This business supports first responders! Called and talked to Brian and explained my issue. Took it in without a problem. By the end of the day knew exactly what was wrong and didnt cut corners. Was very honest and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. When I asked how long to fix the issue, he had it back to me on the day he told me.

Not my best experience. My exhaust fell in 2 pieces 4 weeks after getting a new exhaust. Called, came back in where theyfixed my exhaust by welding it this time. It now leaks worse than before they ever touched it. So I took it to muffler brothers on siebenthaler in Dayton where they did a great job fixing it.....of course it was $58 extra dollars but....fixed non the less now. Good luck.

So far they did a great job on my car but they broke one of my lugs by over tightening it. I fixed it my self. Im sure they would have fixed it but I didnt ask. They did get me in same day and replaced my rack and pinion in the same day. That was great.!

These guys are my go-to mechanics, and have been for over 15 years. They feel like family, now. The owner, Brian (sp) is easy to talk to, and hes just an all-around good guy. Fast, efficient, well-organized, and communicative, I trust this Muffler Brothers shop more than Ive ever trusted any other auto shop, and theyve never given me cause to regret it. Tuesday afternoons and Wednesdays are usually their slowest periods during the week, so aim for those days.

RIP-OFF ARTIST. Ive done business with Brian, along with my children on previous occasions, so when my 72 year old Aunt ask me about an honest mechanic to fix her late husbands truck, I had no problem referring her to Muffler Brothers. After charging her in excess of $1,000.00 for brake lines and calipers, they then proceeded to try and milk her again by telling her she needed a new ABS unit. She ask them to check and top off her fluids. None of that was done as well. This shop has become a rip-off and scamming an elderly lady like this is inexcusable. Use them at your own risk. You have been warned.

I was sent to Muffler Brothers by a few different people who all have good things to say, to fix a serious exhaust leak on my car. I could have done the job myself if I had a welder handy, but I didnt so I was forced to go with them. I brought my car in, they quoted a couple hundred bucks to put a whole new pipe into my car between the cat converter to the muffler. They also suggested cutting out a flange that was rusting out, that held a second cat converter in place, I urged them to just use what was there and install the proper gasket that I had purchased for $7. When my car was driven around it had a subtle rattle, it was the end of the day and I could tell they wanted me to get lost so I did. When I got home I discovered they had removed the flange and installed their own pipe between the two cats, in the rear cat there was a rattle. I wondered where my $7 gasket went, and $23 bracket that I had purchased to keep the flange intact. I could have at least returned the gasket, but they threw it away (it was still in the plastic).I had planned on taking my car back in to get the small rattle fixed for a week and a half or so, but my job prevented me from doing so. When I finally got a day off, my car lost serious power on my way to Muffler Brothers, I didnt know what happened, I thought something new developed, I never had any problems with Wagner Subaru, so I putted my car over to that dealership. They diagnosed my car for free and told me that my cat converter was completely shot, that the rattling I heard was something that had broken within the catalytic converter, it had made its way backward and clogged up, causing my car to lose power. I putted home and called Muffler Brothers, who claimed they didnt touch my cat converter, when I could see, clear as day, that it had been completely removed at one point or another while they worked on my car. I asked if I could get it repaired for free since they pretty much ruined my car, and they told me it would cost me $680. I didnt want to get into an argument over the matter, so I hung up and sent an email to the company. That was two days ago, I am still awaiting reply and still my only car cant run. Dont do business here unless you want to get walked on.

Had them try to fix a.c. charged me $180 to recharge.... didnt hold.....
