My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Micah and his team twice now in the last 9 months. In October 2018 we listed our home hoping to get the maximum value and close as soon as possible as the home we wanted to put an offer on wouldn’t accept our offer until our home was sold. Micah’s presentation was beyond impressive. We had reached out to him the day before and he came in with a fancy booklet, comps of the area and a few other items that showed his professionalism, advanced selling tactics and attention to detail. Micah was spot on with his price point suggestions. He gave us an option where our home was likely sit for a little bit but would sell at a higher price and a lower price where we were sure to sell instantly. We opted for somewhere in the middle and just as he had predicted, I believe we sold after only 10 days on the market, yet we were able to get what we thought was a fair price for our home. Micah took the time to explain every detail, was prompt in getting back to us with calls and text messages and was always honest and direct about where we were in the process. He was sensitive to our emotions as we were selling the only home my husband and I had ever known together. We have friends who are realtors who could have listed our home saving us a fair share of money, yet we know Micah was really good at his job so we decided to move forward with him. The Stovall Team did an amazing job and I am forever grateful for him and his team, the selling of our home could not have gone any better. They dont listen. they really dont care about the people they work with. do yourself a favor and just stay away from these people.
