Needed a place that pushed me hard to get back into shape. The classes are small and the community is great. Mark is an awesome motivator and helps beginners and season veterans with their form and goals. Been going goa a long time, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Fitness is a big part of my life, and its not just joining any gym to work out you can do that anywhere. Max Body Boot Camp and staff have provided exceptional guidance, support, and great new workouts each time. Mark has made this place a home for all who are ready to take on the challenge with the positive energy and great atmosphere! I highly recommend this program for those who are seeking that next level of guidance or just a great workout for all levels of training. No matter how much you may think you are in shape Mark and staff always bring on the heat and give their attention equally to each individual.
I came to this place during what I would consider the worst physical and mental health Ive been in a really long time. All the trainers, especially Mark, have been so supportive and friendly throughout the short amount of time Ive been here. Mark goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals - from personally welcoming you into each class you attend and helping you develop a personal meal prep plan and eating habits. Im always impressed with how he (along Coach TJ & Sarah) remember details about everyones lives. Its honestly a great work out each day and a positive environment.The workouts are great because they know how to effectively target each body part (typically - M/W lower body, T/Th/Sat full body, and Wed upper body, but this changes monthly). While it is a group class, people of all health levels are welcome to join. The trainers know your limits and alter weights/exercises to any health concerns (i.e. back or knee pain).Workouts are an hour long and I consistently burn about 700-800 calories each time. Its honestly the highlight of my day and in my three months here, Ive lost 31 pounds (from 230 down to 199!) I feel great, look great, and can definitely see myself getting stronger and toned.While it may cost a little bit more than a 24 hour fitness membership, its more than worth it if you need extra motivation to work out. Its affordable and it works! Im so grateful for Mark, TJ, and Sarah for their consistent encouragement and helping me reach my potential.
