I could not be happier with the guys at Easco! My entire experience from start to finish, was nothing short of fantastic. Joshua was extremely flexible, and timely with coming out to do a quote, and was able to get us in just a few days later! Our curious 4 year old followed him around, and Joshua took the time to show and explain everything to not only me, but our little one as well. Im extremely pleased with our decision to go with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking into any type of air conditioning needs!

I called to get a second opinion on referral from a friend. They scheduled me for an estimate the next day even though I called late in the evening. The estimate saved me about 1/4 of what I was quoted from the other company. Joshua made sure he explained everything to me including a few things I could do myself to cut the cost. Being a weekend, the guys brought window units to keep us comfortable until installation. On the day of the install, he and Carlos were on time and despite the rain, and my kiddo supervising, completed the install in just a few hours. To start, the lady at the after hours call center was amazing and helpful. She made me feel like my call was top priority. Once their technician, Melvin, got in touch he was very informative about when to expect him AND he showed up on time!!!!!!. Melvin really helped my parents even though he couldnt fix it right then. He provided so much care and information that my parents felt very comfortable with the process. Unfortunately, our home warranty company didnt cover the repairs, however, thats not Eascos fault and another subject entirely. I am so thankful for Easco caring for my parents the way they have!!!! Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs AC work. 10 out of 10!

Caleb was amazing. This man new his stuff. I had several people come out and look at my heater. They would mess with it, say it was fixed. It would work for that day then stop. My sons house and my house had no heat we called and they were out the same day. This was a Saturday and in the arctic storm. Caleb assessed the unit and found the problem within minutes. I live in Willis, anyone that lives in Willis I would recommend you call this company and ask for Caleb.

I purchased an Ecobee4 internet based thermostat that was beyond my capabilities of installing because my existing thermostat didnt have the necessary comm wire. I contacted EASCO for the installation and a technician, Melvin, was scheduled for the following morning. Melvin was prompt and courteous; he even donned booties to cover his wet shoes. Quite frankly, I was nervous and hoped that Melvin had experience with installing this type of device. I was so happy when I showed the device to Melvin and he began to tell me how many internet based thermostats he had installed (in the hundreds). He also explained what the common issues he had experienced had been and how he was going to look for those issues before beginning. Because he was well versed, took the time to look for the issues first (yes, we had one), the install, set up and testing took less than an hour. I am very happy with the service that I experienced with Melvin and with EASCO. I will definitely call them first if I ever need heat/air service again.

We recently had to replace two systems in our home. AC quit blowing cold air Friday night {10/9/20} Called Easco Saturday morning and they had a tech out for a diagnostic within a few hours. He came wearing mask and gloves so yay safety! For non business hours the $125 diagnostic fee was reasonable. Business hours price is lower though Easco is available 24/7!Sadly it was a much bigger repair than I anticipated - Id hoped for capacitor but the compressor had eaten itself. Fortunately because the whole HVAC was replaced in 2016 the part was under warranty.Had to take advantage of their third party financing {thanks Covid 19} which was simple, easy, and has reasonable terms even for less than stellar credit.First tech arrived right on time and started the project while waiting for the second. A third tech arrived who was a trainee and since we homeschool I thought that was fabulous - continuing to make my property an educational center.Work was over and done in about 3.5 hours and HC is blowing super cool once again.Thanks to Melvin, Caleb, and Josh

Friday May 8th the 15 year AC went out at my dad’s place. I had to go get him in Huntsville and bring him to Conroe to stay with me for a couple of days until we could figure out what we were going to do. Easco did an amazing job for us. Our AC went out in the middle of August and it was hot! They responded fast even bought us two window units to keep us cool until the installation was done. Very professional and trust worthy. Love these guys and would recommend them for all your AC issues.

This has been an incredibly hard year for our family. I was out of work for quite a while, things had gotten behind, we had newly moved to the area, and then our AC went out...well more like burnt up wiring, etc, it was toast and was not big enough for the home even when it was working. EASCO came out and told us the problem, basically needed a new HVAC system. We tried getting financing and could not, I didnt know what to do. EASCO then came back, said they were going to bless our family considering our situation and everything that had happened to us this year...they came in and installed a top of the line system FOR FREE. They were the answer to so many prayers and I cannot thank Caleb, Joshua and all of the EASCO team enough.

They made sure everything was perfect, even when we had issues after job completion. We were impressed with Patrick, Caleb, and Alan especially. Easco did a great job on my unit inside and out. I am very happy with the way they cleaned my air ducts thoroughly and then sanitized them. I have an older home and it really needed cleaning.

Doug came out on time, he gave me his diagnosis and costs, and took over all details regarding paper work and phone conversation with a home warranty co. for me. He told me he didnt want me to be stressed about anything, that the Company policy is to take care of their customer. I can tell you that I have not had better and more competent handling of business than Doug did. He left me with my heating working fine and assured me the Freon is ck.ed and filled. I will call Easco again for Doug to handle my problem if I need help again.

Easco Air Conditioning and Heating was very helpful to our Church, Greater Robinson Memorial Church of God In Christ, Huntsville, TX. as the A/C went out and caused some uncomfortable conditions during this HOT Summer of August 2016. Debbie, the Service Manager, was very cordial and helpful, and addressed every issue and concern we had. The Technicians were friendly and delivered the service they promised. Updating my review, today Caleb came and work on my system. These guys are awesome I wouldnt let anybody else touch my Lennox!!

May 2014 Easco installed Lennox gas heat/air ($9600) and new duct work ($1700). The entire problem is that they installed a 5 ton unit when a 4 ton is warranted. This is due to the fact the house was built in 1890 and there wasnt a speck of insulation. NOBODY inquired as to whether or not we planned to insulate in the future. The only contact I ever had was with Marty Luchak who wanted payment. His helper was a piece of work. He kept asking me if we were going to rent the home. We have had nothing but trouble from the get-go. They originally only taped the duct work together. It started to come apart and allow air into the attic on 2 occasions. Easco did finally come out in 2016 and hard cement it all together. The duct work looks like a drunken octopus. The kitchen is hotter than Hades, even in winter. We close the vent when the heat is running. They used a 7 duct to the kitchen, with a 45 degree roller coaster down-turn. In addition, the kitchen traps heat and an additional 12 return is required for proper cooling and heating. The house is perspiring from the oversized unit. Eascos answer was to turn the fan speed down, which isnt much of an answer. Our only recourse is to either completely replace the system; or at the very least, replace the outside condenser. It is now Feb. 2017 and it is going to cost us thousands of dollars to re-do what we paid $11,300 for in 2014. We are not made of money (only scraping by) and I am literally sick about the whole affair.

She walked me through the steps making my first nightmare as a homeowner in Texas not so scary. Who knew a.c. would be a must in November? Our techs ability to be relatable is without a doubt what helped me make an informed decision. For now, I chose repair (which he was equipped to do on the spot)but I know exactly who Ill be calling when its time to replace. Mamaw said I got what I paid for.
