I joined 5 months ago, and absolutely love CrossFit Shorebreak!The coaches and community make CF Shorebreak a welcoming place. The coaches are GREAT TEACHERS and communicate well. They are knowledgeable of the technical aspects of all the movements, and work well with athletes to scale the workouts to meet every athletes ability. Class sizes are small enough that you get tons of attention, and the coaches are approachable. The coaches, staff, and owner are extremely encouraging and positive - great vibes just walking in the door!The strength and Metcon programming put out by the coaches have given me amazing results. I am 39 years old and have seen the greatest gains of my life in the past 5 months. As a former D1 athlete and pro baseball player, I am shocked that my overall strength is greater now than ever, and significantly so in many olympic and power lifts!The community has been welcoming from Day 1. I do not have a usual time here, but the classes are small enough that even without a daily appointment you still get to know everyone.The facility and equipment are practically brand new, and they do a terrific job of keeping the gym clean and maintaining the equipment. The only CF gym Ive been to that all the equipment is not only functional, but looks and performs like new. I also like that they use the Wodify app to help me keep in touch with friends and my progress.
