My experience yesterday with Angela was very disappointing. I have always had a great experience with Supercuts. me and the person I went with yesterday felt like she didn’t even care for our thoughts on the haircuts we wanted and that she didn’t truly care for our needs even after showing her pics of what style we wanted. Her attitude wasn’t very professional as in caring about what we wanted. I will not get my haircut in the future by her. I just paid & left as fast as I could. Very disappointed with my visit yesterday.

YIKES I asked for a fohawk with 2 on the sides. sides werent blended at all and she spent less than 30 seconds with the scissors cutting a single finger length cut SLANTED through the middle, leaving the rest 3-4 inches longer. Said she was done, it was all so bad I just said thanks paid and went down the street to get it fixed somewhere else. didnt want them fixing my hair. Note the second haircut took the same amount of time as a full haircut since the first effectively did nothing.

I absolutely love my hair! Samantha did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked for. I got partial highlights and a hair cut and it’s perfect. I’m terrified of getting my hair cut but she took off two inches and made sure it was the length I was okay with. I will absolutely be going back to Samantha, my hair looks absolutely amazing!

Great customer service and attention to detail!

I had never been to a supercuts before today. Clearly I was missing out. My 5 year old is getting more aware of what kind of style he likes in clothes and how he looks (he wants to look cool) and has been in desperate need of a cut and told me he wanted a stylish haircut lol. So I googled pics and he picked a style he liked. Our stylist Samantha was so sweet and gave him exactly what we wanted. Walking out to the car he was raving about how great Sam was and said she is the best hair styler ever!. I mean, can you get a better compliment than that from a 5 year old? We saw the manager Angela outside so he asked if he could tell her that Sam was the best styler ever. She was so nice as well. I really loved this place and Im glad I chose to try it out. We used to go to a place that specializes in childrens haircuts but it was too expensive and my son is old enough now that he can handle a haircut without needing to be buckled into a seat and distracted with bubbles and things like that.We will for sure be going back to supercuts for his next haircut and I dont get mine cut often (I really need to start getting it trimmed more often) but I will be getting mine cut there as well. I always appreciate a place that is so child friendly as well as when people talk directly to my son and ask him the questions (and just look over to me to make sure I agree or approve of what he has said) to make him feel like hes got a say in whats happening and Sam for sure kept talking to him and asking him if he liked what she was doing and how it looked. *STAY AWAY FROM LADY WITH RED HAIR*I genuinely have no idea how she has a license to cut hair, but I think my dead grandmother could do a better job, Iv never regretted a hair cut more than the sorry excuse that this crazy lady placed on my head.

Such a fantastic group of stylists at this location, I never worry that my haircut will be poorly done. Glad this location is close to home, but even if it werent, I would go out of my way. Easy to get a hair cut,friendly staff. I have Nancy cut my hair and she does a good job and is very friendly,great hands. And reasonably priced.

Walked into the store and was told it would be a few moments. 30 minutes later they tell me it will be another 30 minutes. However they let several people in front of me, now I understand you can call in but when they were told the wait and but the stylist said we can get you in sooner pushing everyone else back truly made me have a bad taste in my mouth about this place.

You get what you pay for.

I went to have a simple trim, shampoo and style. I am a biracial woman and my hair is naturally curly but easy to manage. My stylist didnt use the flat iron at all, she just blow dried my hair with the round brush. Needless to say when she finished with my hair it was extremely frizzy. Instead of using a flat iron to go over my hair she put serum. I thought maybe over night my hair would absorb the serum and the frizz would go down. WRONG I woke up to a frizzy, and in some places oily mess! This has never been my experience when I get my hair done. I had to redo my hair this morning, prior to going into work. Sucks when you pay for a service, and it comes out this bad!

Im picky about my color and hair, Christa has talent and awesome customer service! Shell make u laugh, put in the best mood and have you looking like a new person. Go see her!

The haircuts at this location are crappy and last time I was told to wait when a call ahead wasn’t even at the store yet. There was one girl cutting hair and I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes because a call ahead was “on a time crunch.” I was a walk in and there was no one else in the store. Called customer service and they never followed back up with me which is a lack of service from the company altogether. Felt like another number to Haylee so I will never go back to this location and don’t recommend it to anyone. They are about the $$ and not their customers. Mooresville is a drive but much more friendly service there!

Let me start off by saying... I have been seeing the same hair stylist since I was 5 years old. I wouldnt go with anyone else ever, But then she was only available on Saturdays and it was hard to get in and make appointments. So I decided I was going to try other places for a stylist (23 years later lol). I have tried Great Clips and Roosters Men’s Grooming Center and was not happy with the stylist at Great Clips and the prices at Roosters. So one day I decided to try Supercuts (in year 2017) cus I’ve always seen the location driving by. I was first seen by stylist who I can’t remember for a few times. But then the first time I was with Haylee I knew she was the hair stylist for me, Super nice and understanding, always friendly. She checks me in on the system for me every time when I need a haircut, But to do that you must give her a few days notice by texting to calling her to make sure she’s available that time and day. Most of the time she was telling me people walk in and just want a haircut well that’s not going to work that well unless you get lucky because most of the time she’s always with customers (must use check in system people lol). I have been seeing her for haircuts for almost 2 years now, I would recommend Haylee to anyone anywhere in the world! :)

Asked for a collarbone-length cut to even out an A-line bob that grew out. Got a chin-length bob that is somehow longer in the back than in the front. I do NOT look good with a chin-length bob; I have been wearing it up as much as I can. Thank god for bobby pins.
