We had a great experience with Floors Etc. We live in a high-moisture area, and they were very careful preparing the flooring, etc. The owner was very attentive and helpful. One time we needed her and she was there within hours. She recommended movers to take care of the larger furniture, and they were great also. The workers were professional and very responsive to any needs we expressed. We highly recommend this company!

Floors etc were able to blend in the wood slats. You can not tell that a repair was done. The company is quick to respond to your needs and the installers kept everything tidy.. I plan to have them replace the remaining carpet in my home with hardwoods.

I’ve had two clients in the last two months who purchased a new home and gave me one month to get the new house ready for move-in. Floors Etc. did an amazing job of completing their portion of the work and working with other sub-contractors to assist me in meeting my deadline.

We had our hardwood floors refinished by another company and they turned out TERRIBLE. We ended up hiring Floors, Etc. to completely redo them. They did a great job. But the most lasting memory of the experience was that there were a couple of areas that were not quite right and they got stain on some baseboards.No problem, they promptly redid the section of the polyurethane in those areas and reimbursed us the cost of the painter touching up a few of the baseboards.I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!

Floor Etc. was great. After having another company come look at my floor issue to give me a quote and then them never following up after their visit, I found Floors Etc. I am a big review person and they had great reviews so I called them. Sandra, one of the owners, was at my house within a few hours of my call. She sent me a quote that same day and they repaired my issue just as fast. It was a really small job. One that I am sure did not take priority but they made it priority. Layneigha was awesome. Very friendly and very professional. She kept in contact with me every step of the way. David, the contractor, who repaired my issue got it done when promised and was also very friendly and professional. I highly, highly recommend Floors Etc.!

We had a great experience! This is our second time using this company, Floors Etc., to put in hardwood floors in our home. We had wooden floors put in part of our home a couple of years ago and now we wanted to finish other rooms.
