Called Grismer Tire & Auto Service about replacing a alternator in my sons car. He had gotten fixed about two or three year ago. ( The alternator had a life time warranty) Grismer service is well above great. Just to thank that without any hesitation I was told to bring the car in.They replaced the alternator as well as found a piece to the harness holding it, only charging for the labor. If they couldnt find that part the whole hassness would have to be replaced. (THAT WOULD HAVE COST OVER THREE GRAND🤦‍♀️) It took a couple days but with the great service that they gave in repairing my sons car,it was worth it.Grismer Tire & Auto Service has been my repair place for many years servicing many trucks and cars for me. I will forever be one of their customers.

Even though they were tight on staff, they were able to get my oil changed the next day after I dropped it off. Recommended new tires and installed same day. Not pushy, very friendly and professional.

Great service and very polite staff.I called pretty close to closing time and I didn’t have any issues they were just as polite and helpful as ever. Got me set up with an appointment for the next day and a quote on all new tires. I literally walked in the next day handed over the keys and was on my way. Quickest drop off I’ve ever done. I had began my search to find tires on Brandt Pike Route 201 Huber Heights, Ohio on Saturday March 13, 2021. I first solicited a local discount tire place only to learn that without an appointment I would have a 2 hour wait. I decided to continue my search and found this Grismer Tire service center on the same road. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. My time invested was 40 minutes in length. The customer service person that serviced my car was so nice I didnot want to leave.

I needed some basic maintenance performed on my Pontiac G6, and the Grismer staff were friendly, professional, and performed the work quickly. They also presented a preventive maintenance schedule without pressuring me to do anything. I recently moved to the area and will be using Grismer for all of my automotive needs in the future.

I was very happy with the service I received and the professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, I was running late and didn’t get there until after 5:45 (they close at 6) and they were so nice, and professional even though it took awhile before I was able to pay, I didn’t leave there until like 5:58 and they were so nice and kind the entire time, even though my scrubs were covered in mucous and blood from work! Made an appointment for an oil change and to have a damaged tire replaced. My car was taken in right on time. Due to the year of my car, I was asked about a coolant flush and fill which I agreed to. I would just like to take a moment to think Keith and the staff at the Huber Heights Grismer assisting me with a screw that was in my tire. I had called 20 minutes before they closed and they told me if I got there quick they could plug my tire for me. I had just recently lost my father unexpectedly 2 weeks ago and I have been running nonstop . I was so grateful for their kindness when they could have told me it was almost closing time and that I would have to come back a different day. My dad was a long time customer of the Trotwood Grismer store and I mentioned to them how much my family appreciated Rob and his staff and how he always checked on my mom during her battle with cancer. I love giving my business to such a great company who truly cares. Your kindness was appreciated more than you will ever know.

Friendly staff. I was able to order the tires I wanted and have them installed the next day. They also aligned and performed an oil change as requested and called when they encountered something unexpected.

We were passing through Dayton and had car trouble. Guys at Grismer were fantastic about getting us in quickly on a very busy Saturday morning. We were in and out with reasonable repair cost. Kudos Grismer!

Keith and the entire team were great! I dropped my car off by appointment at 1:30 in the afternoon and my a/c was repaired, I got four new tires, a wheel alignment, and an oil change by 5:30 in the afternoon! If thats not fast service, I dont know what is!

Was told on the phone 26.99 to do a front suspension check was quoted 1,100 in labor when I decided Id get another opinion because I couldnt afford the quoted price I had to pay 80.00 just for them looking at my vehicle so 3 other shops quoted 400 -700 less for the same thing free inspection. So no not a good experience for someone to test drive and look beneath to charge me $80.00 the only satisfying thing is atleast I know what the problem is now thats what I paid for.

The ‘Grismer Gang’ in Huber are phenomenal! My battery died in the Aldi parking lot right down the road from Grismer. AAA got me started, and within the half hour, the Grismer team had me back on the road with a new battery. I will be going to these fabulous folks for ALL of my future vehicle needs!!

Went in asking to get my car looked at because it had a leak. The person I spoke to said it would be all day. I get you are busy absolutely no problem at all. I had to work the next day so I needed it done sooner, again not your fault. Told the guy I had a friend doing my breaks on my other car, so I needed to have this one back today. His response so your friend can do breaks but cant fix a leak? He said some other rude stuff as well but its pointless because i dont remember the guys name.. I get people have bad days but zero reason to be rude to someone. Not that it really matters, but I will never bring my car to this location due to how I was treated. Went right down the road got the car looked at and fixed, by people who actually know how to talk to a customer.

Super nice folks here! A little discouraged, however. One tire wasnt sealed and went flat not long after installation. Went back to have it fixed, and they not only had sealant smeared all over the aluminum wheel that had to be repaired, but lost one of my stainless steel valve stem caps. Not sure Ill go back.

Great accurate professional service... On the contrary they feel the need to fix any little thing that isnt brand new on your car and they charge an arm and a leg for labor and they also hike up their prices for the service job itself so Im retracting my last comment review and Im removing stars because I paid $900 for brake work for calipers brake pads and rotors and I know that metal equipment doesnt cost that much and it doesnt take a rocket scientist to put it in so tell me Christmas what did you do with that $900.

I have dealt with Grismer for a number of years, and Keith in particular at the Englewood location. He and the staff are always professional, knowledgeable and courteous, the quality of service is outstanding.

I have used this Grismer location (Huber Heights/Brandt Pike) for over 20 years and they are still the best around.

Grismer is a rip off.. the mechanics are underpaid and are instructed to over charge and upsell all of their work.. The credit card that they offer is a major scam to extract more of the consumers money via interest.. Find a mechanic thats been in your town and has built a name and reputation for themselves.. please stop allowing these corporate companies to charge you $1150 to change your wheel hub and bearing!!! These jobs should be costing the consumer around 1/4 of what these corporate owned shops are charging, and in many cases the price turns people away who definitely need upkeep but cannot afford it... What Grismer does isnt illegal but their hidden mission statement is unethical..

The service is pretty decent, but the prices are far beyond what you can expect at any other mechanic. Theyre definitely a premium auto shop.

I was quoted a price to swap wheels, after they had my tires off, they wanted an extra $100 to take liability incase the new wheels got scratched. I feel they waited until they had me over a barrel and charged me more.

My family and I have been customers of the Grismer Huber Heights Service Center for well over ten years. They have serviced numerous makes and models we have owned. Everything from tires, brakes, routine maintenance, to major repairs. I believe their services are reasonably priced and always have service specials going on.Matt Scott(Manager) and his team are very knowledgeable, courteous, and always manage to fit you into their busy schedule to help get you back on the road. Ive recommended this location to numerous friends and now they too are repeat customers.

I have dealt with Grismer several years now and have had nothing but excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and dig into the problem until it is resolved. The management backs their work completely without hesitation, and on many occasions have replaced failed parts still under warranty for me. Additionally, they are quite willing to listen to your explanation on what you are experiencing without trying to lead you to a conclusion. Their prices are very competitive with most shops, and definitely cheaper than those at a dealership.

These guys are good!!This is the 3rd time in a row that I have asked for a last minute request. Matt and the team at Grismer Huber have came through big each time.They found a special winter tire and got it in and on my car so I could make a long trip. They took care of another tire issue over lunch and this week fixed a slow tire leak in minutes so I could make a drive to Columbus.Long live great customer service!!

I was concerned about my breaks because of some resistance I was feeling. I took it to another shop and and the told me I needed new brakes and Rotors. That would cost almost $400 dollars. I took it Grismer on Brant Pike and they told me my Rotors look brand new and my brakes were only 50% worn and would last a while. They told me I was feeling resistance because of the snow and not to worry. I just want to say Thank you to Chris their manager. They were amazing and really took the time to talk to me and not try to swindle me out of money.

I’ve been taking my car to Grismer for years and now that I’m on a really tight budget the guys over at the Huber Heights Grismer always work to make my repairs as low cost as they can. And they let me know of some possible future problems so that I can save and plan ahead. They get the repairs done and done right the first time. They are awesome! 😊
