First time here (2007 Matrix 119,00 miles). Rick took the time to patiently walk through and explain in detail the various needs for my car, both immediate and longer term maintenance. I never felt rushed and received an honest evaluation that has made me resolve to never taking a car to a dealership for service ever again. I would not hesitate to come to Sarno for all future service. Cant recommend enough.
