I love Tracy! She has been doing my nails for the last 5 years and I have followed her faithfully 🤗 She is so sweet and her attention to detail is unmatched. My nails are always perfect and chip free for a long long time!

Love this place! Very friendly, clean and my pedicure was awesome❤️ Kim did a great job with adding a flower and jewels to make such a nice added touch as well😁 I will definitely be back! Tracy worked with my sister on a French manicure and also did a great job! Now Kim is working with my mom on a set of nails too😊 Thanks so much for the amazing service and fitting us all in for a late appointment as I had to work late.

I like this place and your nail style definitely depends on which nail artist you get. The younger brown haired women are great. I recently showed my artist a picture of what I want done and she came up with a great idea to make the nails in the picture good for me. I was happy with what she came up with. I do wish the nail tools were sterilized properly. Other than that, I highly recommend this place out of all the nail salons Im Hudson, WI

Walked out before I even sat in the chair. Anything but professional or relaxing. Greeted with “What are you here for?” “Pick your polish!” There was a cute toddler throwing her ball around the shop, another one in a chair with its iPad blaring and what looked like a male owner or husband sleeping in a pedicure chair. They could have goldmine with their shop next to the dog groomer but they’re blowing it with their lack of professionalism.

The shape of my nails is what I wanted but one of my nails is not full polished and the lady cut up my Cuticles I won’t be coming backAnd the lady the did my nails her nails were so dirty

If youre looking for friendly service, find another place! I was greeted with Pick you polish but thats all. Water was very cool. I complained but no one listened nor did anything about it. The pedicure was below what is standard in other places. Polish was so thick she kept adding thinner to it. Result was bumpy, rough nails with no shine at all. Charge was $27. I gave her $30 and she stood rubbing her fingers together as if she wanted more. I usually tip more than that, but didnt think it was worth it. No one bothered to say goodbye as all were more interested in their cell phones.

My toes we cut way to short. They hurt so much! Then they were going to let me leave without polish. I came with polish on, why would I want to leave without. Now I have stubby nails, still rough heals, and super not happy...I took a leap, thinking I would have a good relaxing pedi. Oh and plus the chairs massage didnt work. I asked. And I was told it must be stuck. Never will I go back.

I’ve had a good and bad experience at this place. my first one was good so i came back, but this second time was awful. i got gel acrylics yesterday and they already look way grown out, my nails are uneven, the color was totally wrong from what i picked out, my gel is in clumps so my nails look wavy and they’re just plain ugly. $50 was definitely not worth it when i could get better ones for cheaper. way over priced. save your money.

I went there to get a pedicure today and was amazed at the wonderful job they did! This was my first of many future visits, especially since I live so close. :) Will be recommending to many friends.

Best nails ever, super cute and clean

I never leave negative reviews, but this was beyond bad.I was there for over an hour, and less than 20 minutes of that time was spent giving me a pedicure. The technician was far too busy taking care of her toddler to worry about me. At one point, she vanished in a room with her child for 20 minutes, while I sat there with my feet up waiting for her to finish removing my nail polish. She walked around the shop for awhile, holding the kid while they blasted an Elmo video on her cell phone, at one point. Not to mention, everything around me was covered in pretzel crumbs. To top it all off, nobody that worked there seemed to care. They still charged me full price for a fast, shoddy pedicure. And the worst part was that I was never offered so much as an apology. Really disappointing.

Walked in and was told 20 mins. Well, it’s been 1 hr and 16 mins and only my daughter was called to a chair and still not finished with her. I will not be getting my nails done and once my daughter is done we will be leaving and not returning. They were not friendly today. They are taking every pedicure back right away.

My favorite nail shop and my always go to! Vivian is my favorite and she does an amazing job! They are all wonderful to work with!

After going several places in the past two months I was about to give up. Their technique to remove gel polish was my favorite thus far (a previous place soaked my entire HANDS in acetone). They were friendly. My nail tech did an amazing job! It’s unfortunate that they have bad reviews so I wanted to make sure and share my positive experience!Oh, & I was in & out in an HOUR! When I tried to make an appt and 6 she told me they had a lot of people scheduled at that time and 530 would work better. I hate waiting just as much as everyone else so I appreciated that too!

Had an appointment time. Walked in the door and they were busy doing pedicures and others, no one available for my appointment. I then asked how long and the owner just kept saying not long and to pick a polish. About 40 minutes after my appointment time someone finally started on my pedicure. Once the pedicure was done, they got their money and 7 dry times my toes were still not dry. Horrible service. Save your money and time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
