Rude when answering phone and sounded completely uneducated. Friends had bad experiences but was close to home so thought I would at least give shot. They need to close up and go back to ringing the bell up in the clock tower. Dirty and rude absolutely zero customer service.

I have come here multiple times for little things such as an oil change or my tires switched. But I have also come here for things that could decide wether or not I have a car in the future.They told me exactly what they were going to do to my car and what the approx cost would be beforehand and if anything were need to be fixed that they noticed in the mean time they would let me know before they touched it.If I didn’t bring my Jeep here I wouldn’t haven’t known that my water pump was going and if I would’ve driven it any longer I could’ve ruined my car.This repair shop is probably one of the best I have been to and the owner is very personable and very understanding. I recommend if you need any work done on your car, to go to Gassers.

This has taken me a few months to leave this review to verify the repairs they performed. I live in Nebraska and my daughter is going to college in Ohio. My daughters 2011 traverse had a faulty alternator, so I did a google search that was close for my daughter to take into a reliable auto repair. I called them personally and gave the assurance that they could handle this repair. We brought back about a month later because the power steering started acting up so I told my daughter to take it back to see if they could help again. They gave me a call and said that we had no power steering fluid and seems we have debris in the lines. The father of the company told me that he told my daughter the fluid was low and she needs to add fluid before she drives if very far. That was not true and why would you tell a 18 year female to put her oil in a car? So after doing some research when they replace the alternator they contaminated the power steering line by improper procedures. Basically new power steering pump and rack pinion at another repair shop which costs of $2800.00. I really believe he was an honest person, but i as wrong. So disappointed in their service and professionalism.7/2/19 I am replying to the owners response. I bought the alternator from Gassers and did not supply any products for the repair. This is all a complete fabrication of the what really happened! We brought it back in less than 45 days and no one said a word to me that we had a leak. This is a complete lie. Maybe you should lookup the meaning of honesty and integrity, fair pricing I will give you that. Please do not call my daughters cell phone again and harass her, this is completely unacceptable and stop calling my phone too.
