These guys did a WONDERFUL JOB! They came out on Wednesday to provide me with an estimate, and the next day, Thursday at 3:00 they were calling to tell me they were on their way to take down my old gutters and install the new ones and even added a new down spout and the Leaf Blaster Guards. This company did everything they said they would do. The estimator was on point and the workers were very industrious and knew their job!

I didnt choose to work with this company for a variety of reasons. While I was impressed with the stellar reviews they had I was less than impressed when John was an hour late for our appointment with no call or text notice, despite my calling dispatch after half an hour of waiting. When John finally arrived he parked blocking the driveway!All that would have been nothing though had the estimate been reasonable. While the written estimate provided was very professional and comprehensive it was literally DOUBLE the average of all my other estimates, including being $1,000 higher for a PARTIAL roof replacement than one company had quoted me for an ENTIRE roof replacement! While other reviews have mentioned them being on the more expensive side, I think double is a bit ridiculous. I rate them average simply because I cannot speak to the quality of their work which, at these prices, should be stupendous!

These guys not only came in at a very reasonable bid, they went out of their way to accommodate my scheduling needs and did a great job matching the color of the house with the gutters they installed. They were very responsive, competitively priced, showed up when they said they would and their workmanship was excellent. We also added gutter guards - no more ladders or climbing around on a steep roof to clean out the fall leaves. Highly recommend.

I noticed a leak around one of my roof vents after the heavy rains we have had. I found Advanced Roofing through a google search. I called and did not get an answer, but about a half hour later Mike returned my call and said he could come out the next day. He was busy till after 12:00, but could come out at 2. When Mike arrived, he had what was needed to make the repair. With the rain we’re expecting over next couple of days, it nice to know I don’t have to worry about the leak.
