Melissa, whom, out of her professionalism and kindness, did not mind the trouble and gave me an incredible haircut. She spent 1.5hours cutting my hair. I have long/thick hair, and in the past many stylists gave me a 30minutes haircut(including washing and drying). I told Melissa the hairstyle I’d like, she gave me her opinions, and I got a beautiful haircut. I’m very thrilled and content. Thank you very much.

I went to Erin for a balayage today and she was absolutely wonderful! Impressive attention to detail. She sincerely thought hard about every single foil placement. She took her time and it turned out perfectly! Thank you Erin! You will see me again! You’re awesome!

Cute salon, friendly stylists. That being said, I got a lash lift and tint. My lashes are not lifted in the least, my tint is very spotty and mostly faded off 1 week after I had it done. Not pleased at all.

I just moved to Hudson, so I was nervous scheduling an appointment after going to the same salon for years. I got my hair done by Erin, she was awesome! The salon itself is very clean and the front desk staff are friendly. I love my new hair and I’m so happy I had such a lovely experience.

This is a cute little salon in downtown Hudson. I got a lash lift and tint here. My beauty esthetician did a wonderful job. My lashes look great! Only downside is it is a little expensive.

Received a lash lift and tint from Sarah and was very satisfied. My lift and tint has lasted longer than 8 weeks (granted, I took great care of them). I’m not sure what their rates are for hair and other services since I used a Groupon.

Great Aveda salon in downtown Hudson

I have been going to A la Mode salon for 15+ years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I am lucky enough to have my hair cut and colored by the owner, Boni. I can’t tell you the number of compliments I have received about my hair over the years. Total strangers telling me what a great cut I have. I am a redhead and sadly I am going gray. Boni has gone the extra mile to try to match my natural color by using a lock of my hair that was in my baby book. The salon carries Aveda products which in my opinion are the best. When I hug people, they tell me that my hair smells amazing. The staff there is also friendly and accommodating. Every month, I leave there very happy with the result. And I wouldn’t drive 45 min one way if it wasn’t worth the trip.

A friend recommended me to Ala Mode. I scheduled an appointment with Mamie and was thrilled by the way she cut and colored my hair. I told her a few ideas I had in mind and she not only listened but executed them perfectly while suggesting a few other ideas. I also have to mention how sweet and welcoming Bri, the receptionist was. She made me feel super comfortable and was very accommodating. I actually stuck around after my appointment and was able to have a great conversation with her.I definitely plan on revisiting both Mamie and Bri in the near future!
