I like to give a no star! Be prepared when you move. Read! Read! Read! the CONTRACT! They come in like swat looking for a crime scene. They check every corner with high strength flash lights and find dirt, calcium on facets. If they find a spot on the carpet while scoping the carpet with high powered flash lights they pull it up. The one guy found a spot and said right in front of me, to the other guy to pull the carpet up. Smelt the carpet and said it was Urine. Our dad wore underpants all the time with caregivers to change him. I dont see how it could have been urine. Dont clean the carpet or apt because they will find dirt with their high powered flash lights, and charge you anyways for new carpet and a clean out.They say the carpet has a five year warranty so your covered for a year and pay for the other four years if you move out after a one year lease. The carpet was 350.00 approximately. Their charge to us they said will be 250.00 Seems to me the tenants end up paying for the upgrades. Yup dont think we are getting any deposit back. Look around for better contract or be prepared to loose your deposit.I They told me the State has rules of normal wear and tear, but if its in the contract. The contract holds up! The wall are very thin. If your tv is too loud, neighbors turn you in and bang on walls. Not a good place if you dont wear hearing aids. They also send you a letter in the mail from their attorneys, if it continues your kicked out. I think they play favorites too, because we told them several times about the banging up stairs all night long, after we got turned in for talking to loud and tv was too loud.They never fixed the problem. We just had to live with it. Look around! Terrible place. Oh and remember dont dirty the walls or hang pictures while you live there, because if you leave any marks. Your paying for the new paint job!

Neighbors and Ms. Marlee and staff are friendly and very nice.

I was treated very well by the staff at Fountain Glen. I mostly dealt with Marlee, she was very helpful and kind. She gave me a choice of available apartments and let me choose which one I preferred.Steve was also helpful, on a separate occasion I wanted to show my daughter the unit I would be moving into and he took us up to see it, he was very friendly and helpful. Ive lived here for a couple of weeks now and so far I love it.

We lived there 4 years (moved out 2015). A nice area. However, our rent increased a $100 every year! So not worth it. Tiny little cheap apts. now the rents are up to over $2700 a month. Really? What a joke.. keep looking...

It is a great community. Ive made friends here. Love the pool, spa and proximity to the beach!

Stay Away,shady Management and Maintenance run this complex & I had bad experiences with them entering my apartment a Lot when I was away plus tampering of vehicle and breaking up my personal property by smashing up everything on my patio when away,plus very run down cheap appliances is what you get

My Aunt enjoys living there, its a nice comfortable place. Landscaping is great and the buildings are very quiet.

Its unfortunate that management lets a few crabby old people ruin the quality of life for others in the complex. Management should be able to stand up to these people because we need less of that attitude in Orange County. Im so thankful my parents wont be in there for long.
