Mike Flory and his team at Monticello Property Management are fantastic and I highly recommend them. They will definitely take care of you and treat you right. Mike is responsive, efficient, and honest. The level of service between Monticello and my previous property management company is night and day.I originally found Mike, through Yelp, after I decided to change the property management company for my rental house in Huntington Beach. The other company was not responsive and didnt adequately monitor the condition of my house. When my prior tenants moved out, the other property manager missed a lot of damage and issues during the final walkthrough. With short notice during the Christmas season, Mike coordinated numerous maintenance and repairs as well as the advertisement to quickly get my home leased. Mike and his team were able to coordinate the repairs for a few thousand dollars less than the other companys in-house contractor.After finding great tenants, I was impressed when Mike thoughtfully suggested an appropriate lease term so the lease would expire during the summer. He explained that it is easier to find future renters during the beginning of summer.It has been awesome working with Mike!

I was robbed of my security deposit of over $1k when I never signed off on the condition of the home on top of never given the opportunity to do a pre inspection.Emailed several times and still have not heard back.

Waste of time, lack of respect, that what you get if you try to rent from this reality office.Agents are just so unprofessional and rude.Tried to contact an agent regarding a rental house, so difficult to get hold of, does not reply back on text messages nor answer the calls .
