Called about getting a Utility Bond secured and Brittany was nearly instantaneous in getting me the information necessary for me to save thousands of dollars in money that will just sit in a Huntsville Utilities account. This particular State Farm Agent has always been extremely quick and efficient at handling even some complicated work for me. People like Brittany make outstanding service the norm for this State Farm Agent.

I have to say, I called them in a pinch and needed information nearly immediately and they were so happy to help me. They had the info that I needed within 30 minutes, emailed to my phone and faxed to my fax machine. I also had a claim not too long ago, and they also handled that, top shelf . My experience with Bradley Hamner was a positive one. Excellent, competent, and friendly staff gathered all my information and provided me quotes in a timely manner. The staff even provided several insurance coverage options to choose from. When it came time to make payment for the insurance the Bradley Hamner agency provided me with plenty of time to switch over to them from my previous provider. This allowed me time to move funds from one agency to another without having to make up the difference out of my personal accounts. I also found that State Farm offered the most competitive rates for the coverage provided.

The Post Office was holding wet and torn mail for me that included a State Farm Insurance bill for my wife’s car. They didn’t get the mail to me until Over a week after the bill was due. I called Taylor at the Hamner State Farm office and she had me taken care of in less than 4 minutes! She was very courteous and understood of my dilemma.

We recently moved to Huntsville and had a State Farm agent in our previous state. We initially decided that we would try Allstate here but they did not start coverage on our vehicles on the date they were suppose to and we had a couple other issues right off the bat so I went running back to State Farm! Christina went above and beyond getting coverage on our house and vehicles immediately. Lauren has been taking care of us ever since and it is such a pleasure seeing her every month that I actually look forward to making my insurance payment!! Who can say that? What can I say? I was so shocked and overjoyed when I got in touch with my agent regarding my Uninsured Motorist Coverage. There had been a clerical error in the policy which I discovered when I paid off my current vehicle and changed the policy again. I spoke with one of the agents, Brittany Gregory; who, though being new to the company and I believe the industry, took the initiative to research my account, contact the underwriters and effected a refund to me all within a few hours! I am now blessed with a $665 refund that I will receive in a couple more days! It was like a mini lottery win or a savings account that I didnt even know I had. The experience was hassle free and Brittany was polite, considerate, very upbeat and the timing couldnt have been better for me. I have never been so pleased or impressed with any other insurance company and I will be a State Farm member for life. Thank you Brittany and State Farm!

I just left Bradley Hamner’s office and had another wonderful experience. I went in to get insurance on my new car and Christina Lynch went above and beyond to make sure I was fully covered at the best price. She also helped my save money on my new vehicle loan by refinancing it through State Farm Bank and I got free gap insurance! She was able to get the gap insurance I paid for at the dealership refunded back to me!

I Have used Bradley Hamner State Farm for many years. I am a business owner and insure a large number of vehicles as well as other things. The last few years some of my employees have had a few accidents. Bradley Hamner State Farm and State Farm the parent company have made those accidents like they never even happened. It was painless. 5 star service is what you can expect from them.

I am deeply disappointed with Lauren, the most. My fiance and I had been paying around $180 for a 2004 suburban and a 2016 kia forte. We then bought an 88 jeep and paid 6 months in advance for it so our regular bill would not increase. While there, they talked us in to signing up for the drive safe plan and a life insurance policy. After making the initial payment on the life insurance, which we were told would be around $60 a month, the first bill after that was $165. When I asked why that much had been taken out of our account, they said he had lied about smoking. I informed her that he doesnt smoke, but he does dip. They did ask if he used tobacco, which he said yes, and I have the paperwork to prove it, but its still OUR fault. Then, we start getting bills for the jeep that started in July. The 6 months we paid in advance covered it until September, so we shouldnt have had to make another payment on that until October. Then we ended up trading the jeep for a car for our 16 year old at the beginning of august. It was a used car and we only wanted liability coverage. Was told it would be around $35 a month. Well, surprise!!!! Our September bill for just the 3 cars was $314!!!!! Every month since March our bill keeps increasing every month for one reason or another. It didnt matter that we paid in advance, or dropped the life insurance or that we told them we only wanted liability on the 3rd car. But then, I go into the office to find out why and the women admit that it was their fault concerning the life insurance and that they put full coverage when thats not what we said, but their mistakes are coming out of my pocket, not theirs and there is nothing THEY can do to get my money back. That day, Lauren wrote and signed a letter stating that they would not take the $314 out of my account on September 5th, suspended the recurring payment(which was another reason our bill went up, because SOME ONE, no one will say who, took us off that too) and she would call me when everything was fixed and give me the new amount. Well, I get an email from Megan, stating that they were going to drop me if they didnt get a payment. So, I call Lauren and surprise again, she didnt know any changes has been made because it still showed $314 to her, but now she sees that it will be $240 today and then $233 a month after.... who are they kidding????? I have asked to speak with Bradley numerous times, but he is always out of the office. I used to be with Joe Demos, not sure why it changed, but for over 10 years I had never had a problem and this one doesnt stop being a problem..... Ill be surprised if this actually posts
