We used Timberline Flooring after a flood in the kitchen required us to get new hardwood floors. On our first visit to the showroom Odi did a fabulous job of giving us the options that would work for us. She was able to balance well between the differences of opinion in our family.Our sales rep Jim Flores took over from there and was fabulous to work with the whole time. He came out to our home to view the space prior to our purchase so that he was able to sell us the best flooring for our needs.We also used Timberline for our installation. Jim recommended Edwardo, and the floors came out beautifully.Every step of the way Jim was available for advice and questions. Our engineered hardwood flooring purchase and installation from Timberline Houston went very smoothly. In particular the following.1. The estimate of 1100 Ft^2 was extremally close, the purchased wood was exactly right.2. The installation crews were very proficient and got through 3 bedrooms and 5 closets in four days. They moved all furniture required. A big help...They also thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away the work debris and old carpet.3. The price paid was worth the cost and was calculated down to what was used. The estimate itemized what was paid for and material overages were removed. [ There was less float used than envisioned. ]

We had shopped around at different flooring stores around the Galleria area to get both downstairs and upstairs floor renovation done at our home. During our first visit to this store, Ernie was the sales guy that helped us out by taking the time to explain everything, answer all our questions regarding carpet and luxury vinyl planks. Their price was very competitive and possibly cheaper depending on the type of flooring.Ernies level of care, willingness to go the extra mile, and giving us regular updates over the phone are all reasons that sealed the deal with Timberline Flooring. Due to manufacturers supply chain issues on top of the global pandemic, it took a while for us to procure the material. He went above and beyond to get the flooring installation done at the earliest possible day.There was one problem that took place during installation to one of the upstairs closet doors. Ernie addressed it in a satisfactory manner. Overall, we are happy with both the material he helped us choose along with the quality of the labor that went into the beautiful flooring project that makes our home look new to us!

Timberline floors just finished our floors and we were very impressed by their customer service. Tai and Odie were great. My installer Minh is a very hard worker and did an excellent job. Tai worked with my budget and they were all easy to work with. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

This place managed to beat prices from other competitors. They definitely provide great customer service from the beginning to the end when the floor was installed. This is not my first time getting my floors done, I wish I used Timberline previously . I will be coming back for our bathroom projects soon.

We purchased some beautiful Chateau European oak wide plank matte finish wood floors from Timberline Flooring Center. One of the things I appreciated about our experience withTai Nguyen is there was never any pressure to make a decision. This is the best experience we have had with a flooring retailer/contractor. Aside from offering a great variety of options at competitive prices, Odi and Tai provide great customer care and services. We had a minor problem with one of the tile that was installed and Tai immediately sent someone back to rectify the issue. Based on our experience with them, we have referred their services to our friends and families. We only wish we knew beforehand that they offer other remodeling/renovation services as well.

We had a manufacturer issue with our floors and Timberline negotiated with the manufacturer to make things right for us.

We recently purchased Provenza flooring from Timberline and had them installed. I must say with Timberline we have the best experience compared to any other shop in Houston. Working with this company to replace our existing hardwood floors was a wonderful experience. From the moment we enter the store we were greeted by Odi who is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help; we got several different samples which were of a meaningful in size (not a small piece) to help with selection that we could keep for an entire week without having to leave any deposit money.Tao came then came to the house to take measures and work on an estimate for us; again very knowledgeable and helpful. LEO is the man. Often times in construction you hear one thing and get another. Ill be back. We will take care of that later. etc. Leo stuck to his word and bent over backwards for us and our Amazon Mahogany Floors. When we doubted the Amazon manufacture, Leo got the rep. from Amazon to come out and take a look at our project. Even after the job ran into a snag with the stair nosing, Leo reassured me and he had the nosing custom made. Leo was there every step of the way. His installer was good, respectful of the house and timely. The installer matched the nosing with the floor almost perfectly. Will always do business here and cant recommend Leo enough.

I was blown away by the customer service Odi Dinata from Timberline Discount Flooring Houston Design Center gave me! I was in the middle of a pool retiling project when our contractor informed us that they have given us the incorrect measurements so we were short on tiles. But the bigger problem is that the tiles were not available locally! I called 10 different tiling/flooring companies and they all told me that it would take at least 7-10 days to get them! That would mean having to deal with a half drained pool with all the construction debri for 7-10 days! Talking about a breeding ground for mosquitos! By the grace of God, I found this company on Google! Odi answered the phone and when I told her what I was looking for, she was so friendly and professional! Instead of brushing me off like all the other companies I called previously because it was such a small amount that I needed (only 4 boxes), she went above and beyond to hunt down this tile for me! Not only did she find the tile, she was able to have them overnight to me! It was past 5pm when I placed the order with her so my thought was, theres just no way they would get delivered the next day! Well, Odi called me the very next morning and was so excited to let me know that the tiles would be delivered to me by 10am! True to her words, they came at 9:30am that morning! These tiles were from California! How she managed to pull that off is beyond my expectations! 4 boxes of tiles shipped from California and delivered to Houston in less than 24 hours! Getting the tiles was one thing but just hearing the caring and excitement from Odi was priceless! She truly cares for her customers no matter how big or small the order is! You can bet that I will always go to her for all my future flooring needs! We decided to try them out because they had a 5 star review. I have added my 5 star review also. We were given options based on our budget and the material and service we received were both excellent quality! We had our Bedroom, Living Room and Dining room floors done in a multi chestnut colored WPC (Wood/Plastic Core) flooring, which is 100% Waterproof, and our Media room done with a nice plush carpet. Both installers were courteous and did a great job with the installation and cleanup. The end result looked fantastic, super pleased! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring!

We just purchased our dream house and wanted to upgrade the flooring. We had really hard time trying to figure out the right floor to put in our house. We met Mike at Timberline.
