Let me just say, there really isnt garages open on Saturdays in this area. Was broke down on the side of the road and needed towed somewhere and I kept calling hoping someone might answer at Jordan Motorworks (after reading several wonderful reviews of the place). It took a little bit but Bobby called me back and said he would send for a tow and meet us there. Weve had nothing but trouble out of this Envoy and thankfully Bobby and his guys got us fixed up right on this last problem. Bobby is honest and thorough and well definitely be using Jordan Motorworks from here on out!

I was out of town on a trip and my car started acting up and making noise, went over to them as they were next to the hotel where I was staying. They checked on it, gave a quick diagnostic and let me know the price and time. Price was very good and timing was better. Took me back to my hotel as a courtesy, fixed my car and offered to pick me up. I went back later in the day for another issue I had heard in my car that I did not mention and they checked on it for free, gave me an honest opinion and I was on my way. These guys are professional and won’t rip you off, wish I had a shop like this in my home state.

This place is the best in the area and highly recommended. I called in the morning and I have my car (Mazda 2) done by the end of the day. The person I spoke to on the phone (Bobby) was so kind and he answered all my concerns. When I called to pay, they offered my another discount without even asking. My husband Deans Trailblazer would not keep a charge so he took it to Bobbie to look at. Bobbie checked all fuses to see if it was drawing any power from the battery then replaced the battery. I took my car there to get repaired. The guy told me it would take about a week to get to and that was 2 weeks ago. I called today about it and I was spoken to very rude and was told to come get my car. It sat there for 2 weeks with No communication. I dont recommend this place to anyone that needs service there.

Great customer service!! I had. I bought a new car (to me) and within 2 days transmission was bad. Bobby helped me with all the necessary things to get me back up and running. I truly appreciate their service.

This is one of the best experiences that I have ever had in a tough situation. We were stranded on I70 after my car threw its serpentine belt because of a broken water pump. My car was towed to this location and fixed the next day. They were also able to tell me why my cooling fan wasn’t coming on. The price of the fix was reasonable even with the cost of the tow. We will be returning for any other repairs that we need!

After shopping around and calling several mechanics, I decided on Jordan Motorworks because they have ASE certified mechanics and didn’t charge just run diagnostics on my car. They were professional and courteous, gave me a great, reasonable price and had my car ready within a few hours! He had my car for a week and half already and sent me picture when I contacted him after four times. The pictures he sent showed he was replacing more than what we asked and were quoted for. I still don’t have my car back. He tells me one thing and my family another. Constantly sends my specific phone to voicemail and does not call back. I had another mechanic watching the process happen and give me advice. I have never had a worse mechanic. I highly advise you not to take your car here. I believe that it is because I am a female that he is trying to over charge me.
