Rainmasters has been absolutely phenomenal. Not only are the gutters gorgeous (who knew that was a thing for gutters?) but the guys from Rainmasters are top notch. They were so fast putting up the gutters, and the one small spot where water was seeping out, they were back first thing the next morning to fix. Weve passed the 1.5 year mark with these gutters and have had no issues. We have half siding, half rock on the front of our house, and they made the front downspouts mold to the house so that everything looks really good. Weve had them assist us with our rain catchment setup and I couldnt be happier. The owner is so friendly and I will 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a gutter done.

We sought out these people because they had a good reputation we thought since we own a reputable business ourselves we would try to use somebody like us. The guy came out gave us us a quote. We had some modificatio we wanted to do on it but the owner never came out to look at that to make sure he ordered the right amount of material. I havent heard anything from these people until they called and asked me to put half down which we still didnt have a total amount to go off of so I couldnt pay half so I sent in a 1000 down instead. They call a few days before the job double checking on the modification  To make sure they brought the right material well what they had mentioned was the modification was totally different that what it was supposed to be.  So the secretary says that she has to call the owner. I never hear anything else from these people.Come the day theyre supposed to be here nobody shows and nobody calls and they also have my money down. I would not recommend these people even if they were the only people in Huntsville to use.  Maybe since I sent off the money just 2 days ago I can go to the Post Office and get my money back before it gets to them. Now I have to deal with that and have to find somebody else to put in gutters.  Its not very difficult to pick up a phone or send a text message or an email especially with so many secretaries and I didnt get any of this.

Very nice employees, they did a great job on our gutters. We are very pleased.
