and called me to see why I wasnt there. I apologized and asked to reschedule. I never got a call back. I was seriously interested in having new gutters installed. The saleslady was rude when I was not there to meet with her. I felt insulted by a comment she made about some other repair work that was a work in progress. I dont live in a fancy expensive home, but I can certainly pay for having the gutters installed. Disappointed no one ever called me back to reschedule.

I had the guy come out and give me an estimate. We went through the whole hour sales pitch and then he started talking about price. Started at the top price... then went down after talking to the manager... then went down again to half the original of the original price after talking more with the manager!!! I asked him how the price could drop so much then he started telling me about all the things that werent necessary and the things that were options. Then he went on a tirade about me not caring about my house and how this was a setup and was being a real jerk. I called the company and let them know about the situation... still waiting for a call back from the manager.

I was excited about getting them I seen the commercial about getting them which offered a $50 gift card for the presentation & $99.00 install & $400 Lowe’s if I purchased the system the guy came out we went thru presentation I wanted to put almost half down fiancé the rest I said my spouse will be home within hour please give me a call this was Saturday here is almost a week haven’t heard back nor did I receive my $50 gift card I live in mostly black predominant area I felt so racially profiled thanks for saving my money to take my business somewhere where my money is appreciated
