I only give one star if I had poor service. I wasnt greeted at all or acknowledged. Not even a hey well be with you in just a minute. Yes there was only one person working however, anyone whos ever been in customer services or retail knows at least acknowledge the guests existence. So, they lost my business and will be going across the street to shear excellence where they stood up to their name.

This place is legit. Clara was super nice and I got a great haircut that I am happy with. 1. Book online 2. Get your fresh cut 3. Be happy (er) ;)

I have been going to Cassie for almost a year. She does an amazing job. I’ve never had a bad cut from her. She also did my 4 year old son’s haircut for the first time Remarkably done for a 4 year old who didn’t sit still. It looks flawless!!! Would recommend her and this salon to anyone!

The salon staff was friendly and welcoming. The whole experience is more than just a salon. The cut, the shampoo, the beard trim were all absolutely stellar. I particularly enjoyed the hot towel and straight razor shave. Savannah sure knows how to make an ugly man look decent.

Danyell & Team Groomed, WOW, Where do I even start?... Customer experience, Groomed just flat-out gets it! Its not some consumer-speak term to them, not just part of the Groomed brand, they actually LIVE and bring-to-life amazing customer experiences...REPEATEDLY!

We hired Mac to do makeup for my wedding and she did a fabulous job! She listened to each of us, asked questions about what we wanted, and everyone was very happy with the result. She was also early for our starting time and finished myself, three bridesmaids, and my mom in plenty of time for the photos we were taking before the ceremony. Her friendly nature made us all very comfortable to sit in the chair and visit with her while she worked too.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Upon my slightly early arrival I was offered a cold water and a seat while I waited for my appointment. My stylist was very personable. She did a wonderful job - the haircut looks great. The hot towels were a nice touch. The staff was very friendly. Ill definitely be back!

FINALLY!!!!Although Im not a man, I do have short hair and have had 0 luck with stylists in NC. Danyell has been a godsend...no more trips back to FL just to get my hair done. She is great with a razor and conversation when youre in the chair.Oh yeah...she sells some killer hair products that work better than any of the other products Ive used, at a lower price.

This place rocks. I moved around a lot in the past 5 years (New York, Seattle, San Francisco). Tried some of the best (and most expensive) barbershops in the country. This place wins it all easily. Chill vibe, great service, great cut. What I like the most is the consistency. I went there about 7 times now and wasn’t disappointed a single time. I think the price is justified and reasonable when you consider the great bespoke experience. When it comes to haircuts, I have learned that cheap ain’t good and good ain’t cheap.

Maria did an excellent job on my cut, faded and styled perfectly, straight razored edges, and the hot towel facial while you get a shampoo head massage is amazing. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good relaxing cut!

I forgot to add that if you want to offer the real barber experience and one that is worth the money - don’t use cold shaving cream, $1 disposable razors and a dry rough towelLearn to use a straight razor, invest in a warmer and a towel steamer. That’s all I have ever seen in barber shops and paid half what I paid hereMy husbands haircut wasn’t bad but mine ... she didn’t check at all throughout the haircut to ask questions of how I wanted it. She was overconfident, edged up my hair without asking (you don’t do that to women with pixie cuts) and it says she serves alcohol, she doesn’t even have her liquor license. It costs $30 for a basic haircut. Not worth it.

I booked Danyell to be my hair and makeup artist for my wedding day next September. She did an amazing job on my hair and makeup this past weekend for our engagement pictures. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she completely blew it out of the water. Her studio is so cozy and inviting. Danyell made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Danyell has been cutting my fiancé’s hair for over a year now and I won’t let him go anywhere else! She gets his cut right every time and helps him change it up when he wants to. She even teaches him how to style it at home so he can get it to look the same. She also serves drinks, gives a scalp& neck massages, and puts a steamed towel over his face when she’s washing his hair. Her salon is perfect for a relaxing, personalized, professional experience.Even though Danyell mainly does men’s hair, she kills it every time she does my hair! The cuts are always even and the color is always what I want! She is all around an excellent hair stylist!

No one else I trust with my sons hair in the Huntersville/CLT area. I am a hairstylist but my son has a high maintenance and tricky cut that Danyell nails every single time!
