I really experienced a professional and comfortable time at U.SAgencies. The agent was very kind and respectful and also informative. That alone speaks enough about this company in a good way.

USAgencies is good for showing you have proof of insurance ONLY. The process for filing a claim is cumbersome and complex. It is difficult to gain access to a human voice except on the sales side. I would rate it at .5 on a 10 point scale.

I came in for a quote and the agents were extremely nice and very helpful with explaining the different coverages. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants low cost insurance.

I was transferred a numerous amount of times for 1thing and given over 5 wrong numbers. This is very unprofessional and no one seems to truly know which department is the correct department for customer inquiries or transferring us over to. It’s bad to the point I’m going to file a huge complaint and notify people not to go to us agencies anymore. I shouldn’t have to get the head person involved for a simple matter that takes less than 30minutes not 3-4hours. And I still havent been helped

If the agents are a representative of this company.... they need to seriously consider without us... there is no payroll. I sat outside while the office was closed at an abnormal time to be taking lunch (the little clock on the door said will be back at 1:30 . Then at 1:30 the girl working there was just leaving for lunch and had the audacity to raise her voice at me and tell me I will wait until 2:30 when she is done with lunch.Tried to contact corporate and was on hold foreeeever....I am pretty sure I will not be renewing my policy here ever again

Recently switched to this company from Geico for a more inexpensive policy. I haven’t even made my first payment & I’m already regretting this! Staffing is SOOOO unprofessional and wait times are ridiculous! Rather pay more money for better customer service, so it’s safe to say, I’m returning to Geico :) The Company may care that they lost a customer but their employees sure do not. #PATHETIC

It keeps us legal. However its slow. Payment options are inconvenient. You have to go to the office and pay a processing fee or mail it allowing 10 business days before hand to the location in Louisiana. It they would expand their payment options and stop being Petty about processing fees they would be a better minimum coverage agency. Some days the wait in the office is excessive. Avoid Saturday or times close to common due dates if possible.

Service is always slow. I understand it takes some time for new policies, but when the representatives are socializing it makes the wait a little irritating. I am currently at this location that only had 1 employee available. 2 other employees just walked in. One is with a customer, the other made a statement that she is from another store, but she is sitting at a desk socializing about fb, trips, and personal business with a lady who is not here for insurance. Very unprofessional!!!

Extremely slow!! Agent Leidy Pelayo is very unprofessional, extremely slow and not a good look for the company. Each and every visit gets slower and slower. Agent made a small error which caused a 2 hour wait and a 3 hour wait for those who were already waiting. There’s no excuse for a company with this much traffic to only have one Agent on duty. Definitely won’t refer in the future

Usually the customer service is terrible and hold times are worse but this week I had to purchase a policy from them and was helped by a lady named Franchesca, (hope I spelled it right). She has been very helpful and informative, and friendly. I had to take the time out to give a review because I appreciate her professionalism. If you decide to go to USAgency, I would recommend you talk to her.

This store never opens on time, they say 9 am but wont open until 10 this is crazy. People have other things to do then to sit here in front theyre store and wait for them to open.
