Great company! Excellent customer service. The company managed to fit me in their schedule on short notice.

I was using another local company, I always felt overcharged but I had a service contract with them. This time though they recommended replacing or repairing basically my entire system at considerable cost. Considering the cost I called Dynamic Air for a second opinion. They did a thorough inspection, found the real issue, explained my options, all in simple terms I could understand. Turns out the only thing I needed to replace was my thermostat. Several months later everything is working exactly as they predicted. They are now my only call for all HVAC related issues.

Excellent service! Kenneth took the time to properly diagnose the issue, made a point to educate us about our system, and provided helpful hints and told us the best filters for our system. Unlike the lady with the team you can trust, whose technicians did less & less each year once they installed our system and told us the cheap A/C filters we were using were fine. Kenneth checked the filter first thing before he even went to the thermostat and told us about the MERV rated filters we should have been using all along. And Kenneth gave me a mini A/C course on how the system worked (coils, the fan, the duct work, electric currents, the blower motor, evaporation and MORE! And Kenneth didnt charge us a made-up shipping fee for a warrantied part that was available in town at the Lennox parts store or tell us the system likely has a slow coolant leak that would be too difficult to find so it would be best to just top it up when needed (for a charge) like the lady with the team you can trust (NOT) did. Kenneth drained all the coolant out of our system and I watched. The system still had all the coolant it was installed with and I watched as he charged it all back into the system. And he cleaned up the work area properly too. No little wires, bits of plastic, etc left on the grass around the unit. Our unit has been working just like it did when it was first installed and our electric bill has stabilized. Kenneth does quality work for reasonable fees and is trustworthy! Also very respectful! His work references are excellent and we discovered through conversation that he has worked for many in our neighborhood and church family. When this unit ages out of service, Kenneth will be putting in our next system!

They immediately answered the phone, made an appointment to fit my schedule and showed up on time! Kenneth talked me through what he was finding, contacted the company to confirm part needed was under warranty, quickly obtained the part and corrected the problem. We called Dynamic today and they were able to send someone out within an hour that was in the area. The receptionist was courteous and let us know that parts might not be available due to the holiday and weather. Luckily, no parts were needed. The service man took his time and let us know ways we can improve heating efficiency and checked our units. It turned out the previous owner had left the heat strip unplugged. He came in wearing a mask which was great and was very nice. I’d highly recommend!

He assessed the problem quickly and then spent over an hour driving around town in inclement weather searching for the part we needed. He was kind, courteous and professional. Our thermostat died today, it was 41 degrees outside so I was really in need. I contacted Dynamic via Facebook messenger before 8am. They messaged me right away! I told them we needed a thermostat and asked for a recommendation for what to buy. To my delight, they already had one to provide with the service that was in our budget and they were able to schedule us for a same day service. The installation which was less than an hour and customer service was very professional. I highly recommend this company!

They never showed up for the appointment. I called due to them being late and was told they were running late but would be there. They never showed and didnt call to let me know or reschedule. I took off work to be there for them to look at my air conditioner which is very difficult for me to do. When I called the next day they just said they were busy on another service call and forgot to call me. Maybe they do good work but I will never attempt to do business with them again.

I contacted Dynamic Solutions as my 2nd estimate for my heating unit issues. The first estimate received by another vendor wanted me to replace my entire unit $8000 due to having a dead compressor. I contacted Dynamic Air - explained what was happening to my unit - they immediately stated that my situation did not sound like I needed a replacement unit - not even having an issue with my compressor as the first vendor mentioned. All I had wrong was a bad circuit board for my fan. Let’s just say they saved me over $7500 My bill was under $500.....and they installed 2 thermostats.Very professional and talented.

This is one of the best companies we have ever used. We called Kenneth after we had another local company come out to do routine maintenance on our AC Unit. Conveniently enough, after this other company performed routine “maintenance” on our unit (that up until that time was running perfectly) the unit stopped working completely in 90 degree weather. This other company said it would cost us near $5,000 and said they would have someone call us and come out to look at it again (which never happened).Having my elderly mother in the house as well as several animals, we called Kenneth near closing time and he rushed to our service. He was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful and solved the problem in a timely manner. He actually found out that our unit (being under 10 years old) was under warranty, which saved us literally thousands of dollars. Even after the unit was fixed, he called us to check on us and chat and make sure everything was still running smoothly.This guy actually cares about his clients and isn’t just money hungry or trying to cheat people out of their money. I cannot recommend him highly enough and he will 100% be getting our family’s business in the future.

Kenneth just installed a new 5-Ton package Heat pump for one that went out. He discussed repairing versus replacing with no sales-pressure. I decided to replace our old unit and his pricing BEAT some of the other bigger installers in-town. On-top of that, he takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship (making sure pipes are perfectly parallel, cracks are sealed,etc.) none of the big-box stores would even try to do that. Its rare nowadays to find someone that takes pride in their work, honest, and cost competitive... I HIGHLY recommend Kenneth and the team at Dynamic Air.

Great service and price. Service call was to install a Nest Pro thermostat. They had one that costs less the one I had purchased. However the box was different. Kenneth Hughes called Nest so I could talk with them to be assured the products were the same, would work with my hybrid unit and I would have. 5 year warranty AND a $55 product savings. He not only installed the thermostat but made sure my husband and I both had the correct apps on our phone with all information completed and we knew how to use the app and thermostat before he left. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to install several different video doorbells I decided to try hiring a Nest Pro. It paid off! Kevin was easy to reach and quick to respond with confident answers. Even though my house is older with some creative wiring, he was able to install a Nest compatible chime and get the Nest Hello video doorbell working properly after a few hours. Recently had A/C work done to increase efficiency and effectiveness of air flow in my 1961 built home. The current a/C unit was originally intended to only heat and cool the upper level of the home even though the basement has been renovated and added to the living space. Dynamic Air Climate Solutions checked out the layout and provided options for helping air flow. Ended up adding an air return downstairs, relocating an air supply in the downstairs bedroom, and had duct joints sealed. Also replaced exhaust fans in bathrooms to address humidity issues. Noticed the immediate effect. Fair and reasonable quote. Workers were informative and answered all questions. Friendly and professional. Look forward to working with the company in the future when its time for a new A/C unit.

Dynamic came out within 2 hours after contacting them to fix my HVAC unit. They were quick and professional.

I booked an appointment to have a Nest thermostat installed for Saturday morning (May 11, 2019). My existing thermostat had died (more on that later). Kenneth came out around 11am. What an absolutely great experience with not only a great person personality-wise, but VERY knowledgeable and VERY helpful. Kenneth also determined quickly that my thermostat had not died,. My unit had blown a fuse and this cut the power to the thermostat. Not only did Kenneth quickly replace the fuse and install the thermostat, but he was very helpful getting me signed up with a Nest account - helping me find the app and showing me exactly what I needed to do. He also patiently walked me through how to use this awesome high-tech piece of equipment. I am a very satisfied customer! I hope to use Kenneth for my annual A/C service that I hope to book soon!

Our air went out and the company we used for a long time was no longer in business. I looked for a new contractor and am a firm believer of reviews and Kenneth had a large amount of positive reviews. I called him the next morning not expecting same day service and he was there that afternoon. He showed us throughout the whole process what he was doing and where the issues were. The unit is old and it was bad dirty and he cleaned every element, crevice, and cranny as he was hoping along with us that that was the issue trying to find the most cost effective fix first. Unfortunately, after putting the unit back together the motor was shot. Kenneth took his entire evening to find the new motor for our old unit which many other companies would have said we will see you on Monday (especially with Alabama playing at 2 on Sat) and stayed till he knew we had cold air again. Also, we decided to high tech it with the Nest thermostat. He installed the Nest quickly and explained the many features and ways we can save on energy. I had two Nest Thermostats professionally installed without any issues. The service representative inspected the units in my attic to ensure which unit was all electric and which unit was gas and electric. The representative removed the existing thermostats and installed the two Nest in the existing place and tested the unit after installing. AMAZING customer service. Kenneth is my superhero. My downstairs unit wasnt working at all and he came up and was quick to get a new one installed. Today he came to my rescue again when our upstairs unit wasnt cooling, I called and he was here within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Kenneth he puts the customer first.
